"Selene-Chan~" Thianbang called out cheerfully as she saw her friend entered the room. Hopping behind Selene's sit, she gave her old friend a hug and licked her left ear as a show of affection. "It's so nice to see you here." Now talk about being hyperactive. "Yes Sensei!" She responded to the teacher's instructions to introduced herself, " SiongKoan ThianBang from The Great Ming Republic! You can also call me Yume-Chan as the Fuso-go pronunciation for my name's Kanji is "Joukan Tenyume"!" As if her previous self-introduction she made when she just enter class isn't loud enough for everyone to hear. "What? You mean there's some conspiracy around here to make students acts like zombies? How terrible." This girl is stupid. Edited by Kounoko, Apr 14 2011, 01:42 PM.

Look at his little dance
|
Spike sat in the back of the room with a grimace on his face. He had liked Hongo-sensei. And Hongo hadn't just stood in front of the room begin all... Teacher-ish. He fell out of the ceiling and burst in through windows and the such. It was so much cooler. He came today to see who the new teacher was but he was disappointed. Some busty chick. Though she seemed nice enough. He supposed that was good enough. Asking them not to cause trouble. Well, spike supposed he didn't really want to cause the school too much trouble. If this school shut down he'd be a drop-out and that wouldn't be very good. She finished her introduction and asked for theirs. Wait, zombies? No, not important. Self introductions? He could do that. Spike snapped to his feet, and slammed his hands onto his desk. His voice boomed as he declared his identity, "FIRST YEAR HYAKUJI STUDENT, SPIKE ITO!" And with that he simply retook his seat, like that was the normal way to introduce oneself. And it was, at least if you were as boastful as him. Perhaps their new teacher would be good. She was teaching Gym er... Eh, whatever it was called now. He'd had to take Art to replace Martial Arts. Presumably that was about the same. Maybe she was just being like this since it was her first day. |

"Third year Hyakuji student, Chizu Yamamura," said a voice from beside Spike. If Cerium looked, she would see Chizu occupying that desk. One by the conspicuously open windows. When Cerium should have been pretty sure she hadn't seen Chizu enter through the doors. And in a seat where nobody had been sitting until a moment ago. The aeromancer was looking slightly distressed, her silver hair in disarray as if she had run all the way here, and the top button of her uniform blouse still unbuttoned, her tie hanging loosely around her neck. Chizu's eyes narrowed, and she gave Cerium a look that said 'Don't ask', reaching up and straightening out her uniform. She did up the button, quickly fixing the tie so that it was tied right, before running a hand through her hair. "I'm an aeromancer. Nothing special. You know me from Martial Arts class already." And because I'm dating your cousin... she added silently, really hoping that Cerium didn't decide on making that known to the whole class. Or calling her out for being late. It wasn't her fault that she had slept through her alarm and missed her morning training. At least Aether had woken her up before she missed class entirely. And she wasn't happy about the change of schedule at all. Since she took both Gym and Martial Arts...she would definitely need to be finding a new class. She turned towards Spike, who had probably seen her climb in through the window while Cerium's attention was elsewhere, giving him a look that asked him not to say anything. |

((Nice and retcon-y post here. Let's, ah, just pretend this is at the end of my old post.)) Katy noticed that everyone was introducing themselves to Ms. Ryuko and then recalled hearing, as if from a dream, Ms. Ryuko asking for everyone to introduce themselves. "Katy King," Katy said solemnly. "I am fairly new here. This is my first class ever at Hyakuji; I arrived shortly before the failed attack on Kaimu." Katy was clearly much better at conversation when more people were around. "You can probably imagine my surprise when some strange fellow arrives at my dorm room for no apparent reason--before I can even unpack, no less!--and asks me to pilot a giant robot with these gentlemen here." She gestured at Jonny and Seth. Okay, so it turns out Katy can be one hell of a conversationalist. Before she could stop herself, she blurted out the question that had been niggling at the back of her mind since Jameson approached her about piloting the Hyakuzor. "Are inter-school wars with destructive robots par for the course here?" Edited by Ravager Hughesy, Apr 16 2011, 02:13 AM.

"Cor blimey, that's enough already Yume-chan!" Selene exclaimed as she heard Thianbang's calling her name and giving her a hug from behind. The corporate heiress let out a shout over the warm and wet sensation as Thianbang proceeded to lick her own the left ear, her shock being quickly replaced with annoyance. "Nice to see you!" Selene hissed before delivering a not-so-gentle elbow strike to the other girl's ribs before taking a handkerchief from her blazer's pocket and wiping her left ear and sitting down to allow her to introduce herself. "What? You mean there's some conspiracy around here to make students acts like zombies? How terrible." Thianbang commented after her self-introduction, eliciting a grumble and a facepalm from the corporate heiress, of course she'd forgotten how annoying air-headed her old friend could get. After Spike and Chizu were done with their introductions, the corporate heiress raised an eyebrow as another girl who introduced herself as Katy mentioned of her piloting a giant robot together with Jonny and Seth. And then it was her turn to introduce herself. Straightening her uniform (non-standard) blazer and tie the corporate heiress stood up in a graceful and refined posture, first bowing to Cerium-sensei before introducing herself. "Selene Frostfire, Hyakuji Sophomore. I'm a magus. As you may have heard, in the light of the school's financial troubles, a lot of us are losing much sleep over it, especially given how dear this school meant to us and the amount of heart and money we all invested in it." That being said, the corporate heiress sat down. |

"And the fact that we're being blamed for the collateral damage, weren't helping matters," ...V! What do you mean by that?! "Maybe you didn't realize it, but notice that people have been avoiding us ever since that time. Everywhere we go, they've been giving us the cold shoulder, scampering at the sight of us, giving us the look of contempt and disgust like we're the one responsible for everything. Tch," V spat outside the window, ruffling his head in slight frustration. First of all, please note that him being the one who was worked up over something like this was strange enough. And secondly, shouldn't Seth be the one who was all irritated and all? "Um... V, it's really... fine, really..." He started, completely forgetting how strange it is to be talking to yourself. "No, it's not. Aren't you at least a little bit angry at being blamed for all the trouble?" His voice was slowly rising in intensity. It was weird, and very irritating. He could actually feel NOTHING negative in Seth's mind. He can't feel any contempt, he can't feel any feeling of cold wrath or the urge to take any revenge. It's kinda frustrating to know that there's a mind that's not hell-bent on really taking revenge even after all that had happened. |

Dead tired, that was what you could call it, a few days after the incidents with the Kaimu clan, made the boy sleepy, plus the things that had to be considered were irrelevant to the situation where he was taking a small well-deserved nap. It had been extremely hectic, and he was one who stayed up to keep up with his training. He yawned his head laying against the cold desk, staring at the window. He placed his arms on top of the desk, smoothing against the top with his fingers brushing against the surface. He had the charisma of a sloth that just had a big meal. He took up his head as he heard the yammering on in class, taking another sigh, releasing his lips as his eyes closed, smacking his lips with a short stand of no words only gestures, placing his head against the forehead. He brushed his lips against the desk and sighed heavily. Let the official first day of school for him begin. Not a good start considering the fact he isn't listening, doubtfully he would understand much of what was said to begin with, considering eating and sleeping were much his forte when he wasn't off on adventures or in fighting. He was also surprised at the schedules he could take, he would definitely need to heighten his skills in physical combat, and that was a perfect clash towards his skills. Maybe he would meet someone with enough ability to take him on, who was to say? As time passed, his eyes began slowly drifting into a slumber that was much needed but was highly unprofessional. He however, wasn't a person who was professional always a wild child, someone who got into trouble and took challenges head-on. He only hoped that he wouldn't have to deal with pesky teachers getting on his nerves when it came to their overbearing voices and constant pecking at him. Alas, he didn't really care, he would either need to know it or not need to, besides, he was probably going to sell Ramen when he got older, similarly to his father. The old family recipe never failed. He took one last sigh, before floating off to a dreamy world. His positioning with his head on his desk, his hands flat, and his breath beginning to expand and constrict with every gasp growing heavier. He drifted off to peace. Cerium of course had not meant to say students were actually zombies, but rather just that a lot of them seemed tired. Or were arriving oddly late. She began taking role, finding the students' names on her list and marking them present as they responded, waiting still for those who were present to call their names out. She did recognise a few of them, while others were simply entirely new faces to her. She listened to the students talk about how the school's financial status was bearing down on them. Truth be told it was something that could keep you awake if you weren't able to reign it in and just calm yourself about it. Of course, if the school was shut down, what would happen to these kids? Or to her for that matter. There would probably be some mass relocation either to their homes or...to Kaimu... It was one of the students at the back spoke up that Cerium took notice. Spike Ito? She checked his name off. Now he was certianly a lively one~! She couldn't help but giggle noticing the entire look he had around himself. Perhaps the class delinquint? Well she wouldn't discipline him. Not yet anyway~ She then noticed Chizu magically appearing in the class, seeing the open window nearby as well. She didn't need too much to piece two and two together and just gave Chizu a wry grin of acknowledgement. Had she slept over at Nickle's last night? He hadn't heard him making some kind of a fuss, of course she'd gotten to bed early to be up in time for class. However, her attention was immediately diverted to Katy, the first who had arrived if she remembered correctly. So that's the reason! They'd all been out fighting last night against Kaimu! Now while Cerium was farily new here, she'd been given the low-down on things from the other staff and her cousin, so she knew more or less what was what. "I see. So that's why you lot are all looking like you're about to drop." She stood up and began walking amongst the students as they sat by their desks. "Well truth be told, even though I'm new as well, I know that the school has never really had such strife with another school. In fact, no real inter-school competion at all. Much less being down with giant robots, those only are sanctioned under special circumstances." She kept moving, oddly enough Cerium had no concept of what a space bubble was and oddly fiddled and played with people's hair for a brief second or two as she spoke, not even realizing she was doing it. Those to fall victim to this were of course Katy herself, Johnny and Seth. She then moved to the back of the class to where Chizu and Spike were sitting, but kept speaking to all of them, "Now I'm sure it is like Hyakuji to take matters into its own hands. BUt you guys have to remember that sometimes not acting at all is the best option." Now she knew this wasn't going to sit well, but she decided to elaborate, "Think of Gandhi~ He remained passive and things worked out. Now I'm not saying just sit there and take it as it is, but play the waiting game, cast some bait out into a pond and let the big fish come to you~" She may have been a bit cryptic, but that was the thing that came with being instructed in martial arts, you got the manner of speaking along with the training. |

Jonny had sat back down in his chair by the time the others had begun to speak, having seemingly stirred the rest of the class into life. Either that, or they had waited specifically to embarass him. It didn't matter either way he supposed, but he did find it odd when the teacher began ruffling his hair. Not to say it had been particular neat and tidy before, but it didn't have some strange curl at the front of it that refused to go away. He spent the next few moments trying to force the unruly strands to sit down, but they sprung back up each and every time. He grumbled slightly, accepting that without Apollo Justice class hair gel, he was probably gonna be like this a while. "Gandhi wasn't completely passive. Certainly not when he organized massive protests, and had people specifically be disobedient towards the system that oppressed them. Non-violent sure, but still not completely passive. Even then, he still got shot, didn't he?" It was odd for him to be so darn pessimistic about the situation. But the truth of the matter was... he had honestly thought he could have done better. He had screamed about Hyakuji always bettering itself. How if they just never gave in, they'd win in the end. And he been had proven wrong with a vicious psychic attack to cap it all off. But... he couldn't completely fault the teacher's logic either. The so called 'prank', (though what prank involves giant robots?) had been a disaster. They couldn't just go for a round two. "...Sorry. I think I need some air." He slowly opened the nearby window, letting a refreshing breeze wash over him. |

"Ghandi's method doesn't work when the attackers can spin anything into the way they want." A voice said in response to the teacher. Damon had been sitting in the class, having snuck in like, well, a shadow. Despite his features, he had the capability to be sneaky on accident. Regardless, it was odd for HIM to say that. Normally Damon was as peaceful as could be. But this time, there was just a very grim air around him. He didn't know how it was possible, but Kaimu just seemed to have all the cards. It didn't make sense, and it was quite frankly making him angry. He was NOT used to being outsmarted, out planned, and outmaneuvered. It was beginning to feel more and more personal. Which was hard when one considers they were already basically attacking the only home he had in the whole world. What was worse was that Damon didn't have a clue what he could do to respond with. Being on the defensive meant, well, them attacking. Attacking back meant being made into looking like the attackers. This was just a horrible mess. |

"Ghandi wasn't scared to take action either." Lorenzo spoke up, remembering that Ghandi's form of peaceful protest was still a protest that needed to be acted upon anyway. That said, if this...Kaimo or Kaimu got its way, well...shit's gonna fly. This was bullshit. It was less because they were doing it, but it felt to Lorenzo like it was a bad anime plot. And it was happening right now. "Sucks, really...for this shit to happen. Corruption in Japan is really this bad." He said, being blunt and veiled at the same time. "Ouch!" Thianbang shouted as Selene hits her."Sorry, I guess I am a bit too excited." "I say we really, really shouldn't be fighting." Thianbang remarked as she got what happened, "We are all human beings, we should all help each other! There must be some misunderstanding between us and their school. We should try to make friends." She continued, with tears in her eyes. "You know, all this may be a conspiracy by aliens or demons from another world, trying to make us fight each other so when they can invade and conquer us after we defeat each other. We can't let such things happen! We, as human beings must stand together and help each other, to protect this world we love." She said in an hot blooded tone, "Just like during the Neuroi Invasion!" And so this Yume-Chan goes on and on about peace, love and the united universal love for all humanity... while the other Yume-Chan in another class suggests sadistic plans of mass destruction. |

Looks like everyone's in a bad mood due to the recent Kaimu event. He can't say that he's in a bad mood too, since really, he's not. V maybe (he didn't even care about the school, just Seth), but for some reason, Seth couldn't find any reason to be bitter about their loss. Maybe he could even say, Hyakuji deserved it? Dear me, if he ever said that out loud, he's gonna be in for some real and terrible beating from the rest of the school. Although... "...You guys don't think that we probably deserved it?" ...*facepalmX2 COMBO* ...What the hell makes you say that? "Well... I mean to say..." He scratched his head, staring around at everyone nervously, but his voice was loud and clear enough for the rest of the class to hear without needing any hearing aid. "...was taking revenge really the best way to settle this in the first place?" What do you mean? You joined in as well. "I know that... and I know I'm contradicting myself now," He said to the meta-virus inside his head. "But... now that I think about it... what was the point of the counter-prank anyway?" Cue angry stares. |

The boss's appearance was sudden. He'd forgotten she could fly before she flew in through the window. Spike passively nodded to Chizu as she gave him a slight glare. He wouldn't say anything though it seemed the teacher had already taken note of her sudden appearance. Spike had little idea what happened recently but he was starting to get the idea... He missed the big fight between the schools. He hadn't really been aware that there was another school around her but that didn't really matter. The two schools clashed and he'd missed it. Apparently Hyakuji had lost but at least they were there. Spike scoffed. He probably wouldn't have turned the tables, especially given Giant Robot involvement, but he'd missed the entire incident. Then the teacher started on about Ghandi and being passive... Spike carefully considered it before settling on the wrong interpretation. There was no need for him to go out of his way to challenge them. Those he needed to fight would walk into his path eventually. Triumphant in his understanding he smiled and crossed his arms. |
