This is an unofficial follow-up to the HotCA Event topic, and is open to all Kaimu student council/execution squad characters who may be interested.

Horoko hadn't left the rooftop where she'd till now been watching the mecha slugfest between Hyakuzor and King Kaimu right up to its brutal conclusion when the president kinda lost it and literally tore the visiting team's mecha a new one. It was truly - in the words of the Kaimu Fight Club announcer Matsushima Ken, a No Holds Barred Beatdown to end all No Holds Barred Beatdowns. In all the fights she'd participated in or watched, she'd never seen someone take such a savage beating. It was more like a mauling.

But the outcome was clear - home team won and sent the visiting team packing. But at what cost? The immediate vicinity of the mecha battle was - quite literally - reduced to a wasteland of fire and collapsed buildings. And all around the blaring of sirens filled the air as the city's emergency services worked overtime. And somehow, the bespectacled girl knew, that this won't be the last they'd be seeing of the Hyakuji students.

"And so it begins," Horoko muttered as she gazed into the distance, resting her sheathed katana's tip upon the floor.

" Damn....what happened here?" Raven asked as he appeared on the roof behind Horoko. He had a slight frown on his face as he made his way to the girls side, his eyes glancing at the scene in front of him. It was pure hell, everything around them was destroyed, or burning to the ground.

" Hmmm guess this is a bad time to let her know one of the River City kids got away huh?" Raven asked as he brought his sword up, resting it on his shoulders as he watched the emergency crews evacuate those still in the rubble.

" Hmmm she causes all this trouble and destruction, but yet I'm seen as the deadly one..." He said jokingly as he turned to look at the girl as something came to his mind. " Have you seen Mika? I haven't been in touch with her since the hyakuji students first arrived..." He asked as he turned to see if anyone else had arrived, if there was one thing he was sure of. There was going to be a major meeting about tonight, and meetings usually meant, someone yelling, and Raven and the others being forced to listen.

" Not looking forward to this one....."

Louie had been standing next to Horoko for the finale of the battle and needless to say, while he'd always repsected the Studen Council President, he'd never imagined that her composed deminoir could be shattered by such a beast of fury. While he'd been rooting for Kaimu all this time, you'd have to be heartless if you didn't feel some pity for Hyakuji. They had never seen that one coming, for the most half neither did Louie.

He had had his arm around Horoko for a while beforehand but was not crouching low next to her. "Guess the final touchdown was ours. But they're gonna want a rematch. DD's sure gone and started an all out school war, hasn't she?" It was then that Louie heard the footsteps of the Kendo Captain behind him.

One of the River City kids bolted? Well that could be a cause for concern...
"Damn straight. Hyaku-kids are gonna be getting 3 kinds of emo over this. But as for Mika, last time I saw her we were in the hallway fighting before that darkness weilding guy unleashed some kinda psycho attack."

Louie then stood up, looking at Horoko for a moment and then back at Raven.

"Guess the final touchdown was ours. But they're gonna want a rematch. DD's sure gone and started an all out school war, hasn't she?" Horoko nodded at Louie's statement, and feeling his arm around her shoulders she responded in kind by taking hold of his hand in a warm and gentle grip.

"You know, I get this feeling that starting a mecha battle wasn't part of their agenda," Horoko commented as she watched the scene of destruction before her, the flames dancing in the background were disturbing, yet at the same time mesmerizing. "But if our president wants to start a war with those Hyakuji kids, let's just say that one would have to be thoroughly heartless to not feel sorry for what they're about to get into." While starting a fight may not have been on the Hyakujians' agenda, knowing the way the president thinks she knew that the president would no doubt use this event to sway public opinion in Kaimu's favor.

"Damn....what happened here?" Raven's voice caused Horoko's heart to jump; for all the while she thought it was just herself and Louie on the rooftop. But as the bespectacled girl glanced at Louie she soon put herself at ease. Sure, he had his arm around her shoulders all the while but it didn't seem to intimate, did it? "Hmmm guess this is a bad time to let her know one of the River City kids got away huh?"

"They got away?" Horoko queried. "Now that couldn't be good..." she mumbled. She'd sort of anticipated that RCR would probably chicken out from the president's plans at the first opportunity they got, but never would she think that they'd actually go ahead with it. This already prevented her from savoring what should've been a decisive victory for team Kaimu.

"Hmmm she causes all this trouble and destruction, but yet I'm seen as the deadly one... Have you seen Mika? I haven't been in touch with her since the hyakuji students first arrived..." Raven turned his thoughts back to Mika, whom Horoko knew was dating him, and at least according to Louie they hadn't seen her since the shadow guy unleashed some crazy attack. But she was probably fine, that much she could assume.

"Looks like this is going to be one sleepless night for us all," Horoko remarked as Timothy and Haruka returned to the rooftop, the former still limping on one leg and the latter massaging her hands which looked to be in pain, her fingers red. No doubt, the president would soon summon the lot of them to discuss the next phase of their battleplans...

Hurried footsteps sounded from the stairs, coming one after another. From their speed and cadence, it sounded as if the person behind the footsteps was taking the steps two at a time. The door to the rooftop swung open hurriedly, as if it was thrown open, and a small dark-haired girl in a gray jacket jumped out. "Mika Makoto is in the building!" she said.

She blinked, looking up to survey the destruction in front of her. Mika reached up a hand, scratching the back of her head. "Er...Mika is in what's left of the building," she said. She walked over to the railing and looked over it, staring at the carnage. The young girl let out a low whistle, eyes wide. "Holy crap, she was pissed," she said. It looked like the Hyakuji students had learned today's valuable lesson. Don't mess with the student council president.

She rubbed her hand, nursing a small burn that she had received from staying too close to one of her own explosions, before turning towards Louie. Her eyes narrowed, and she walked up to him, jabbing a finger at his chest. It was almost comical, considering she was so much smaller than the American football player. "Hey, what's the big idea just leaving me down there?" she asked, before rounding on to Raven. "And you too!" she said.

" Hmm thanks Lou...guess ill track her down soon.." He said not turning to even look at the boy, but keeping his eyes on the destruction, a smile glued to his face. Raven lived for this, it was what he loved most in the world, death, and destruction, it was beautiful.

" Please don't mention a sleepless night....I get very little of that as it is...and those damn Hyakuji kids screwed up my night..." It was then he turned to see Mika come running to the rest of the group. He blinked slightly at the girl as if he was shocked to see her. His eyes followed her every step as she surveyed the damage.

Raven laughed quietly as she scolded Louie for leaving her during the fight, for some reason it was quite enjoyable to watch the girls scold him, if it wasn't The president, or Mika, it was Horoko, who Raven could swear was dating Louie.

" No one can spend that much time with Louie and enjoy it unless they are dating-" Raven was snapped out of his thoughts as Mika turned on him. A soft growl escaped his lips as he glared at the girl.

" Hey its not our fault you where slow moving! Besides...." He turned away from her, his face glowing red. " I was going to come find you when I had time...but here you are safe, and sound, so relax.." He stated as he turned back to her with a ' Drop it' look on his face.

Louie could tell Horoko was starting to feel a litte uncomfortabe, seeing as she'd let his hand go when Raven arrived and he'd felt her shoulders stiffen when the two other fight club members returned. He gently squeezed her shoulder in a reassuring way, the only way he could truely comfort her in this situation without causing her to feel embarressed and break away from his grasp. He knew she didn't mean it and so he'd just started to learn to live with the complex she had. She'd have to come to grips with it in her own time.

Louie then turned to see Mika arrive onto the rooftop, the loudness being a bit out of place in the clam after the battle, but what else could you expect from a girl who's power it was to make things explode. As she came up to him and poked him he grinned and rubbed the back of his neck feeling kinda guilty, "Hey my bad there Mika. After that guys attack hit I got a little disorientated." It was really the only thing he could say, besides he had been worried about Horoko more than Mika, for obvious reasons.

Raven wasn't gonna get off the hook as easily, at least not right away once Mika was done with him. He had gotten used to getting a tongue lashing from women, probably because he just seemed to get under their skin somehow. Potentially upsetting for any woman no matter which way you looked at it. "Oi Mika come on, I'm not the only execution squad member you know. Besides, I'm morally obligated to search for my girlfriend first before looking for someone else's girl. People might start getting the wrong idea about us."

And that previous careful tact of reassuring Horoko was torn down in an instant, blatantly delcaring their relationship status to both Mika and Raven. He then grinned, taking his arm off of Horoko and using both of his hands to gesture while he spoke, knowing she'd probably break away from his embrace at this point anyway, "Look, let's not fight amongst ourselves, we just kicked Hyakuji's ass! We should be celebrating, even if it is kinda late." He turned and looked at Horoko with a wink, "Your place is big enough for a party last time I checked."

"There's something enchanting about it, isn't it, Raven-kun?" Horoko asked as she noticed how Raven was surveying the aftermath of the carnage and destruction before him with a smile on his face. Sure, in a rather morbid sense it was sort of captivating to behold, but the bespectacled girl didn't - and never will - view it with the same pleasure that Raven seemed to take in it, finding the kendo club captain's expression somewhat unsettling indeed.

"What can I say, Yamigumo-san? That's why I say Raven-san never fails to give me the creeps," Timothy commented, whispering to Horoko under his breath while Haruka merely elbowed the blond guy in the ribs, the pink-haired girl's eyes appearing to ask him whether he developed a death wish. Meanwhile, the rooftop began to get crowded with Mika's arrival, whose presence certainly added a calming element to the otherwise volatile Raven. Of course, that was more than a little unsettling for Horoko, seeing how Louie still had his arm around her shoulders in front of what appeared to be half of the Execution Squad.

"Oi Mika come on, I'm not the only execution squad member you know. Besides, I'm morally obligated to search for my girlfriend first before looking for someone else's girl. People might start getting the wrong idea about us." Now that wasn't the smartest thing to say wasn't it? Timothy merely stared at Louie after he made the girlfriend remark, shaking his head while going all bug-eyed.

"I don't like the looks of this.." Haruka commented. No sooner had Louie finished his suggestion on holding a party at Horoko's place would he find his vision obscured by a rain of glowing cherry blossoms as Horoko now stood some distance away from him near the edge of a rooftop before slicing downwards with her (still-sheathed) katana, sending a pink wave of energy racing along the floor towards Louie!

"A party sounds like a good idea," Horoko commented as she straightened her glasses, tucking her weapon underneath her arm. "And to set the record straight, we're not really that close." Despite her attempt to deny they were involved in any sort of relationship, the color flushing in the bespectacled girl's cheeks pretty much betrayed her true feelings.

Well I'm gonna keep this gravy train rolling. ^^

Louie had been expecting some kind of reaction, but he must have really gone a bit overboard to warrant an attack from her. Even if she was using a sheathed blade. He took a moment to realize that perhaps she kept it sheathed cause she really didn't want to hurt him, which was sweet in a way, but that was soon replaced with an emotion of rushed panic and a mild yelp.

Louie accelerated his time, speeding himself up and covering himself in a type of golden glow as he seemed to just seemlessly move out of the way towards Horoko again. T him, everything just seemed as if it was moving in slow motion while he dodge the blade, but to the others it would appearing to be a series of golden after images moving at extremely high speed. He appeared to the side of Horoko, his hand resting over hers, holding both it and the sword in place to prevent any future attacking, for the moment anyway...

"Hey, it was just an idea. Not something that needed to really be acted on." he said, a little sternly to her. He loved her, but it was a little bit frustrating having to deal with this sort of thing from time to time. He then released her, moving bewteen Horoko and Mika and Raven, "Maybe we should go find the President? I mean after all this it's not like she wouldn't have something to say, right? Or at least something to gloat over."

" It is beautiful.....its burning....just like my home the day I set it ablaze...." Raven spoke as if he was in a deep trance, his eyes dazed as he seemed to be reliving a moment from his life, something that brought him great pleasure, could someone really be this disturbed? Well with Raven that wasn't far from the truth.

" Boy I may be old, but my hearing hasn't faded...watch your mouth, or I could cut those lips off if you find them to be in the way." He said as his glanced at Timothy from the corner of his eye as if trying to tell him that he meant every word. He blinked in slight shock as Horoko attacked Louie in what he could only assume was embarrassed rage.

" A party? Sounds like a plan....but I feel as if we should check in with the prez...although I'm not to excited to hear what she has to say..but who takes the fall for all this? I'm sure she will put it all on Hyakuji but still...something about what happened tells me she won't be in the best mood..." Raven said as he watched Louie move between him and Mika.

" I would be careful if I where you....Horoko is quite good with a blade, I wish she would join the kendo club...maybe then those slackers would pick it up. He said to Louie as he turned away from the carnage. " Wonder what happened to the others?" Raven asked, mostly to Horoko as he looked in her direction.

Mika's response was to stick her tongue out at Raven, before she turned towards Louie, a frown on her face. "Someone else's girl?" she asked, her eyebrows furrowing slightly in confusion. "Did you get hit in the head or something? The one and only Mika Makoto is still on the market!" She gestured at herself, still clueless as to what they were talking about. Was some guy spreading rumors? She knew a lot of guys had expressed interest at one point or another, but she kept turning them down.

Her ears picked up on something Raven said and she looked up, a frown on her face. Just like his home the day he set it ablaze? She turned her head, staring at the wreckage in front of her.

Drip, drop...

Drip, drop...

Stars twinkled in the sky above her as she lay in the wreckage, a multitude of them. She saw them through the gaps between her fingers as she extended her right arm weakly, reaching out towards them. The symbol on her right wrist stood out in glaring detail against her pale hand. Infinity...from this angle...

Or was it...her mind was being fuzzy on her...

Drip, drop...

Red droplets, making their way down, down...

She swallowed hard and shook her head, returning back to reality. That never happened. That was just a dream. She turned around quickly to face her friends, her characteristic grin on her face. "A party sounds awesome!" she said. "But Raven's right, let's find senpai first. Before Horoko kills Louie."

"Hey, it was just an idea. Not something that needed to really be acted on." Louie avoided the incoming blast from Horoko, quite predictably - but Horoko didn't really intend to hit anything with the blast either, it was more of just an emotional outburst than anything as the bespectacled girl got all flustered over the possibility that her romance with Louie might become 'public knowledge'. The girl calmed down considerably as his hands closed around her own, keeping her weapon restrained. "Maybe we should go find the President? I mean after all this it's not like she wouldn't have something to say, right? Or at least something to gloat over."

And for the most part Raven and Mika agreed - before they could have any plans to celebrate their victory over the chumps from Hyakuji, first things first they were going to have to check on their president. Part of Horoko was actually somewhat concerned - it wasn't exactly an everyday occurrence to see their kaicho-sama get this worked up. But still, some things that were beyond her control did happen, such as King Kaimu's battle with Hyakuzor taking longer than originally planned. Horoko was one of those who'd thought it would be a curbstomp, but against all calculations Hyakuzor actually held its own. And while King Kaimu - and the Execution Squad - ultimately stood victorious it didn't come without a price in the form of massive property damage to the campus and to the city itself. God knows if any normal citizens actually lost their lives in the crossfire.

The thought of it made Horoko falter slightly - so the president did plan out the whole idea of luring the Hyakuji students in with their counter-prank which ultimately led to this scene of destruction before them, and she could only wonder if any more innocents would get drawn into this conflict which was bound to intensify. Sure, the president could probably get the media to put a spin on things to make it seem like the whole attack was instigated by the Hyakuji students, but it'd take a heart that's totally devoid of any conscience to say part of the blood wasn't on their hands.

"Right you are... let's hear what the president has to say," Horoko nodded as she relaxed her grip on the handle of her katana.
