"Nothing like being sugar frosted by God." Priscilla muttered as she walked into the classroom, shaking off the fine layer of snow that had settled on top of her. She looked around the classroom, a hint of surprise on her face when she saw that it was empty. 'Then again...knowing that crazy man that is our homeroom teacher...dude's probably hidden under the floorboards and is just going to jump in going DYNAMIC ENTRY like that other idiot girl on the first day.' She sighed and just claimed a seat then, dumping her bag to the side. She tapped her fingers lazily against her desk, waiting for someone else to just pop in. Her mood was slightly improved from a couple of days ago, but she was still in no mood for school. 'Hopefully the staff actually does something about those kids. If they sit around and just twiddle their thumbs, I'm gonna get pissed.' She sighed again and began to hum and sing softly to herself. She didn't particularly care that the lyrics were offensive. She was in a horrible mood and by god she was going to nurture it. Besides, Big Reel Fish was a great band. |

Selene pulled down the hood of her winter coat as she approached the classroom, shaking the lowered hood slightly to get the snow off. "Hello?" The English heiress asked as she peeked her head through the doorway to find that the only other person in the room besides herself was that girl who was the guitarist and singer for that band in the Battle of the Bands... what was that band again? P3P? And what was that girl's name? Stepping inside, the English heiress unbuttoned her winter coat before shrugging it off and hanging it up on a nearby hanger, adjusting the necktie and blazer of her school uniform before choosing a table - one next to Priscilla's. Setting down her bag on the table, Selene smoothed out her skirt before sitting down, turning towards Priscilla's direction and giving the other girl a smile. "Hello there, I remember you from that band P3P during the Matsuri festival! I didn't quite catch your name though..." the corporate heiress commented, her tone clearly showing her admiration towards P3P's performance. "The name's Selene Frostfire," The corporate heiress said in earnest. "Your band played well." Selene smiled and nodded to show that she meant it, and it was something she was intended to tell to the other bands anyway after the Battle of the Bands was over, if it wasn't for that little... incident was really best left undiscussed. |

Li walked in as Selene was talking, unzipping the front of the dull green jacket he always wore when the weather got colder. He was grateful that the school's winter uniform was already pretty warm on its own in addition to his jacket. The snow was taking it slow so far, but it was supposed to pick up later. He hoped he didn't get any jobs soon. This kind of weather always made his work more difficult. He noticed that two of his classmates were already there talking, and he bowed slightly, a slightly nervous smile on his face. "Good morning." he said softly before heading over to his desk. He draped his jacket over the back of his chair and sat down. He was grateful that the heating was so good in here. He started thinking about the problems involving Adam Amargus, but there wasn't much he could do until Huang or Mao gave him some more intel. For now, he reached into his bag and pulled out a piece of bread and three onigiri all of which he had gotten at a convenience store for his breakfast. For now he just focused on his food and trying not to stand out too much. |

Look at his little dance

Spike walked into the classroom. He sighed in exhaustion still a bit tired from the previous day, but he was ready to get a start on his school day, even if he didn't have his jacket today... After all this school was full of incredible stuff. Even the teachers were incredible people. Well, maybe ridiculous. Spike couldn't imagine what else could actually make him get up in the morning. "Mornin'" He waved a vague greeting as he entered. Taking a seat in the back corner he wondered how the teacher would enter today. He'd come out of the ceiling last time. Spike looked up expectantly. |

Considering the amount of trouble she seemed to get herself in on a weekly--if not daily--basis at Hyakuji, one would think Chizu would be used to waking up to aches, pains, and bone-numbing exhaustion. So why was it that it never seemed to get any easier to drag herself out of bed when her alarm clock rang. She had fallen asleep almost as soon as she closed her eyes last night, but her dreams hadn't exactly been peaceful. She thought she could still smell blood when she woke up, and damn it if her eyes weren't puffy from yesterday. It was probably good for her humanity that she couldn't watch people die and/or kill without ending up crying somewhere. Didn't mean that she ever stopped fighting though, although last night had been one of the few times in a while that she actually had to fight through her tears. When she woke up, it had been so tempting to just ditch the morning training and go back to bed. In fact, she intended to, and just make up for it in the afternoon, but after thirty minutes of extra sleep the guilt of missing her training got to her so she stood up, wrapped up as warmly as she could, and went outside to practice basic aeromancy in the snow. Not much of a workout, but it did make her feel a little better about it. By the time she walked into the classroom for homeroom, she was awake, if not energetic. The smell of strong coffee rose from the styrofoam cup in her hands as she took a sip, setting it down on her usual desk and sitting down. She had managed to avoid major injuries, but that was mostly because she didn't really do anything useful, which was another thing that got to her. But at least it was over. Wo Shing was gone. She sighed, propping her head up in her hands and rubbing at her temples tiredly, ignoring Spike, Selene, and anyone else in the room unless they came up to talk to her personally. Priss was right, Dynamic Entry was Hongo's main specialty, only he wasn't under the floorboards. This time, the cyborg male burst out from behind the blackboard, the dark green surface merely spinning around in place as he did so. It was amazing how many hidden passages were in the classrooms, but at the same time you just couldn't be surprised anymore. Still, the classroom still hadn't filled out enough yet, so he couldn't actually make any announcements. With that, he merely sat at the teacher's desk and waited just a little bit longer. |

"Eh...?" Priscilla looked up as another girl entered the classroom and approached her, giving her a nice smile and greeting. She returned the smile, albeit a little bitterly, and gave her a nod. "Thanks. Same to you...part of the Mabushii Misfits, right? Heh...that show you put at the end of the second round certainly was something. Did you guys improvise all that or was it all planned before?" "Oh, my manners. Right. Name's Priscilla Yamamoto, implanted in Japan from the ol' United States of America." She offered a hand to shake. "Selene Frostfire, huh...you don't sound like you're from around here, so I'm guessing you got sent here by your parents too, right? Well...anyway." "Nice to meetcha. You guys going to stick together as an actual band or was that thing one-time only?" She took a glance to the front of the classroom as Hongo, just as expected, somehow burst from behind the damn blackboard of all things. 'That really shouldn't be right, but somehow it fits him just so very well.' |

Hiroto ran into the room, short on breath, and sweating even though it was snowing outside. He'd accidently gone to the wrong homeroom, and wasn't sure if he was in the right classroom now. If anything, he'd end up running around some more. He put his books down, and looked around. "This is cooking, 2nd period, correct? Or do I need to go running around the school again to find the right class?" He stayed near his books, just in case he needed to run around the school again. Then again, he might just go back to his room, and spend the rest of the period/day sleeping. He kept a hand on his rune pouch, fiddling with 6 runes, leaving the 7th in his right hand. ((OOC: I hope I got this right, otherwise, I'm gonna go insane with these class periods.)) |
