The Shinkansen bullet train darted across Japan at nearly three hundred kilometers per hour, carrying with it over one thousand passengers as it made its way between the country's sprawling metropolises. To those observing from afar, it appeared as little more than a white, streamlined blur effortlessly gliding from one city to the next. If not for its immense size, in fact, the maglev train would scarcely have been visible at all. Of course, the inverse was also true, and as far as the passengers were concerned, the diverse environments they traveled through were hardly even distinguishable from one another. With that in-mind, the high-speed railway line's next stop was nothing if not unique. When, at last, it came to a halt, the Shinkansen would be in the city of Hyakuji- an impressive yet, at first glance, unremarkable city which nonetheless had a number of interesting attractions to its name. However, the cheerful young man standing nonchalantly atop the bullet train had a vested interest in only one of these locales. Specifically, he had set his sights on Hyakuji High School, where he hoped to learn a thing or two about the strange powers that had revealed themselves to him just over one year ago.

Daisaku Yoshida was a quirky fellow, to say the least, and if one were to judge him solely by his outward behavior, it would not have been too much of a stretch to assume he was just a tad scatterbrained. Then again, he was both clever and swift enough to hitch a ride on a passing bullet train without detection, so perhaps his peculiarities were best overlooked. Daisaku certainly didn't seem to consider them cause for alarm; as he stood on the fastest maglev train in the world, all he could do was stare optimistically into the distance with a pair of deep, emerald eyes. This was, as it were, the first of two external clues that the boy's Spiral Power was currently active. The second sign was a strange wave of gold in his otherwise dark, red hair, giving it certain similarities to a burning ember. The tall, slender youth grinned with anticipation as the train neared its next stop, crossing his arms and tapping his foot impatiently. In the process, Daisaku nearly lost his balance on the absurdly fast vehicle, having grown complacent in its constant velocity without considering that the train would have to slow down before coming to a complete halt. He managed to catch himself, to be sure, but not without causing a stir among the passengers.

At the moment, having seen fit to enjoy his time spent in casual attire before being stuffed into a school uniform, Daisaku wore a red shirt which fit somewhat snugly around his lean, athletic physique while being just loose enough to billow dramatically in the wind along with his undeniably fabulous hair. This was a conscious decision. A pair of blue denim jeans completed the outfit, leaving him perfectly capable of blending in with the crowd if not for his rather interesting way of making an entrance. As the train slowed down enough for Daisaku to become easily visible, he was immediately noticed by a number of people who weren't quite sure how to address the issue. Somehow, the majority of the faceless masses managed to either ignore him or pretend they didn't see him at all. Such was the power of group mentality, Daisaku supposed; either that, or the citizens of Hyakuji were just accustomed to that sort of thing. The thought of making a clever getaway dawned on the boy, but it was quickly disregarded when he realized that "clever", in this case, meant blatant misuse of his incredible speed that could very well have brought harm to several innocent bystanders.

In lieu of theatrics- well, further theatrics, anyway- Daisaku leaped from his perch atop the bullet train and landed gracefully among those getting off the train. Only at this point did he consider that maybe riding on top of the Shinkansen to Hyakuji was a tiny bit strange, but never having been one to dwell on past mistakes, Daisaku opted to head toward the future. As his current situation dictated, the future was his new high school. "Alright! Onward to Hyakuji!" He exclaimed to himself happily. With a perfectly friendly, relaxed smile, Daisaku covertly slid his hands into his pockets and strolled off into his new surroundings. Once sufficiently integrated into the crowd, he deactivated his Spiral Power with an off-handed thought, and his hair and eyes returned to their normal colors.

Jameson sighed heavily as he tossed his hair back from his single good eye. He planted the hand on his side. He was wearing his typical sleuth outfit. A long brown trench coat that hung to his ankles. Black boots strapped up to just below his knees. Thick denim jeans and a white button down with a pair of suspenders over them. Black gloves, a black eyepatch, and his fedora with a white band around it..

In other words a ridiculous outfit ripped right form 1950 that he wore almost constantly. It was part of being a detective in his mind. Looking the part. His eyepatch and walking cane were obviously added in due to his own disabilities but he didn't seem crippled to anyone looking at him. Strong, confident, and wearing a smile twice the size a man has any right to wear unprompted he was the picture of a fit man, despite all those pesky handicaps he had.

He was Jameson B. Willicott... Detective and founder of the Willicott Detective Agency. Not only that but the same guy that had recently been half of the duo that had taken down the city's notorious street gang and ended their reign of terror. He felt pretty damn proud of himself. He was in the major leagues now. He'd actually saved this city from a real threat...

It was in the spirit of celebrating this that had brought him out into town. He was going to enjoy himself just a bit.. However as he'd made his way from the transit center to take a bus he noticed something.. weird..

"... Did that guy just hop off a train..?" Jameson said with a dumb blink of surprise.

....

"AWESOME."

Which was an appropriate response from a guy whom fashioned himself after heroes from TV shows and noir novels. Seeing someone act like a kid out of a cartoon was basically exactly what he found to be admirable in others. The only way to top it was if the guy had dramatically shouted his name and some catch phrase.

Daisaku had never been one to think too far ahead in matters that he deemed trivial or otherwise unworthy. This easygoing manner of living, however, had a nasty habit of coming back to haunt him in entirely predictable ways. For example, Daisaku's conscious refusal to acquaint himself with the layout of Hyakuji in even the most basic of ways resulted in a young man with absolutely no idea where he was headed. It was a simple "cause and effect" relationship, really, but he found it frustrating nonetheless. Shortly after his grand arrival at the Train Station, Daisaku stopped in his tracks, folded his arms contemplatively, and stared out into the city with a very quizzical expression on his face. Hyakuji was, by all rights, a rather large city, and though he walked with a very relaxed, confident swagger, the 3rd Year was eager to get to his new school. Being more naive than outright ignorant, only a few seconds passed before Daisaku let out a deep sigh, having resigned himself to the fact that he would have to simply ask for directions.

He scanned the crowd for possible candidates, noting quite a few interesting-looking individuals. Of course, the gentleman in the trench coat immediately stuck out from the masses as someone who looked especially knowledgeable. After all, information was what Daisaku was after, and in that regard, nobody was better suited to the task of dispensing intelligence than a genuine film noir detective. The walking stick and eye patch only added to his air of classiness and sophistication, and the charismatic smile he wore certainly didn't hurt his case. Further, he was among the few who had admitted to having seen Daisaku's display of athleticism, and he seemed to be quite impressed with the young man, at that. If nothing else, Daisaku's foolhardiness was appreciated; all the more reason for him to be willing to help the Spiral out in his time of need. So, with a casual wave to get the detective's attention, he made his way through the crowd of citizens toward what would hopefully be the fountain of information Daisaku needed.

"Hey! Would you mind helping me out, sir?" Daisaku asked in a very friendly, unassuming tone as he neared the tall, confident man. Really, he was almost beaming at the simple prospect of meeting someone new in this unfamiliar city. "Oh, sorry, how rude of me." He added apologetically before giving a very casual bow to the detective as a greeting. "The name's Daisaku Yoshida; I just arrived here as you, er...can probably tell...Anyway, I'm looking for this place called Hyakuji High School. I just enrolled there, but I guess I sorta neglected to look up directions." From what he understood of Hyakuji's schedule, of course, the school day had ended not long ago, so he was really in no rush. Still, the sooner he got himself settled in, the sooner he could explore his new surroundings. Never mind that he would finally be safe from the eyes and ears of the Anti Spiral Kyokai, allowing him some well-earned rest after several months of fighting for his life.

Jameson waited calmly, surprisingly so for the overly-eager late teenager, for Daisuke to finish up his request... Ah.. an old classic! A new student asking for directions. IT really brought him back to his youth. Even if he WAS only 19 it was still very nostalgic to think about these historic days of his past.. For a 19 year old he was somehow very aged.... At least in his own mind.

"Heeh.. Daisuke, eh?" Jameson said rubbing his neck. In truth it wasn't EXACTLY how he wanted to spend his day off but he could think of worse things to do and leaving a kid to wander aimlessly was out of the question.. Sometimes it was tough being a protector of this city!

Jameson turned looking away from the boy as he stroked his chin. "Hyakuji High... of course I can get you there. I'm in my fourth year as a student there." He said with a broad grin. There was probably no one whom know these streets better. Especially considering Jameson's photographic memory and ability to visualize things three dimensionally. Plus there was good old fashioned experience. It was amazing he hadn't walked a rut into these streets on the beat..

"I'm Hyakuji... No... The world's number one super sleuth! Jameson B. Willicott, AT YER' SERVICE!" He said running his finger along the brim of his fedora before snapping dramatically. It was the appearance of his classic greeting. Jameson was someone with a strong flair for the dramatic. As such he often gave into these little stylish greetings even when they weren't appropriate. But that was fine! Jameson knew deep down people appreciated them!

"Wha-?!" Daisaku exclaimed as if part of some grand, theatrical production. His eyes widened with shock and enthusiasm, glistening in a display of just how taken aback the young man was by his new comrade's declaration. Despite his having absolutely no evidence to back up this claim aside from his slick fedora and long coat, Daisaku could only imagine that the world's greatest detective would look something like the man standing before him. "The greatest super sleuth in the world...That's incredible." He went on, scratching his chin and giving a profound nod. "And a total coincidence, too, because I'm on the verge of becoming the world's greatest Spiral Warrior!" Daisaku smirked and pointed skyward, opting to leave out the fact that a pretty decent percent of his competition had been systematically slaughtered by a nearly omnipresent syndicate. "Well, once I can get myself some training down at Hyakuji, anyway."

Daisaku forced a cough as his theatrical flair momentarily faltered, having recalled the fact that he couldn't so much as produce a simple drill despite his tremendous power and speed. After reading between the lines regarding the information his grandfather had given him, the boy concluded that this was the Spiral equivalent of super retard strength. Regardless, the sophisticated sleuth didn't need to know the gory details; furthermore, some time spent under the tutelage of trained professionals would surely unlock his true potential or something to that effect. "Nice to know you're a student there, too." He smiled, beginning to trail off and motioning for the detective to lead the way. "I might need a little guidance when it comes to all the finer details of settling in over there. I dunno if there's some kind of complicated process or whatever."

Of course, the thought of the single greatest detective in the entirety of the human race being two years his senior didn't even cross Daisaku's mind. At the moment, he was a bit preoccupied by his almost single-minded fixation on getting to his new school. The very idea of permanent living quarters where he didn't have to worry about getting skewered on an Anti-Spiral's drill almost seemed too good to be true for the impulsive youth. Besides, however unconventional the academic experience may have been, enrolling in a high school would be a much-needed return to normalcy and stability after one year of traveling the country. "Thanks a lot for helping me out, by the way." Daisaku said brightly as the two made their way through the increasingly-crowded train station. "This probably isn't how you wanna be spending your free time. I promise I'll make it up to you...y'know, sooner or later." He shrugged his shoulders lackadaisically.

"Ehh.. Spiral warrior?" Jameson said in confusion. He'd never even heard of such a thing. Probably some minor cult or martial arts school or something. Either way he wasn't sure what to make of the declaration beyond the fact that the kid had tried to level the playing field between them. Saying that he was the best spiral warrior was probably his way of trying to appear just as capable as Jameson did.

Well at least the boy believed him about the detective thing. Usually he was met by intense skepticism or otherwise not exactly greeted with respect after saying such. Jameson was used to having to prove himself. This time he didn't have to though so he was somewhat releived. Maybe it was part of getting older? He was starting to produce a more authentic aura? He could only hope...

ANYHOW!

"Nah, it's no problem." He said interlacing his fingers behind his head. "When I first showed up a fourth year showed me around and gave me some pointers.. This is just paying it forward.. Eventually you'll do the same. In that way we create positive energy and it grows and grows infinitely." He said with a small laugh.

"As far a settling in goes.." He smiled, for once he DIDN'T have to warn about the Wo Shing.. Somehow that felt incredible. "Well it's mainly something you have to learn as you go... This city greets us all differently and has different destinies for us.." Like Jameson.. He'd never imagined when he had arrived he'd wind up a detective with his own office and everything. It hadn't even been an idea in his head... What a strange four years..

"Huh. Clearing a path for the next generation to follow..." Daisaku replied thoughtfully, crossing his arms behind his head as the two exited the train station and stepped out into the streets of Hyakuji. "An interesting philosophy. Still, it's not really in my nature to leave debts unpaid. Then again, infinite positive energy..." Of course, being, as stated, more on the naive side rather than outright unintelligent, Daisaku knew very well that the statement was made in jest. Still, to someone whose power was literally fueled by happy thoughts and belief, the prospect of a never ending reserve of optimism sounded mighty fine. Why, the very fabric of space-time itself could be his to command. However, such were the idle daydreams of a closeted Super Robot anime geek. "I guess I'll just cross the whole 'paying it forward' bridge as I come to it." He digressed, shrugging the issue off as quickly as it had arose and shifting his focus to more immediate matters.

"Aw, I'm sure whatever goes down here isn't such a big deal." Daisaku replied quite dismissively to Jameson's comment regarding destiny, following up with a very nonchalant wave of his hand. "Don't get me wrong, it's not like it's the people I'm worried about. I'm sure they're all class acts." He continued in an incredibly optimistic tone. This show of faith in the entirety of Hyakuji High School's student body was complimented by a thumbs up and a cheerful grin, which really just perfectly summarized Daisaku's feelings toward the situation- or any situation, for that matter. However, he was tactful enough to notice that Jameson seemed to be caught up in a moment of reflection. It was clear from his tone that his time spent at Hyakuji had been nothing short of extraordinary; Daisaku hoped his would be the same. "Nice city, though." He observed somewhat absently, slipping his hands into his pockets as he strolled along. "Looks like prime 'giant monster attack' material." He continued jokingly, chuckling to himself. As they say, ignorance is bliss.

"Ah... G.. Giant monsters.." Jameson said in a low tone, laughing sheepishly as he rubbed his neck. If only this kid knew.. No maybe it was best to let him live in ignorance for just a bit longer. Considering if this guy knew the half of all that had happened he might just run right over and hop right back into a train headed for anywhere else and enroll in a school that was more normal.

Jameson sighed a bit.. What in the world was wrong with him, loving a city like this..? Maybe he was a masochist..?

Jameson snapped back to reality, "Well I don't think you have to worry about giant monsters... this week.." He added in the last bit under his breath as he looked away. "It's more the evil bastards with thumb drives that turn them into monsters you need to be scared of.." He said nodding to this, reminding himself of that recent threat. "And assassins.. and evil ninjas... Zombies.. vampires.. evil gods.. oh man HOW MANY TIMES with the evil gods, already! Yeesh!" He said rolling his eyes and slapping himself on the forehead.

"Ah... Er..." Whoops, he'd gone off into the exact conversation he didn't want to have. This was going to scare him more than help. "A-Anyhow.. recently it's been really calm! Which is good since the school is about to get shut down due to budget issues!" He said laughing loudly before the entirety of color drained from his face.

THAT WAS AN EVEN WORSE CONVERSATION!!!

Here he was talking to a guy that had just enrolled and he was telling him the school could close down at any moment! It was going to terrify the guy! This was such a bad conversation! How much more of an idiot could Jameson be!! "Er... Hahaha! n-no worries though.. me and my friends defeated a dragon for it's treasure so it should be fine now..."

.... Wait he's just mentioned the DRAGON.

Ugh...

I give up.

Despite having been kidding around when he mentioned the possibility of a giant monster attack, Daisaku was, in some dark recess of his mind, quite disappointed to find that he would not be dealing with giant monsters in Hyakuji. Well, he wouldn't be dealing with them much, at least, if he heard Jameson's last mumbled statement correctly. Daisaku let slip a disappointed sigh, but merely shrugged his shoulders and kept right on walking. After all, surely there were other labors and challenges for intrepid, young heroes to face in the city of Hyakuji. A high school of superhuman teenagers being trained almost specifically for combat would surely see some small amount of chaos, at the very least.

And of course, the moment he mentioned evildoers with demonic thumb drives capable of creating monsters, the Spiral Warrior's face just lit up with excitement. He immediately gained a certain sparkle in his eye only seen during moments of unique enthusiasm. "Lovecraftian thumb drives, you say...?" Well, Jameson hadn't mentioned anything of a Lovecraftian nature in his offhanded comment, but Daisaku felt free to fill in the blanks on his own. "And assassins? And evil ninjas?! And zombies and vampires?!" With each repeated statement, Daisaku grew more and more excited at the prospect of life at Hyakuji High School. "You've even fought evil gods? That's awesome!" He exclaimed. "Man, I thought I was hardcore because I spent the past year fighting against a superhuman organization staffed entirely by corrupt Spiral Warriors, but I must admit, that's pretty crazy."

Unfortunately, Jameson decided to change the subject to something a bit more melancholy. He mentioned the school shutting down due to budget issues, which caused Daisaku to abruptly stop in his tracks for a brief moment and scratch his head in contemplation. He had just arrived at Hyakuji and it was about to be shut down? Daisaku couldn't even fathom the practical reasons the government could have for closing what amounted to a machine that cranked out super soldiers. Still, never one to look at a situation pessimistically, Daisaku simply scratched his chin and gazed off thoughtfully. "Alright, then." He began in a surprisingly passive tone, sounding more contemplative than outright enthusiastic. "As my first act of heroism, I'll just have to help the school stay open by any means necessary." He stated; just from his tone of voice, Daisaku's incredible resolve was immediately apparent. "I guess it's not as extravagant as I'd have liked, but I'll just have to work my way up to taking down evil deities. Now, tell me more about those dragons..."

"Er... There's not much to say.." Jameson said with a nervous laugh. This guy was somewhat amazing. Not only was he not afraid of the stuff Jameson had mentioned he actually seemed more and more enthusiastic during it. It was almost like Jameson was staring at himself four years ago. Maybe that was part of aging? You saw yourself in younger kids because the 'you' of the present was disconnected from the 'you' of then almost to the point of being a different person...

Er.. that was too deep for a sunny day.

Anyhow! Jameson was happy to meet someone whom was cheerful, bright, and full of energy. It was a bit of a rarity among students lately. They were all dark and gritty from broken homes and trained in gun-fu. It was almost depressing how many of that sort he had seen recently. He was very pleased with this change in pace! A fresh face for a fresh day, this was exactly what Jameson needed!

"Heeeeh.." Jameson said impressed, interlacing his fingers behind his head. "That's a nice attitude you got there. I like that burning resolve." Jameson said flashing his a smile and a thumbs up. He turned watching where they were headed. He only hoped it would be as easy as this kid made it sound. Things never really turned out that way around here, though. There were always unexpected complication.

Like those kids at the concert extorting the money.. Somehow they tied into all this.. But he wasn't exactly sure how yet. His efforts to investigate them ended up running aground. False identities and a very careful cover up...

Urk! he'd gotten distracted!

"So what does being a spiral warrior entail anyhow?" Jameson said idly. "Is it like being a 'segi no mikata?' an ally of justice!"

"...Not much to say? About dragons?" Daisaku repeated, a bit perplexed about how such a thing could be possible. Still, he wasn't one to press an issue- not unless he deemed it entirely necessary, anyway. "Tch. Well, whatever. Just promise you'll call me up next time there's a dragon fight. I like to get involved in extra-curricular stuff like that." He had to admit, Jameson, friendly and helpful as he was, seemed to be just a bit on the jaded side, at least regarding the supernatural dealings at the school. Then again, once Daisaku thought about it, he supposed that such cynicism was to be expected, given the circumstances. He could very well have spent the past four years of his life at the place. If Daisaku were in Jameson's position, the news that the school could possibly shut down in the near future would get even him feeling a bit pessimistic.

Again, he stared off thoughtfully for a moment. Although Daisaku hadn't so much as set foot on the school's campus yet, he couldn't help but feel somehow obligated to aid the effort to keep Hyakuji open in any way he could. He was one to focus on the big picture, and there were surely other students at the school who were just as attached as Jameson. Perhaps some were even more dedicated to its well-being. Was there even anywhere else for such uniquely gifted teenagers to go? Daisaku, for his part, had spent one year by his lonesome because of his powers, and it wasn't exactly something that he'd wish on anybody else. So, he had made up his mind; regardless of what needed to be done, he would see to it that Hyakuji stayed open, if only for the sake of those students he hadn't even met and may very well never meet.

"Ha! Burning resolve is the one thing I have in spades!" Daisaku proclaimed with a hardy laugh. "Go beyond the impossible and kick logic to the curb! That's the motto of the Spirals." He informed the detective in a very hotblooded tone of voice, speaking as though the truth of achieving the impossible through sheer force of will were entirely self-evident. Certainly, whatever awaited him at the high school would be challenging, but his kind thrived on overcoming such obstacles...apparently. At the very least, that was what his grandfather had told him about the Spirals of generations past. Even if that weren't the case, though, Daisaku would still uphold such philosophies on a personal level. "It'll take a little bit more than insurmountable odds to keep me down. I mean, c'mon, you've stared down dragons and evil gods without bailing; I'm sure you're the same way." He shrugged.

However, the question of what it meant to be a Spiral Warrior did manage to leave Daisaku momentarily stumped. He rubbed the back of his neck and let out a deep sigh, trying to remember what his grandfather had said to him while filling in the blanks through pure intuition. "Hmm...that's...actually kind of a good question." Daisaku admitted. He wasn't sure that the Spirals stood for anything in-particular aside from such basic concepts as progress and courage in the face of the impossible, but even in the past, Spiral Warriors weren't universally noble or honorable. "The only thing that really separates me from a normal person is that I can use Spiral Energy. But everyone's got at least a little Spiral Potential, y'know? Fighting spirit- that's the most important thing." He lectured in a very matter-of-fact tone. "The more you have, the stronger your Spiral Power is. It's that simple. If you've got that, I guess you can use your powers for whatever you want. Personally, though? Yeah, I'd say I'm an ally of justice."

Jameson moved slowly in front of Daisuke as he listened to him carefully. "I see.. so it's less a philosophy and more a style.. Hurm.." He paused stroking his chin. This sure was an interesting group. He'd have to do more research on them later and their spiral energy. It sounded a lot like the mysterious power that powered Alfred Kaiser, the cyborg whom gained power from emotions that had once gone to this school a long time ago. But he couldn't be sure of anything yet.

Either way, Jameson shifted back and smiled broadly. "THAT'S AWESOME!" he suddenly explained beaming proudly "An ally of justice is a great thing.. This city needs them!" He said before laughing a bit and turning away from him to face the direction he was going. "I own a detective agency near here... You should drop by some time!" He said before slowing until he matched the other boy's pace. He then handed him a card with contact info and the address for the WDA.

"If you're ever in over you head then come by and talk a bit with me!" Jameson offered up cheerfully. In truth Jameson would have offered him a job there if he'd been less of a good guy. Jameson liked offering guidance to people without direction. But Daisuke seemed like the type whom would find his own way in life without Jameson's help.

Strong.. bold.. Confident.. Jameson had no doubts that this guy was going to be okay without him. For this reason he didn't make the offer. He didn't need too... Daisuke was going to.. become a real hero for this city! Jameson believed in that.

"Yep. As far as I can tell, Spiral Energy is just what fuels the fire. What I do with it from there is up to me, I guess." Daisaku mused as it occurred to him just how little he knew of his own power source. Unfortunately, judging by Jameson's reaction to Daisaku's explanation, it didn't sound as though there were another Spiral Warrior present at the high school for him to learn from. If such a person were present among the student body, a particularly intuitive fourth year would likely have thought to mention them. Still, Daisaku had to admit that it wasn't horribly likely. In fact, he wasn't entirely sure how many Spirals were left at all, but they had to be few in number if Daisaku had managed to scour the countryside without encountering a single one. Still, the teachers at Hyakuji were trained professionals. Surely they would be able to help him along, regardless.

"Huh. Well, I certainly am glad that my services will be appreciated around here!" Daisaku beamed as Jameson gave a very broad, enthusiastic smile. How very fortunate that he should find himself in a city that was in such desperate need of allies of justice. Fighting for the side of peace and enlightenment with sheer, righteous fury was, coincidentally, exactly what Daisaku did best. In fact, given the wide variety of cults, monsters, and supernatural assassins present in the city of Hyakuji, the eager young Spiral Warrior didn't know where to start. Then again, Daisaku realized that it was important to remember why it was he'd enrolled in the school in the first place. After all, the young man had much bigger fish to fry than petty assassins.

"Wow, you own a detective agency?" Daisaku asked, sounding very impressed with this newest revelation. Of course, on reflection, it only seemed like common sense that the world's greatest detective would own a detective agency. "That's awesome. I'll totally drop by if I ever need help with some heroic feat." He said with a laugh, grinning confidently. "After all, a hero's gotta have his intelligence, right?" Hopefully, Jameson was indicative of the other students at Hyakuji High School. He certainly seemed like an interesting fellow, and quite agreeable, at that. Indeed, he managed to establish that without even mentioning his own supernatural powers, which Daisaku could only assume that he possessed. If his intuition was correct, though, Jameson's abilities most likely had something to do with the mind- perhaps something that would aid him in his detective work.

Regardless, he hadn't even spent an hour inside of Hyakuji's city limits, yet Daisaku was already doing remarkably well for himself, in his own, considered opinion. After all, he already had the world's most skilled detective as his partner in heroism. Between Jameson's brains and Daisaku's raw power, no challenge was too great. Daisaku stared optimistically into the heart of Hyakuji, smirking to himself with anticipation toward the possibilities that had opened up to him. There wasn't a doubt in his mind that he made the right choice when he decided to attend Hyakuji High School.
