Its bedtime! Bed=Ethnic Time=Cleansing
Crow eyed Seth with a hint of suspicion. He let out a soft sigh as he leaned his chair back looking to the ceiling. Seth seemed to have a habit to get beat up quite a bit, and if that wasn't enough he seemed to have a thing for children.

" Ya know Seth I'm not one to judge, but if you have a thing for little girls, you might want to keep that hidden, people might start looking at ya weird. But to bring her here? That's sick man!" Crow stated jokingly as he turned to face them. He eyed Ayato as he patched up Seth, and his eyes widened.

" Hmm useful power...may come in handy for what's to come next." Crow thought to himself as he look around the room, his eyes resting on Oliver. His mind went over his past mission with Jameson as he thought back on that day.

" Hey Olly? Has Jameson talked to you about anything? Ya know strange? Like something coming up?" He asked, he wanted to know if Jameson was going to start preparing them for the battle that was coming, or was the idiot planning on taking on the psychic by himself, either way Crow was going to stand by him, even if it meant his death.

Dangerously Cheesy.
~~Previously, in the bathroom…~~

Robyn leaned over and turned the knobs to the bathtub, letting the steamy, warm water fill up the tub. She wasn’t about to let this girl catch pneumonia. There was a strange line that was crossed within her emotionally when it came to children; she felt little to nothing when she saw Seth walk in all bloodied, but her concern immediately went to the child despite a lack of physical proof of injury.

The sweater from Seth was a nice gesture, but wool was a poor substitute for a waterproof umbrella and the girl was soaked from her traveling with shivering to prove how cold she was. It was slightly awkward given the age of the child, but Robyn felt the girl could probably handle it herself. She may have liked kids, but she wasn’t quite ready to give one a bath.

“Alright missy, wet clothes off then into the tub—don’t forget your ribbons. And I won’t take no for an answer!”
Robyn said with a small smile to ensure the girl knew this wasn’t a legitimate threat. “You’re a big girl and can do it yourself, right?”

The girl nodded in response.

“You get warm and cleaned up and when you’re done with your bath, we’ll let Jen know so she can give you some dry clothes. There’s soap and shampoo and a towel,”
Robyn said as she gestured to them while turning off the water after the bathtub was full. She flipped the cover down on the toilet seat and sat down, turning away to give the girl some sense of privacy while she peeled off the wet clothes and hopped into the warm water. The tiny girl made the bathtub look huge in comparison as she started to scrub down with the soap and washcloth.

“My name’s Robyn. What’s your name?”

“I’m Miki!”
she replied with some splashes in the water. “Secchan saved me from the bad guys, so he brought me here so we could stay safe!”

“Ah, well, you’re definitely safe here, so don’t worry.”
Robyn chuckled at the girl volunteering the information without her prompting, but she figured it was natural for a child to want to talk about the recent exciting event. On the flip side, she began wondering how the girl came to be in such a situation where she required rescuing. Where were her parents or caregivers? She was far too young to be out on her own, and she certainly didn’t look homeless.

Robyn redirected her attention to the girl who was attempting to shampoo her hair, but was instead pouring the shampoo on her head and rubbing it with her palms. Robyn held in a laugh and shook her head, moving over to the tub and sitting on the edge. “Here, use your fingers, like this.” She began scrubbing the girl’s head with her fingertips and working in the ridiculous amount of shampoo the girl had poured on. “Holy cow, you used enough shampoo to last three weeks,” she joked, causing the girl to giggle.

Soon enough the bath was over and the girl was rinsed and dried, the towel wrapped around her nearly as big as her entire body, and she was prompted by Robyn to call for “Miss Jen” to alert her of her status.

“Miss Jen! I’m ready for clothes!”
the girl called out as her hair was toweled off. Robyn even found a hair dryer in one of the drawers and dried off the girl’s hair. She had to admit, this entire activity was not like anything she normally did, but it was strangely enjoyable and she truly felt like she was needed by this girl at the moment. As her hair was brushed through one last time, Robyn positioned her in front of the bathroom mirror and smiled.

“Very pretty! And ‘Secchan’ should be all better by now.”

The girl beamed at her reflection with her dry hair and new clothes, and turned around to give them big hugs, causing Robyn to falter at the sudden gesture of affection. Not sure how to respond, she hesitated and eventually patted Miki on the head.

"Thank you Miss Robyn! Thank you Miss Jen!"
and with that, she bolted out of the bathroom to debut her improved appearance to the rest of the crew.

"Yes, sir!" Jen replied with gusto as she stopped in her original task of dressing Seth's wounds as soon as Oliver issued a new set of instructions - to see to it that the little princess that Seth brought along with him was washed-up and given a change of clothing, and joining her on this mission was none other than fellow WDA colleague, Robyn. "Let's go, a nice warm shower would work wonders for you right now," Jen nodded as she followed Robyn while the older girl with blue hair ushered the little girl to the bathroom.

As Robyn was pulling off her cool big sis charm while preparing the girl's bath, Jen sifted through the nearby wardrobe for suitable articles of clothing for their little princess. Who'd ever think that Jameson somehow had clothing for preteen girls stashed away in the WDA office? Brilliant, Jen thought. That guy probably thinks about everything, and in this regard of crazy preparedness, Jen considered Jameson a kindred spirit, a fellow adherent in the Tao of survivalism.

“I’m Miki!” The little girl replied after Robyn introduced herself. “Secchan saved me from the bad guys, so he brought me here so we could stay safe!”

"And I'm Jennifer Chase, nice to meet you, Miki-chan!" The purple-haired girl added after Robyn was done. "But you can call me Jen! That's good enough for me!" That being said, Jen got back to matching and comparing various outfits from what appeared to be Jameson's own little clothing emporium.

“Miss Jen! I’m ready for clothes!” Miki called out as she towel-dried herself, while Robyn tended to her hair with a hair dryer that she found in a chest of drawers.

"Alrighty! Here you go... I hope you liked this one," Jen said as she handed a pink-and-white striped blouse and a deep pink pinafore skirt with frills running along the hem and shoulder straps, the articles of clothing neatly folded before passing them to the younger girl.

“Very pretty! And ‘Secchan’ should be all better by now.” Jen stood by Robyn as Miki took a while to check out her new clothes, before showing her gratitude in the form of big hugs for the two older girls.

"Aw shucks, think nothing of it!" Jen replied, chuckling slightly as she flushed slightly, following after Miki as she went back to the front to join the rest of the WDA crew, most likely excited to show her new makeover to Seth.

Ayato let out a small sigh as he listened to Seth explain his story. It was just like the boy to stick his neck into other people's business, especially if it seemed like bad happenings were happening in front of him. This was usually the reason why Seth seemed to run into so much trouble for a boy his age. It was pretty irritating at times, especially when he got others like Ayato into his messes, but Ayato knew he didn't mean harm from it, he was just doing what he thought was right.

"...You really love getting yourself in all these messes don't you?" Ayato asked with a small smile on his face. "Well I guess as long as you were doing the right thing, I can let you off..." He said before suddenly stopping what he was saying. He looked at the doorway, where the girl Seth had brought, came bursting into the room. It was a rather adorable moment to see Seth get along with the girl so well, it was as it they were brother and sister.

"Hey..."
Ayato started to say with a small frown as he watched Seth start playing with the small girl. Unlike the girls, he didn't know her name as he was busy patching up Seth, so he couldn't exactly call for her attention. "Hey Secchan..." Ayato said mockingly with a small grin on his face as he leaned back on his chair. "If you don't take it easy, those wounds won't heal up. The first patch up of the day is free, i'm gonna have to charge you if you want me to close those wounds."

Oliver sighed heavily as things unraveled.. So this was what it was.. He smirked walking over to the hat rack. He flipped it off and rolled it down his arm, bumping his shoulder causing it to flip up onto his head. He ran his fingers along the brim tipping it downward. "Then I think that we all know what this means..."

WDA CASE FILES: 013 THE CASE OF THE-"

Jameson walked in covered in blankets and coughing. He grabbed Oliver by the ear dragging him away with a dark aura. "ehhh? So you're a big man now olly-chan~ You get to call out the cases now olly~chan~ You think because the old man is dead you can wear his hats?!" He said dragging him up the stairs and slamming the door behind him.

.....

And Oliver was gone for a while.

One does not simply eat one packet of mee goreng
Both Seth and Miki halted their game of catch to watch Oliver being dragged away from the scene by Jameson. And, from the looks of it, they're not gonna be seeing him again for a while. It was also the first time he had even seen Jameson that angry. Seth immediately made a mental note not to use his catchphrase, with or without him watching. Or hearing. As he can probably just sense from a few kilometers away. Then, suddenly-

Knock knock knock.

Somebody knocked on the door. That took all of Seth's attention from the dubious fate of Oliver to the door. Curious as to who would be visiting at this time, let alone while it was raining, he proceeded to open the door.

"Ah...! Uh, very sorry to disturb you, Mr. Willicott,"

The moment the door was opened, Seth was greeted by the presence of a man around his thirties. In his hand was a big wet umbrella, and on his faces the look of extreme distress. Apparently, he mistook the bewildered Seth as Jameson. Without hesitating, the man continued, "Mr. Willicott, I need your help. My daughter-"

"Papa?" A small voice piped up from behind Seth.

"Huh?"

"Papaaa!!"

Suddenly a small blue haired figure darted forward, pushing past Seth and threw her arms around the man's midriff, which resulted in a dumbstruck Seth and a dumbstruck 'papa'. "Wh-what? Miki? What... what are you... How did you...?" In which his questions were answered by a series of mostly uninformative rant by his daughter. She managed to get the message across, though (with some a lot of help from Seth). Turns out Miki here was the daughter of a fairly wealthy family. You know, the one living in the big house at the city outskirts. She was kidnapped while they were out shopping for some Christmas decoration.

"Thank you, thank you so much, young man! I don't know how I should repay you! I'm not sure if even that will be enough!" The 'that' the man was referring to was actually the small briefcase full of money on Oliver's desk. It was intended as advanced payment for Jameson's service. In the end, it became a 'thank you' gift for the entire group for rescuing and taking care of his daughter. "Come on Miki. Let's go home,"

"See you again, Miss Robyn, Miss Jen, Secchan!" The little girl said, giving the whole group a big wave.

"Sure, and don't get kidnapped again," He said, giving her a small wave and a smile.

The father and the daughter exited the door, making their way to their home sweet home through the downpour.

Oh, wait. The rain had already stopped.

Jameson slammed his foot down on the desk, appearing from nowhere. "I'LL BE TAKING THIS!" He said snatching the case with money with a twitch. He opened the case. "Basic case fee, hourly wage, expenses of one set of clothes and electric, heating, water, and washing! UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY OFFICE!!" He said as chuncks of the money vannished. He turned to Seth.

"Trying to edge me out of the picture eh?" He said with a dark glare. He laid down several small stacks of bills (what was left in the case). "Here. Since it wasn't a real case we can consider this your Christmas bonuses.."

"And you, Seth.." He held out a slightly large pile. "finders fee for the case.. you get a little extra... however.." He slipped a small piece of it away (restoring it to the same size as everyone else's) "This is your pay dock for not telling me you were in danger and for bleeding all over my house!!" He said handing it to him.

Oliver wandered out of the stairs staggering, covered in bruises and torn clothes, "Augh... urgh... No more.. please..."

Jameson turned glaring at him with a devil's eye. "GET. BACK. TO. THE. DICIPLINE. ROOM."

"...." Oliver turned walking back into the door.

Sick Jameson was a bit evil. He stomped away with the suit case full of money, finding the day RATHER PRODUCTIVE considering he didn't have to get involved in the case at all.
