One does not simply eat one packet of mee goreng

Seeing how everybody opted to gang up on him, he stopped his swear frenzy and instead shot them glares of great annoyance. "If it was you who got tackled and flew fifty feet up into the air, what would your reaction be?" he said scathingly. Getting up, he muttered curses after curses, apparently still in 'Swear-happy' mode. He felt a bit stupid, though. Really, what exactly was swearing gonna achieve? All those words came out without him thinking. Ugh... I really need to start working on my temper... thought Alex. The moment he got to his feet he said, "Sorry," in a very small voice, and brushed his jacket with his hand- ... ... Say, was his jacket always this baggy before? He stretched his jacket to gauge it's size. No, the distance between the seams are, normal... He inserted his hands into his jacket pocket and felt around for the contents. There's his curvy PSP, his blocky DS, and his thick Gateway...? ... ...... ......... Huh...? He rummaged in his pocket, feeling aound for his Warehouse Gateway. He can't feel it. He then pulled the pocket inside out, letting his PSP and DS crash to the ground. But he couldn't have cared less about them. There's nothing in here... a bead of sweat trickled down his face. He's starting to become anxious. He patted around his whole body, in hopes of hitting a bulging object made out of composite material. His back, his legs, his bum, his feet, his arms, his head, he can't feel anything... As a last resort he pulled off his jacket revealing a black tee underneath. He was panicky. He shook it, spun it, swung it, but nothing came out. At last, he was forced to accept the horrible fate that he was so desperate to deny. ![]() He patted his entire body, in hopes of hitting a bulging object made out of composite material. "Mh-mh-my-my-..." ... A slight pause as he gathered his breath- "MY GATEWAY IS GONE!!!!!!" Alex grabbed his head, ran around in circles while screaming at the top of his lung, in danger of being called a lunatic. Oops. Too late. The public had already started scampering from the area, fearing the infectious disease called loon-itis. He made about twelve revolution about a fixed axis of the eighth tile from the west side of the pillar Jonny just climbed up from, before coming to a halt. His expression changed from panicky to anger faster than one can say tofu. "That kid...!" He turned back towards the others, yelling "My obscenities are justified!", before running off towards the direction the blue kid had taken, flames of fury trailing behind him. ~~Meanwhile~~ Inside the cubicle of a public toilet wasn't exactly the best place to hide. She can't stay here forever. But it's a good emergency pit stop for an escapee. Nobody would suspect her to be here. Examining the little contraption in front of her, she thought, how do you use this thing? Fiddling around with the buttons (total number of buttons: four) doesn't do much except bring out a few menus, adjust the brightness or switching from keypad to handwriting mode. The only promising function she managed to find from playing around with the device is the application called 'Delivery Unit'. She used the keypad mode, and after opening the Delivery Unit application, it brought up a menu that had nothing. Except for a digital keypad that fills the entire screen. At this moment, she was pretty sure, that all she had to do was press a few buttons and something will come out. And so, she pressed, '1-1-0-Z-D-Y'. ORDER RECEIVED. DELIVERY IN 3... 2... 1... Immediately a blue portal opened up right in front of her and a mechanical sparrow shot out of the portal, making its way out of the cubicle, and out somewhere in this wide world, causing a fair bit of commotion outside of the cubicle. ... That wasn't what she had in mind ... She had seen the boy done it twice. She's supposed to be used to it, but it was quite shocking to have it happen right in front of you. ... "I'd better get out of here," she said. She can't stay here forever. She needed to change hiding spot as much as possible. She jumped off from the toilet, opened the door, out into the shopping area, blending in perfectly with the crowd, wandering around in search of a better hiding place. * Say, does anybody know where Jonny had gone? As the others in the group attempted to calm Alex down, or at least lessen the swear-a-thon, and there efforts seemed to be not in vain. The boy gradually calmed down, or at least stopped his verbal assault much to the relief of Yuki. She knew that if she would have to keep apologizing to the patrons of the mall she would inevitably have all of the blood rush to her head. But as far as the person who caused the whole commotion went... "Look, I'll go get him, and everyone can have a nice, formal apology, okay?" said Jonny as he took off into a shop without seeing if anyone agreed with his actions. Yuki let out a sigh, slightly flustered by the whole situation and what it had transpired into. She was glad it would all be over soon, the perpetrator would be found, apologize, and-- Was that Jonny's voice she heard from...a different direction? But hadn't he just gone into the store? Curious as to what the sudden exclamation was about and who it was from, Yuki moved to the source of the voice somewhere between the first and second floors. Her eyes widened in shock as she saw it was, in fact, who she thought the voice came from in the first place. "Jonny-kun?? But didn't he just..." Seeing him clinging to the pillar made her grasp the second floor railing in alarm, but luckily he slid to safety to the lower level. Although it was faster than she was able to take in with the naked eye, it looked like the boy had landed himself into some kind of an altercation judging by the fact that he was, well, no where near where he said he'd be and didn't seem to have time to tell them about it. Not to mention the fact that she had no idea where he was now. Yuki looked back over her shoulder toward her companions, "Selene-san! Sokkenai-kun! I think Jonny's in trouble!" Unfortunately Jonny wasn't the only one of the boys having issues. Alex was frantically patting himself down, and whatever it was he was missing was apparently more important than the two expensive electronics that crashed to the floor. His cry, however, did more than leave a confused expression on Yuki's face. What was this "gateway" he was talking about? Whatever it was, he was clearly pissed at the fact that it was missing, and took off running after the person who had bumped into him. Yuki could feel her body tense as she watched Alex's expression change from panic to rage over what had just happened. Between this event, Jonny's encounter, and the wave of evil energy she had sensed earlier (and could still feel resonating when she thought about it), Yuki was feeling a bit overwhelmed. It was certainly going to be an interesting few years at Hyakuji. She glanced over at the only two remaining in hopes they had an idea of where to go from there, her look one of exasperation over the whole ordeal. "Do we follow the one traveling at human speed, or wait for them to come back here?" she inquired of the two. |

"If it was you who got tackled and flew fifty feet up into the air, what would your reaction be?" Alex retorted, apparently miffed that the girls weren't understanding his situation; but it was really something that Selene couldn't emphasize enough on that one should approach the situation with logic, not emotion. It didn't take him long to understand that as the boy muttered an apology as he rose to his feet. "Look, I'll go get him, and everyone can have a nice, formal apology, okay?" that was the last Selene would hear from Jonny. For now anyway, as the boy disappeared from the furniture megamart. "Selene-san! Sokkenai-kun! I think Jonny's in trouble!" Selene heard a flustered Yuki cry out, forcing the corporate heiress to turn her attention away from Alex - assuming that things would soon be taken care of on his side, Selene went over to the pink-haired girl's side to find what was it with Jonny that caused Yuki this much distress. "Cor blimey! Jonny!" Selene exclaimed as she leaned over the railing as she watched in wide-eyed shock the sight of him hanging precariously onto a pillar, noticing from the corner of her eye her two bodyguards at the mall's atrium one story below - their business suits and sunglasses making them stand out amongst the mall's populace of students in school uniforms and random shoppers in trendy casual wear. Swiftly retrieving her PDA phone, Selene dialed her bodyguard, who quickly responded. "Miss Frostfire, how may I be of service?" "Did you see the boy clinging to that pillar?" Selene asked as she pointed to the pillar. "He's my friend... help him!" And that was when the corporate heiress realize that as soon as she'd seen Jonny hanging onto that pillar the boy was gone in the blink of an eye, and about the same time it took for the bodyguards to look in the direction of the pillar, and Jonny was no where in sight. Somewhat confused, bald-headed one looked up to the second story where Selene was, shrugging in resignation. "Do we follow the one traveling at human speed, or wait for them to come back here?" Selene turned her attention from her bodyguards to Yuki, who appeared understandably exasperated by the turn of events. Now this was irksome, the corporate heiress had to concur. "Jonny could be anywhere by now..." Selene muttered as she looked around, before lifting her hands a bit and throwing them down. "We're gonna have to deal with the problems one at a time, I think we should catch up to Alex before he stirs up a riot," the corporate heiress commented warily as she glanced in the direction where Alex took off in. |

As Alex retorted obviously annoyed at trying to be calmed down Sokkenai sighed. Granted in that position Sokkenai himself would probably be annoyed at the person who did it to him. That wasn't the point because it wasn't happening to him, it was happening to Alex. As Alex apologized Sokkenai smiled he was glad that Alex managed to reign in the swearing. "Look, I'll go get him, and everyone can have a nice, formal apology, okay?" As Jonny said that Sokkenai nodded that was probably the best way to solve this problem. "Selene-san! Sokkenai-kun! I think Jonny's in trouble!" Sokkenai turned when he heard Yuki say that and looked over to see Jonny hanging to the side of the pillar. Sokkenai was just about to use his powers to get Jonny down from the pillar safely before he realized something. Jonny was already gone after looking around for Jonny and not having any success Sokkenai turned back to his companions. Unfortunetly Alex had already ran off after the person who knocked him over. He apparently had something missing from his person which could of been stolen by the person who shoved him. "Do we follow the one traveling at human speed, or wait for them to come back here?" followed shortly by Selene saying "We're gonna have to deal with the problems one at a time, I think we should catch up to Alex before he stirs up a riot," Sokkenai stood there thinking for a couple of moments before finally saying "W-we probably should go after Alex to try and keep him out of trouble. I mean I'm sure Jonny is able to deal with whatever happened on his own." He waited to see if the othes were going to go after Alex as well. Edited by Shadies, Oct 9 2010, 02:20 AM.

Had he heard his friends' concerns over his whereabouts and safety, he might have shed a tear over the realisation of his growing band of nakama - yes, he knew the word generally meant the same as friend, this was in reference to its defintion on the internet. Unfortunately, all he could hear right now, was the sound of his ass being handed to him. Since blocking that strike to his arm, his opponent had dished four more punches, each to different sections of his body. The ease said opponent did it with was utterly terrifying, as every time Jonny made a move, they countered whilst not even gaining a scratch. Stranger yet, he hadn't even managed to see his opponent thus far, not clearly at least. All he could see was a faint, yellow blur, which even then he couldn't properly follow. "And to think, you're meant to be the progenitor." "Proge- GAH!" He couldn't begin to ask the question as he was knocked up into the air, his opponent leaping after him. It wasn't long before they met, and a leg was driven into Jonny's side, sending him flying back onto the second floor, smashing through the windows of a shop. Still nothing broken yet, but he'd be more than a little bruised come tomorrow. Assuming he didn't die of blood loss first. "Agh, dammit." He muttered, rapidly removing any pieces of glass that got jammed into his body. The blood started to flow a bit, but in that same movement he took off his green jacket, tore it to shreds, and wrapped those shreds around his wounds. Not the best example in the world, but it might keep enough in for him to survive. The yellow blur was to his side this time, and surprisingly, even for himself, he managed to duck under one of its attacks, a slight pop of a sonic boom. "Ah, I see, the desperation is forcing you to go faster. Still not enough though." A direct hit to the stomach forced Jonny to bend over in pain, giving the opportunity for a punch to his low jaw, sending him flying backwards into the air. |

"Not here---Not here---Not here either--- ARGH! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU, YOU DAMN THIEF?!" Alex had been running around the mall, rampaging through the sea of customers, wreaking havoc in shops and stalls looking for the said thief. He had been doing this for quite a while and was in danger of being detained by the law enforcers, though he seemed to have a good enough luck that they hadn't showed up yet. But that luck doesn't seem to help him find the thief. And he's growing more desperate by each passing second. Leaping out from a rejected clothing store to escape from the angry store manager, he ran even farther down the lane. It was only now did he realize that this mall is RIDICULOUSLY HUGE! As he continued his blind pursuit, he started to lose hope of ever finding the thief. But when his mind returned to the consequences of the Gateway being in the wrong hand, his eyes flared and he became even more enraged, more determined to kill the rotten bastard. As he ran through the store looking for potential hiding spot, something silver flew past his head. Thanks to his high-speed camera eyes, he could easily perceive the true nature of the object. Isn't that... his stealth surveillance unit? A small unmanned robot made for long-range espionage, usually in the shape of a bird. Hence, he dubbed them SpyBird. Alex had an idea. If he used his DS, he can link to the SpyBird recording unit, tracing its path from now to the moment when it was activated. And then, he'll know where it was activated, in turn identifying the location where it had been delivered. That way, he can find the thief. There's a few model in his warehouse, and this particular one is... unidentifiable since it's one of those catch-and-run model. It's crazy fast, even his high-speed camera eyes was unable to identify the serial number. However he did not give up. He then had another inspiration. If he can contact his warehouse using his PSP, he can determine the coordinate where the last delivery was made. Then, using his DS, he can use his family's GPS system to zero in on the thief. Making up his mind, he shoved his hand into his pocket- ... Huh?! There's nothing there. He began to panic some more, unable to think clearly. Then his mind flashed back to the moment when they were all in front of the department store... Crash. "AAAHHH!!! I AM SO STUPID!!!" he yelled, angry at himself for forgetting such an important piece of plot device and even more angry at being angry at himself for calling himself stupid. He turned and retraced his steps back to the department store, hoping no one took the two high-end devices as lost treasure. ~~Meanwhile~~ She slipped through the crowd, knocking a few of them aside, yet she didn't bother to say sorry. She need to get as far away from them as possible. Clutching the wondrous device in her hands, she quickly made her way to the exit, which is still a long way away. She had paused a few times before to catch her breath. She knew this mall would be huge, but was it really this huge? The little brunette continued her escape- "AAAH!!" The others around her produced similar reaction. Who wouldn't when the store window right in front of her suddenly broke as though there was something that had smashed through it? The girl stood there shaking for a while as the customers around raised a hubbub. She knew catastrophic occurrence is normal in Hyakuji, but having one happen right in front of her was quite... shocking. In her mind, she thought, she can't use this road. It's too dangerous. She needed a detour. Turning back, she ran down the road she just took, in order to find another way out of the mall, hoping not to run into someone she didn't want to see...

Deciding that following after Alex was the best course of action for the non-speed-of-sound travellers, Yuki set out to track the boy down. Before they left the area, however, she stooped to pick up the two dropped electronics from Alex. Her timing was perfect as a nearby elementary student had spotted the game systems and had them in his crosshairs. Although she would never notice, he immediately pouted and threw a tantrum for his mother to try and calm down. She looked over the DS and the PSP, noticing that neither seemed to be damaged from the fall from his pocket. Given he seemed to have plenty of cash, but how could someone drop such expensive things and leave them like they were receipts from a corner store? Yuki held up the two items and showed them to Selene and Sokkenai. "I think he might want these back. I'm guessing whatever he lost just happened to be more important. Or maybe just more expensive..." Despite how they had been treated earlier, Yuki was careful to tuck the two devices into her purse so they wouldn't be dropped again or scratched. "Alright...let's go find him!" Luckily layout of the mall was not too necessary to find Alex as they were looking for a mobile person instead of a specific, stationary store. The thought of him having a cell phone crossed her mind, but even if he did, she doubted anyone had his number. She didn't plan on running after him in case he was inside a store and they missed him, but she did make a point to walk briskly. The girl would resign herself to a faster pace, however, if either of her companions decided it was necessary. "I hope he hasn't gotten himself into any trouble yet..." |

"I think he might want these back. I'm guessing whatever he lost just happened to be more important. Or maybe just more expensive..." Yuki chimed in as she held up a DS and PSP that allegedly belonged to Alex, at least before he simply left them on the floor to go after whoever stole that "Gateway" thingy of his, which probably is worth even more than those two combined, judging from the boy's anxiety towards getting it back. The corporate heiress had to admit though, if the same thing happened to her ritual dagger there was little that she wouldn't do to try to get it back. "Alright...let's go find him!" Selene nodded as Yuki tucked Alex's DS and PSP away into her purse to return to him later... when they finally manage to catch up to him anyway. "I hope he hasn't gotten himself into any trouble yet..." "He's certainly not hard to miss at all," The English heiress commented as she pointed in the direction where Alex took off in. Suffice to say, discretion was something the boy literally threw right out of the window in search of his "Gateway". As if to indicate 'Alex was here', the boy left havoc in his wake in the form of overturned displays and booths in his frantic search. "It looks like he's already gotten himself into a lot of trouble," Selene sighed, shaking her head as she followed the trail. |

As it was decided that they were going after Alex instead of Jonny, Sokkenai nodded and started following Yuki and Selene when they started running after picking up some of the things Alex had dropped in case he wanted them back, from his behaviour this gateway was much more important though. As he saw the mess on the way Sokkenai sighed it was a massive mess that Alex caused, nevertheless he continued following Yuki and Selene hoping that Alex wouldn't get in to much trouble. As he continued running Sokkenai wondered where Jonny was and if he was okay, after all it would be very bad if he was in big trouble but there was little any of them could really do. "S-so, how do we stop him or at least calm him down when we find him?" Sokkenai asked seeing if they had some sort of plan to try and get him to stop because he didn't seem like he was going to just stop without any arguement, granted the least they could let him do was get his gateway back. Unfortunatly he could cause a lot mroe damage unless they were at least helping him. |

Jonny wasn't beaten just yet though, now knocked into the air, he reached for one of the signs that hung above the ground, allowing him to swing back towards his opponent. As soon as his feet touched down on the ground, he got to work, rushing forward, a far more significant sonic boom emerging. He through out a right hook at his assailant, following it up with a left. However, both were dodged, the blur seemingly spinning, and what was almost definitely a leg going into Jonny's side. "Heh, finally." He muttered, grabbing the leg before his opponent could pull it back. He may have had a fairly slim build, but that didn't mean he was at all strong. Throw in the fact moving fast = lots of momentum, and seeing him swing this unidentifiable blur becomes a lot more comprehensible. And he did, he swung the guy around and around, before letting go just as they were pointed towards the third floor. Maybe that would keep down for a fe- "Wha-" THRACK! The fist drove into the side of his face, contorting his flesh for a bit, himself going flying through the air again. His body rolled across the floor once it crashed down from the air, the yellow blur standing over him, and from the looks of it, shaking a head in disappointment. "Honestly, to think of the effort we're putting in, and you can't even stand up straight after a few punches." The blur lifted one of Jonny's hands, presumably checking to see if there was still a pulse. "I ain't done yet!" There most certainly was, and Jonny clutched the blur's arm in turn, throwing it over him, a very satisfying groan of pain coming from his opponent. From there, the two continued to roll, Jonny slamming down his feets at supersonic speed repeatedly into where the blur just was, narrowly missing as he caused the floor to crack from the force being delivered. Eventually, the two spun into upright positions, the blur being the one to charge forward this time, grabbing Jonny and propelling them forward, their path slamming them through a great number of stalls in the process. The speed involved had already triggered Jonny's aura to glow, a low crimson shine coming from his general area. |

As Alex continued his backtracking, his eyes caught sight of three familiar figure running towards him. A wave of relief spread through his entire body. Though, he didn't give it much of a thought as he approached them. He skidded to a halt in front of them, panting hard as he said, "Hah... Excellent... Glad to... uhm... Have you got my PSP and DS...?" Assuming that Yuki gave it to him straight away, he took the two expensive contraption with a quick "Thanks," and turned both of them on. After the menu loaded, he operated both of them at the same time with the PSP on his right hand and the DS on his left with flawless dexterity and incredible speed. He pressed, pushed, tapped, and stroked without a single error in his input. He was done with the PSP first, as a phone keypad appeared on the screen. Connecting... He held up the PSP to his ears like a mobile phone while his left hand continued fiddling with the DS. 1... 2... 3 seconds later, "Yes, this is the Fin's Residen-" "DON'T YOU RESIDENCE ME!!! I'M IN A CRISIS HERE!!!" Coming from the PSP was the voice of a girl, around seventeen to eighteen years of age. She picked up the phone from his mansion, giving a polite welcome, expecting the voice of the man who usually delivers pizzas to their house. But instead, she received a full blast of the voice she hadn't heard for so long, though she definitely wasn't looking forward to it. Holding the receiver at arm length, she rubbed her ringing ears, hoping she hadn't gone deaf from the mighty roar. As she placed her ears (cautiously) on the receiver, she said, "A-Alex? Is that you?" "Who else could it be?" Alex retorted in annoyance. And true too. No one other than Alex would shout right into the mouthpiece of a device that is capable of carrying voice throughout the whole world. "Listen, the Gateway has been stolen," A slight bit of silence, then... "WHAT DID YOU SAY?! HOW COULD YOU LET IT BE STOLEN?! I'VE TOLD YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN TO ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF YOUR STUFF!! DON'T YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS IT IS IF THAT THING FALLS INTO THE WRONG HAND?!" This time it's Alex's turn to hold the PSP at arm length, as her raging fury manifested itself in the form of super loud berating. Turning down the volume on his PSP he clasped it back to his head and continued, "It's not my fault that it's stolen! And you can yell at me about that later! I need to recover it. Get to my warehouse and check the recent delivery log. Message me the coordinate of the last delivery," After years of having to cope with his behavior, Aria knew better than to ask about his plan. She immediately replied with a "Got it," and hung up. Not long after the line was cut off, he received a message from her about the delivery coordinate. Opening the message, he took a slight glance at the content and stowed the PSP back into his pocket. Turning his attention to his DS, he activated the GPS unit, and quickly inputted the memorized coordinate. His face was full of impatience as he waited for the satellite to give him the location. It was taking a long time, seeing as the Gateway uses a much, much, much more precise coordinating system than the GPS system. "Come on... come on... come on..." ~~Meanwhile~~ She decided to take a break for a bit. Sitting on a bench, she looked at the device in her hand. It hasn't been functioning for a while now. She had decided to give it another try and pressed a few buttons, but nothing came out except for: INSUFFICIENT POWER FOR DELIVERY. ... Is it broken? She thought as she shook the device a bit. But something happened that tore her attention off the device for the second time. "Did you hear, there's ninjas having a fight on the second floor," "You can't be serious..." "He's not kidding. They're tearing the whole place apart," "I heard there's even a crazy kid upturning the entire place around," "We should get out of here," Listening to the conversation made her feel uneasy. She remembered the breaking glass from earlier, and decided to continue her escape. Also, the person from before might be the crazy kid. She began to feel nervous as she dashed off, looking for the nearest exit to this mall. Edited by Fin, Oct 16 2010, 06:50 AM.

Luckily it didn’t take long for the trio of Yuki, Selene and Sokkenai to follow the trail of rampage and come upon Alex. It seemed that Alex was also looking for them as he was traveling in the direction opposite of which he had taken off. Yuki felt slightly relieved, but not by much as it seemed Alex had not yet found what he was ultimately looking for. He had barely caught his breath before trying to speak. "Hah... Excellent... Glad to... uhm... Have you got my PSP and DS...?" Yuki opened her purse and pulled out the two electronic devices, still intact and unscathed as they had been when she picked them up. She carefully held the expensive items out toward him almost like she was trying to hand him a fragile puppy. “Here, I have th—” “Thanks,” he replied, cutting her off and taking them out of her hands in a swift motion. Yuki frowned slightly from his hasty gratitude, biting her tongue to keep from saying something rude. But she remembered that his problem was likely a big one based off of how frantic he was acting and so she dropped the feigned appreciation. Strangely enough, she watched as he somehow turned one of the electronics into a phone, even though she was pretty sure there were no upgrades available that could make it do such a thing. It must have been customized, she thought to herself. The girl jumped back as he screamed into the phone, not anticipating such an outburst from such a short distance away. She gradually backed away, giving him some space to talk especially if he was going to carry on at that volume. What had started out as a simple shopping trip was morphing into a real problem; or two problems, rather. Yuki had no idea where Jonny had gone, or if he was even alive. ...Wait. All those sounds of crashes and explosions from somewhere inside the mall must have been him and who or whatever he was dealing with. While they weren't good sounds, at least they were reaffirming the fact that he was alive. Once again she found herself unable to help, but at the rate by which the fight was likely carrying on, it was doubtful any of them would be any help. Timing an attack against someone moving a couple hundred miles an hour would probably be impossible. Yuki shifted her purse from one shoulder to the other while trying to suppress her feelings of restlessness. She felt very useless in a situation where she wished she could help out. But lacking super speed, strength, or technology, it was likely she couldn’t do much. “Um…any luck finding what you’re looking for, Alex-kun..?” Yuki asked tentatively, worried that the question might cause him to blow-up. |

"It sounds as if there's another source of commotion from within the mall," Selene commented after they'd caught up to Alex, while trying to figure out just what the frantic conversation the boy was having over the phone was about. But whatever little bit the corporate heiress was able to catch in their phone conversation, whoever that Alex was talking to certainly wasn't pleased to learn that this "Gateway" thing - whatever it was - had been stolen. And meanwhile, the commotion in another part of the mall continued... it sounded as if a battle was going on between two fighters moving quickly... really, really quickly in fact. "Could that be Jonny?" Selene wondered, not liking the sound of it one bit. At this rate where are we going to do our holiday shopping!? Selene thought, hoping this rampage hadn't wrecked some of her favorite haunts in the mall. Sighing, the corporate heiress reached for her phone, dialing her bodyguards who were still on standby in the mall atrium. "If you don't mind, Alex... could you at least tell us what this Gateway is?" Selene asked, still clueless as to what is the significance of this device or whatever it is. But at least she knew its value must be more than just a sentimental one to Alex if he were to go around ransacking shops and overturning display booths in search for it, and overall creating another scene of havoc in the mall. |

Sokkenai continued to follow themw hen they finnaly caught up to Alex, while listening to the extremely loud and heated conversation that Alex was having over his phone. Apparently whoever he was talking to was very unhappy that he managed to lose the gateway even if it was stolen from Alex. Watching as his first trip to the mall was ending up with lots and lots of broken and damaged stores Sokkenai sighed. It wasn't exactly the best first trip to the mall even if he wasn't the one completley breaking it. "Y-yeah, It might somehow help us find it, if we know what it is." Sokkenai added after Selene's comment, even though it wasn't neccessarily helpful it still might of made it easier to find the item in question. After all Alex was going to all lentghs to try and get it back even breaking a few stalls and even charging into stores to find it. Despite the Havoc that he was making in turn. |

WWWHHHHAAAAMMMM The sound of his assailant's foot slamming into the floor came long after the fact, but was still nonetheless a terrifying sound, especially when he considered how that floor could have been his head moments ago. Having been thrown off after slamming into all those stalls, he'd been on the floor for nearly long enough to be beaten. However, his troubles were not over, as he found himself having to dodge debris that had been thrown up, and subsequently tossed at him. Each was probably as deadly as a cannonball, if not likely more so, given the speed involved. Thankfully he himself didn't have to confirm the theory, as he did indeed manage to avoid them all. However, the battle was still continuing to tear up the mall, and sooner or later, someone was gonna get caught in the crossfire if he wasn't too careful. "Come on, you've gotta stop this, someone'll get hu-" "Like I care!" What was with this guy?! He ducked under the attack, and flipped away from them, questions racing through his mind. Questions however, he still had no time for, as the opponent was coming again. He moved back, then to the right, and ducked once more, before trying to respond with a spinning kick. However, that was avoided by his opponent, who responded in kind with a sweeping kick that knocked Jonny off his feet, before grabbing the boy and kneeing him in the side. And after that, grabbing one of his now airborne legs, smashing him up and down onto the ground, before tossing him away. "Get up. We're not finished yet." |
