Hissing sharply, Roz dug her hand into her arm and pulled out two bullets... dropping them to the floor and using a heated hand Roz, cauterized the wound, which caused her to slam her head against a wall to block out the pain..

The strange fog from an ajar door had her become curious but sent her on high alert.

She met a strange man in blood coated coat with rubber gloves.. He addressed her and Roz wanted to kill him, because of what he said..

"My name is Dr. Vosteff, and welcome to my paradise. Are you perhaps... a new specimen?"

What the HELL... damn you Gods.. who ever you are.. for sending these people to keep trying to chop me up she thought angrily..

Seriously those jars lining the tables were freaking her out.. the coldness was affecting her fire shield.. and she was staring at this blood coated man like he was a maniac...

"Sorry to disappoint you sugar but I'm no one's specimen" Her demeanor grew dark.. red flames begun to spring up.. "Touch me and die.. HUman.." her voice echoed off the wall, her fire became fast and furious as she threw a fire nova all around..

"I hate MEN like YOU.. you should all just GO.TO. HELL!" she yelled and threw two huge fire balls, to destroy the experiments and tubes...around her..

She could feel her control slipping on her Kitten form...

Elysse had picked up a large assault rifle as they passed by, cleanly executing anyone else. If the others had been smart, they'd had taken what the guards had, namely the guns and what explosives or grenades.

As they got to the room, Elysse raised her rifle, but stopped.

"Alright. Control room, or Mech Hangar. I don't think we're any of good pilots to command one of these things. But if we get the commander, we can either have a hostage, or the base blows up thanks to him."

"Intruders are entering the room now! Open fire!" came Admiral Akbar's voice over the radio from the Control Room. Elysse would not get a chance to scan the room very well, or see the different exits. In fact, all she would see was her impending death before she was blown backwards through the doorway.

As Elysse stepped into the room blindly and looked around, a hail of bullets slammed into the doorway , tearing holes in the frame and wall surrounding it. Potted plants nearby exploded from the hailstorm of steel, and several grenades exploded near the doorway, ripping giant holes in the ground and wall. Miraculously they all missed her, but the force would send her flying back through the doorway, albeit unharmed.

There was several squads of men in the room, armed with various automatic rifles, grenades, and explosives apparently. It would take cunning, not brute force, to get past these soldiers who were now under direct command of the Admiral.

Jesus damnit. She walked into a trap. Yeah, cue the stupid internet memes. Elysse groaned slightly before doubling back and getting behind some cover. She still had view of the room, and what was in it. This was pissing her off, and her heightened sense of alertness was even made more alert due to what the hell just happened to her.

"Okay..that's not gonna work." She said, as she fired a few rounds into the room to keep them pinned. "Dominique. I'll need you. I guess this time we can use sound against them. They either have integrated commo gear or speakers in there...could you produce something that'll maybe disorient them? Maybe also rig the fuse box to explode and take out the lights in there?"

IZUNAAAA DROP!
Dominique looked on with an excited interested as the door ahead of them was smothered to kingdom come in a hail of malicious gunfire. She was quite used to feeling like a music star and a pop idol wherever she went, but nothing had made her feel like such an action star before! Their auspicious leader quickly scurried out of the way in a panic, barely missed by the hailstorm of explosions and lead-based special effects (in a very Daniel Craig with breasts kind of way). Dominique herself made sure to stay near one of the far walls, fully aware that bullets had ended the careers of many a music artist and (learning from history the way she did) she chose to avoid them.

As she was addressed, she looked at Elysse sideways, placing a finger on the side of her cheek as she slipped into a moment of sarcastic thought. Sabotaging sound equipment and rigging light fixtures? Slowly, but obviously a wicked grin played over her face. "It just so happens I might know a thing or two about those kinda things!" Dominique said, clapping her hands together joyfully. Closing her eyes, the dominating DJ focused her mind on the electronics around them. She could feel the flow of wires going through the walls like the veins of Jaburo itself, supplying the lifeblood to the entire complex; the nearby control room being full of complex equipment and...not so complex equipment (possibly a coffee maker!). The lighting fixtures would be an easy fix, but the comm gear appeared to be wireless.

Still easy, just not nearly as fun when she couldn't tap into it directly.

Dominque took a deep breath, holding in a large gulp of air as she focused her power, her cheeks turning a puffy red as the soldiers in the room would begin to notice the effects. At first, the lights appeared to flicker above them as if loose or broken until suddenly they began to intensify growing brighter and brighter until becoming blindingly hot and bright before exploding simultaneously, raining a shower of broken glass on their heads. At the apex of the room's illumination, their comm gear would also suddenly come under attack, a blast of feedback tearing into the fragile vibrating hairs in their inner ears that grew louder and louder and louder until the tiny speakers gave out, busting and popping loudly before fizzing out into silence.

"Puwaaaaah~" Dominique sighed, releasing a strained breath, a large, satisfied smile stretching her puffy red cheeks. She quickly pulled the heart monitor sound gun from her her pocket, nodding at Elysse to confirm the deed was done. "To be honest, it probably wasn't my best show, but the lighting effects were pretty outstanding and the music was really something worth dancing to!" She gloated, twirling the plastic pistol around her one finger. "Look forward to the single release sometime next April!" She made a mental note that in the movie version of this event, this is where it would go to her commercial, or at least get a scroll going across the bottom with purchasing information.

The saline splashed on her and she shivered slightly even though her fire shield was still up..

Why did it suddenly get so cold...? she wondered trying to keep from chattering..

*THUNK!* went a sound somewhere where Roz entered before hand.. then a stream of *STEP STEP STEP STEP* before they slowly got lost in the fog..

Her eyes readjusted slightly she could see through the murkiness of the fog.. careful that she kept her fire dowsed.. Roz felt her way to the closest wall and almost tripped over a canister of Liquid Nitrogen..

Ah... thats why..

Using a heated hand that extended into a thin fire sword Roz sliced through the top of a canister before jumping away..

She hit the table and things on the table rattled..

Shit! as she thought, she summoned 4 fire balls and scattered them making them hover mid air as to attract attention there.. so she could try to escape towards the door not guarded...

She had barely enough time to react as the Nitro covered at least half of her body and left wings, her breathing freezed up her fire distinguished, and her eyes lost focused as the pain was excrutiating..

her mind blacked out.. her whole body starting to turn blue at the edges.. even her internal fire was having trouble keeping alight..

it flickered dangerously close to extinguishing..

I'm sorry.. someone.. hel...p me.. her mind whispered..

it was like she was in a dark cold corridor trying to escape but chasing a thin sliver of light.. which didn't look like it was getting any closer..

Ada sighed, it was as if Lilith's impatience had taken out the cool and collected attitude which usual was at the helm of all of her. But it she had to make up for what she had caused, redeem herself or else Ishida-sama would certainly be there to be told of her outburst. Hell, it was likely she would get ratted out anyways. This was it starting all over again. Having taken a Battle rifle, matching grenades and what little ammo she could get rid of quickly enough yet take from the dead soldiers for the BR. She then headed into her mind to talk strategy while she quickly tailed everyone else. "Lilith, we're in some trouble here and honestly now, I need to pull everyone out of this for acting impulsively." Ada thought to her as Lilith nodded, "I think it's about time I help you out with something" Lilith thought back ominously. "What do you mean," "Don't worry it's fine...". Lilith had forced Ada to send ki somewhere which she barely ever sent much to although she had tried other times. A vein with a surge of ki came to the side of her eyes, but this time they had become a white color while she felt something like a shield of ki within these eyes, somewhat expanding the pupil a bit as well.

The White Eyes surprised her but she had no time to care, instead had to assess what they were to do, chiefly allowing her to see through the walls and what she saw drop sweat down her spine. Groups of Soldiers had made themselves at home in the room, in the dead center and spread about. She could see the signs up above a catwalk pointing towards the different rooms, the Mecha Hangar was to be in the center then, left sign pointed to the Runway and the right to the Control room. Overtop was where they had come from, the Medical Bay. She noticed the outer track had a four foot wall which separated it from the entire room, which certainly helped. Before she could relay this information all to them, Elysse had sprung into action and she would follow after Dominique went into the fray getting them with a sound attack aimed at stunning them of their hearings, taking out their communications with command and in general just insane.

She had watched it all play out and made her move, running towards the outer edge track, jumping over the four foot wall and landing in a somersault fashion, as she tried to get a position before they could be up for an attack again. Pressing her back against the wall, keeping her head down and Battle rifle tight in her hands, she turned her over sightly now the direction of where the action would unfold because her field of vision had become nearly full circular save for a small spot somehow, she would now know the moment someone popped their head to attack from a table, she could see if they were distracted, she could see if they were wounded and who was to throw a nade. But this was just the beginning, but it would be hard to keep this stream of ki going if she tried to attack with another blast of ki, as such, she wouldn't take the chance. It was her and the gun, hopefully, these eyes had another trick up their sleeve...

More than a Ghost on a Shipwreck
Not exactly sure what was going on due to the great amount of confusion and gunfire, Danny just hung back for a moment. He watched as Elysse opened the door and then was quickly thrown back out, and he could only wonder how the hell she hadn’t been killed by the blaze of gunfire that followed after her. It was pretty impressive really, and he wondered if someday he might be that lucky. Until that day came he was going to going to sit where he was.

If he wanted to help out a little bit he was going to need to get closer. He didn’t really know where he was supposed to go since he wasn’t really able to see. There was no doubt though, he couldn’t just stand there. Everyone was helping out, and so he was going to have to help too.

Ada had dashed forward, and Elysse was taking cover. Dom had just flash banged everyone. What was there that he could do? He didn’t know his environment enough to use it against the enemy, and he didn’t even really have the skill with a gun that these people have. Guns weren’t his thing, and so he decided to do something stupid. They were blinded, deaf, or hopefully they were.

Danny reached into his pocket and pulled out the syringes that he had filled up in the medical bay with fluids to which he had no idea what they did. This could either be the dumbest idea he ever had, or the stupidest, either way he was probably going to get himself really hurt.

Danny released a huge blast of energy that split off into a bunch of different beams to provide himself with cover. He didn’t know exactly where the soldiers were so he figured that a sunburst would be the best option. Running while shooting out his attack he jumped over a few cover points and rolled forward.

That was when he smacked right into a soldier. Startled beyond all belief he almost forgot what he was there to do, but quickly pulling the top off of the syringes he jabbed the hypos into the closest soldiers he could, pushed in the medicine, and just to make sure that he had an extra second or two, he made one of his own flash-bangs, that deafened him, but of course he was able to close his eyes so he wasn’t completely blind.

Turning around and running as fast as he could, he dove for cover behind a pillar and prayed that he didn’t get shot mid-dive.

Team of Five

After seeing the woman get blasted back through the doorway, the soldiers confidence rose measurably. There were around fifteen soldiers in the open room itself, and they all trained their guns on the open doorway, sure of where their next target was coming from now. A few minutes passed, and they started jeering at the team, wondering if they had given up.

"Beta Squad, be prepared, they may be planning something," one man said quietly into his radio. "Affirmative, standing by and waiting orders," came the voice over the radio, and one of the dark rooms on the side's blinds swayed slightly. The man switched frequencies, and spoke into the radio again. "Charlie Squad, keep an eye out, they may try to go around us." Again, a reply came from a gruff voice, "Affirmative, holding fast."

The man nodded at another man across the room, and several soldiers crouch-ran on either side of the room, getting a better vantage point of the doorway.

Suddenly, the man's world exploded into a symphony from hell. All of the soldiers radios in the room started freaking out, the sound almost making his ears bleed, causing him to arch his back, holding his ears and looking up at the ceiling. Just then, the lights went intensely bright and exploded, the glass bulbs raining shards down on his men. Every man in the room was blinded and deafened, and one man was unlucky enough to catch a glass shard in his throat, blood spraying all over his neighbor. The neighbor screamed, not knowing what was going on, but feeling something wet all over him, and ran in a random direction, tripping over an overturned table leg, impaling himself on the chair leg nearby.

The rest of them men fell on the ground, their senses jumbled. No one even saw Ada roll behind the track wall, and there was a man crouched just on the other side of it, his eyes screwed up in pain, his hands over his ears. She was safe for now.

As Danny ran into the room, soldiers poured out of the side rooms, around 10 in all, from three different shaded rooms. Their radios and lights were unaffected, and they immediately lifted their guns to fire.

Only to be blinded by his sunburst, rolling to the nearest cover they could think of. Several fired blindly at Danny, only managing to hit three of their own fellows. Sporadic gunfire flew over the room, but the rest of the shot were wild, only harming the walls. Danny managed to land right in the center of a group of four men, the syringes finding veins somehow, their toxins doing their work swiftly.

The first man to show symptoms started to convulse, foam coming from his mouth, his body shaking as he fell on the floor and violently spasmed. Blood started coming from his eyes and ears, and his pain was ended when his head slammed into a metal pole so hard the pole dented. The second man screamed inhumanely, the area around the puncture wound growing black, his skin literally decaying as he stood there. He clawed at the wound, tearing large black chunks of his own skin off, his flesh melting away until only a pristine white skeleton and black bits of human remained on the ground. The third and fourth just stood still for a second, before they fell over dead instantly. They were the lucky ones.

"THERE HE IS, OVER THERE! OPEN FIRE!"

A third squad of men ran in from the catwalk above, hearing the screams and explosions, and spread out over the room, ducking into the doorways above and aiming down on the room. They saw Danny diving into cover, but were too late to do more than slam a few shots into the pillar he was standing behind. None of them used any explosives, for fear of hitting their own companions below. Slowly, one by one, all of the soldiers below began to come out of the flashbang effect, hiding behind various pieces of furniture and ducking back into the rooms for cover once again. Everyone opened fire on Danny's position, only knowing where he was, except for a few men who kept a watch on the doorway the group came from, thinking the rest were still in there.

Large chunks of the pillar exploded off from the large amount of gunfire, and slowly but surely the pillar became nothing but small pieces of granite on the ground. Soon, Danny would have no cover, unless they did something.

Eiji

Eiji could hear the massive gates finally closing. No way out it seemed. He stayed there for a few minutes trying to think of his options at this point and in the end realized he really didn't have any. He either came out of his hiding spot before they brought even more people or he'd be taken down.

Luckily the place was gigantic and there were literally hundreds of gigantic crates filled with giant ammo and other accessories for the robots and their over-sized guns. The worst that could happen was everything blowing up, him included, and he was already mentally prepared for that possibility.

He closed his eyes and concentrated real well, sensing his enemies' life force and making a mental note of each and every single one of them, including the one behind the doors.

Placing both hands on the side of the giant crate he was behind of he made sure to take his time and gather enough ki to blast the thing away... provided it wasn't too filled with stuff, in which case he would have to think of a new plan.

He waited, and when he was able to hear the voices of the soldiers talking in whispers echo faintly across the room he decided it was time.

More than pushing it out of his body, Eiji simply let go and released the massive wave of ki he had been building up until now.

*KRRRAAANNNNNGGG!!*

The giant metallic box was sent forth with tremendous force towards the largest group of armed soldiers, aiming to squash them flat, as Eiji immediately sprung forward and ran behind it, taking momentary cover from the shots in the split-second it took to reach them, only to jump behind a tall tower of similar containers as bullets brushed past him, one of them actually getting him right before he landed on the ground. It had been a small-caliber bullet though, which had lodged itself in Eiji's torso, missing a kidney by an inch. He was sure that if he hadn't been protected by his armor the thing would have left a huge, nasty hole in his body.

He managed to ignore the burning pain as he took cover, sensing the soldiers' presence again to make sure how many of them were left, but not wasting any time. From where he stood he was now close enough to actually retaliate. Using his ranged attack, the Power Blast, Eiji fired invisible bursts of ki to many of the crates sitting atop the different piles here and there, pushing them forward and attempting to drop their massive weight on top of the many soldiers scattered around.

Behind the doors the sound of gears and mechanisms only grew louder.

In a different section of the base something else was going on. Tatsuo, the tattooed man had already taken three different squads down. If the group had failed miserably at being stealthy and unnoticed, Kabuto-kun had excelled at it. Always silent and out of sight, his living tattoos had been quite busy quietly eliminating dozens of soldiers, for that was his role. While Eiji and Rozanny provided the distraction inside the base and Wendolo the diversion outside (and thus having most of the personnel outside), Kabuto's mission was to eliminate those still not engaged in combat and thus reducing the number of possible enemies which could stop the group from taking the ship. That way most of their enemies would only com from the front, for Tatsuo had their backs covered.

Elysse sprinted in behind Danny, taking the opportunity to unleash two flashbangs that arched nicely over the barricades to explode in the midsts of the soldiers. Having been trained in room clearing procedures in her time in the Army, Elysse came up and moved towards the first barricade she saw, taking aim at a few soldiers at the catwalks before spotting soldiers within rooms. Calmly executing those behind one barricade, she took a grenade, pulled the pin, and tossed it into one room, before ducking behind what seemed like perfect cover.

"DOMINIQUE!!! THEY WANT AN ENCORE PERFORMANCE!!! NEW PEOPLE WITH COMMO GEAR!!" She yelled over the din, swapping out her partially fired magazine, taking another and loading it. She kept a slim profile behind cover, scanning the catwalks and taking potshots at anyone that tried to stick their head out.

Illist had been trailing behind the main group after his suggested had been made since the fiasco with the patrol group. Once again the mortals had chosen not to heed the Planeswalker's word so watching them scramble at a hail of bullets was partly entertaining to him. He chuckled inwardly between flashes of red, dim emergency light. Clearly he found some humor in the ambush they'd meandered into.

Pressing his back against a wall still in the corridor, Illist watched calmly as his fellows preoccupied the soldiers in the next room. He'd bee terribly distracted by the cross-planar chatter he'd picked up from earlier; he surmised it was to do with that flaming girl that had gone off in with Eiji. Finally focusing back on matters at hand, he found the situation to be a tad bit more bothersome then anticipated.

Between the flashes of light and no light at all, Illist had managed to filter his Remnants in through the very wall behind him into the infrastructure of the military base. While within the blast walls they could do no real structural damage, the ghostlings could phase between the material world and the spirit world to position themselves between and beyond the groups of soldiers. Too preoccupied with laying down as much fire onto their known intruders as possible; Illist knew just where the groups were situated, and could weave his memory golems among the trigger happy jarheads accordingly.

Humans had an odd way of focusing when they were trying to kill something, or at least Illist thought. His ghostlings covertly phases from the spirit plane determined to find each solider with a grenade. Not all of them had, but surely at least one in each group. While they fired blindly at Danny or stumbled about in the darkness provided by Dominique, the ghosts would attempt to pull the pins from whatever grenades they could find, or failing this activate whatever detonation device they mite assume was linked to the explosives on the soldiers themselves.
