It was getting late and Fumi had gotten hungry. She didn't really know her way around this place. It was all still foreign to her. She hadn't found a grocery store yet to place much needed food inside, so she was left to fend for herself and find a diner of some sorts. She walked through stopping in front of a small bar. They had to have food in there right? It looked a little dark but food was food. At the moment she didn't care what it tasted like or what the place looked like. She was hungry and knew nothing about the town. She walked up the the door to enter but was pushed back by some drunkards exiting. "Geet outa the way, biiitch." one slurred out of his drunken mouth. "S-sorry." she said peckishly wand shuffled inside quickly to take a seat. She sat as far into a corner and away from the bar as she could. It was a rough place. Loud noises and the smell of alcohol flooded the building. She waited to see if anyone would come to take her order but the only staff she saw that wasn't drunk out of their minds was the bar tender and even he was a little on the tipsy side. "I just want something to eat..." she whimpered running her finger ac across the groves in the table. |

NICE DRIVE!

It was another dead end; pathetic. While it was the goal of most to defeat the Heartless Hiro Tsukasa had taken upon a different path. While grateful to Philemon for the power of Persona Hiro knew it would never be enough. He could already sense its peak and reasoned that however powerful the Heartless had seemed thus far there was sure to be much more. His own path was to regain the Magic he'd lost at the fall of Hyakuji. This held one simple answer: finding Kurayami Fuzen. However, thus far that had proved near impossible. Keeping himself hidden from the greater view of those from Hyakuji Hiro had moved as a shadow to their effort searching and descending into the darkest of places searching for any clues or rumors he could find for locating Yami. He'd come to the Sky Lounge to meet with someone that possibly had information but in the end it was just someone's pathetic attempt to turn some quick cash out of lies; it seemed Niwa bled corruption. Parting from the private booth he'd been at Hiro quietly weaved around between the crowd. It was getting late and as such the entire Lounge was getting quite rowdy. He couldn't simply cut a straight path for the door so working slowly he followed a path around the edge of the room where the crowd was less thick. It was in this manner that he happened upon the corner table wherein sat a beautiful yet nervous seeming young woman and it was in the instant his eye caught her pale beautiful face that Hiro could tell she was troubled. "Something wrong, Miss?" Hiro asked in a soft reassuring voice as he shifted from the massive crowd and over leaning at the edge of her table as he gave her a friendly smile; it was clear he wasn't a resident of Niwa. |

Fumi jumped lightly at Hiro at he planted his hands on the table she sat at. "Oh! Umm...uhhh...H-hi." she said searching for the right words. She fidgeted slightly still searching for what she could tell him until it hit her. "I-I came here for some dinner...I...I was hungry." she said looking away from him and playing with her hands on the table. She glanced around as he still stood there looking at her. The whole place was just like when she had entered. Maybe he worked there? "Do..do you work here sir?" she asked glancing up at him. This was her first time actually looking at him. He didn't even look like he belonged here. The reek of alcohol was not upon him, so she felt safe to talk a little more. "I-I'm sorry. You..You don't work here do you? Forgive my manners. It was rude to inquire such a thing." she said bashfully fidgeting with her hands again looking away. |

"Heh," Hiro laughed interestedly as he leaned in a little closer to study the gorgeous features of her face in better detail, "You're quite cute being all bashful and stuff." Laughing a little more he stood back up straight and shook his head a little confirming what she had inquired. "No, I don't work here," He began, "My name is Hiro Tsukasa. I was here to meet someone but they ended up not knowing what I wanted to know. The place is a little out of hand... if you wait here a minute I might be able to find you a server, if you wanted?" Why not? Hiro had quickly learned there was nothing more rewarding than being swept into random encounters with people and his night was unfortunately already over. With no trail to continue towards Yami he'd hit a brick wall and would have to essentially backpedal searching for a new path. The girl looked desperately hungry as well. Maybe she was just naturally that pale, a nice look in Hiro's eyes, but if not then the least he could do was see to it the people working here did their job. |

Fumi blushed madly at him calling her cute and everything. It was a first for her. Her lack of social skills kept her from basic things like that. Stupid as it might be it was what her father willed and thus what was set for her. Once her father made up his mind there was no real turning back. She nodded when he offered to get a staff over she she could get some food into her system. It was unusual for her to ever feel this hungry. At home she got food whenever she wanted, in moderation of course. A flat 6 meals a day. Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner, and the small Bed Time snack. They were all given to her at her very whim. Hunger was foreign to her. "I've never been this hungry before..." she spoke softly, and it was the truth. |

"Hahah," Hiro laughed finding it adorable the admittance of her hunger mixed with the blush of her face, "Wait right here and I'll see what I can do." Exhaling softly as he prepared to wade through the crowd again Hiro wandered for a few minutes but they felt like ages. Finally, near the main bar Hiro found one of the waitresses taking a break and struck up a conversation. A few minutes later Hiro left not only with a phone number (would anyone expect less of Hiro?) but also with the reassurance that she would wait on the young girl's table as her break was ending. Weaving his way back to the table Hiro sat down across from the young girl and let out a sigh of relief glad to be free of the crowded dance floor. "Someone should be here shortly," Hiro reassured her with a nod, "By the way... would it be okay if I asked your name, Miss?" He'd already given his own so it only seemed proper to ask. The Sky Lounge was quite an odd place and Hiro couldn't help but wonder what brought such an innocent looking young girl there. Maybe she was lost? |

"Thank you," she smiled softly. Great! Food even closer to her stomach. With not much longer to wait she'd have food in her grumbly belly. She smiled and played with her fingers some more. "By the way... would it be okay if I asked your name, Miss?" Fumi's eyes got a little larger and she looked at him. "Please forgive me! My name is Fumiko Suzuki, but you can call me Fumi. How rude of me to not introduce myself after you kindly shared your name. I have shamed my name. Is there anything I can do to repay my debt?" she asked him softly. That was the second time she had done that today. Had she forgotten her manners? Had all her teachings gone to waist? |

"Sure," Hiro nodded as he took a seat across from her and then let out a soft sigh glad to be secluded from the packed dance floor, "And don't feel bad about the whole introduction stuff or like you owe me anything. You needed help and I helped. It's not a big deal..." Glancing to the side Hiro saw the waitress approaching so it seemed she would at least keep to her word and in the end the young girl before him would finally be able to eat. He didn't mind sticking around and particularly with the way the club felt and the entire city of Niwa altogether Hiro didn't think it was safe to just walk off and leave this single girl alone. "You're not from this world are you Miss Suzuki?" Hiro questioned in an interested tone as he leaned forward. Niwa was a curious place but overall Hiro didn't care for it. It had a constant unfriendly air and that usually clung to its citizens. |

The waitress came over and looked at her with a look of discontent. "Wudya want kid?" she asked pulling out a pad to write on. "Uh..u-uhh...I-I'll just have a burger and a small order of fries." she stammered out. "Yeah....ok" she waitress sighed to the girl and turned to Hiro giving him a wink as she walked off. Fumi sighed at the relief of finally being able to order food. "N-no. No I'm not. I honestly didn't know we had other worlds until recently." she blushed. For someone who was so smart, there were many things that she didn't know, or was just discovering. "I guess that kind of seems silly though..." she weakly laughed. "Are umm...a-are you from around here?" she asked trying to strike up a conversation. This was still something that she was not good at, but she kept trying to become a better speaker. It was a goal of hers I guess you could say. |

"It's okay," Hiro said in a reassuing tone as he leaned in closer to talk more directly amid the booming background noise of the place, "And don't feel bad at all. This whole multiverse thing is confusing at first for everyone." Laughing softly Hiro turned and glanced out among the dance floor still in awe at how rowdy the place had become. "Me?" Hiro questioned as he turned his gaze back to Fumi with an interested grin, "No, I'm not from this world at all. I'm from the world people refer to as Hyakuji. This world, people refer to it as Niwa for the name of the city we're in right now. Which would did you come from anyways?" |

"Oh?" she asked perking up with interest. "I just came from Hyakuji myself. I'm going to school there," she smiled. Fumi blushed as she realized the she was getting excited about the fact that he lived in the same world as she did. "I'm still confused about whats going on in these worlds though. Didn't there only used to be one world?" she asked looking away from him momentarily. "B-but um...So...umm...what....what exactly do you do in Hyakuji....it seems like a big place." she asked glancing at him. "I'm sorry, I'm probably asking too many questions." she said blushing again. "Forget I asked anything..." she hesitantly laughed. The waitress cam back with a plate of food and set it down in front of her. "There ya go kid." she said as she walked off. "Oh..uhh...thank you..." she mumbled looking at her plate. "Th-this is so much food." |

"Well," Hiro began slowly trying to grasp for the right words to explain the concept of the multiverse, "In truth there were always many worlds. If you want to look at it this way... for every possibility there exists a world where that is true. However, before the Heartless all these worlds were independant from one another and impossible to be connected to another. However, as they began devouring worlds its pulled those remaining ones together." It was at this point Fumi's food had arrivied and Hiro couldn't help but laugh at her surprise. "Anyways," he continued, "Don't feel bad, I don't mind answering questions. I'm kinda used to it which actually will answer your next one... because I was a Teacher at Hyakuji's high school. I have a degree in Art but I taught about the Supernatural because that's my main interest. I'm sorry if this is all too much at once." Hiro laughed a little nervously unsure how she would take everything. It was big enough to learn there was no one world as people percieved but many. Add to this tons of other information in a quick stream and it might be easy to get confused. |

"Oh so you're a teacher? Cool." she smiled. "Maybe I will get one of your classes." she giggled lightly. "I guess that's understandable. Anything is possible if you think about it." She said lifting up the top bun of her burger and inspecting what she was going to shove into her body. She tore a piece of the bun off and nibbled on it lightly. For some reason she never really ate burgers like everyone else. She would always pick them apart. From top to bottom. Bun to bun. Fumi picked up the bottle of ketchup that was sitting on the table and tried to squirt some onto her fries. Nothing. She whimpered a bit and gave up on ever trying to get anything out of them empty bottle. "Want the fries? I-I can't eat them without ketchup...it just isn't right." she blushed lightly. |

"Well, if we can ever get back to our own world I'd be more than glad to have you in my class," Hiro said cheerily with a friendly laugh. Truth be told to even teach one more time at Hyakuji felt like a dream so Hiro really didn't care what his class would be like; he'd even welcome back the pay docks. "And here," Hiro laughed as he turned around in his seat looking to the table behind them. Laughing a little he grabbed the bottle of ketchup off of it and sat it down at their table as he took the one from Fumi and put it over on the empty table. "This is easier right? Plus I'm not very hungry," Hiro added with a laugh. |
