The Power


M A R K S M A N S H I P

Due to their occupation both siblings are fully qualified and capable of using firearms. Aside from basic handguns their marksmanship can be applied to other ranged weapons as well as other types of artillery. Without any help from scopes and other such devices the sibling's aim begins to waver from distances of more than fifteen yards. By default the two are required to wear an on-duty and off-duty handgun.

S H A R O A N M A R T I A L A R T S

While a firearm suffices in most situation the twins have been taught basic self defense. With most of their training in Sharo their style is focused on flowing with vice grip grapple, chokes, and locks. Due to their small size and frame yet surprising flexibility these move are more effective unless the is significantly bigger.

N E T O P E R A T O R

While all ONB are required to own their own netnavi the twins share. Each one has their own PET with the custom net navi, HyperHymn, easily transferable between the two. Along with having a fully capable netnavi they have their own folder of chips, held by HyperHymn for transferring purposes, and a dual Synchro Chip. The standard Synchro Chip allows both a Net Operator and Netnavi to fuse to become one enfused being. This dual Synchro Chip allows two human to fuse with a single navi to create the same product, albeit with three fused consciousness rather than two.


The Appearance

Curiosity isn't the only thing to kill a cat, a simple glance at the gorgeous could inflict serious cardiac arrest. Starting with their most prominent feature would be those luscious locks of azul hair, an uncommon color for humans but still very much natural. The both of them let their hair freely fall, not needing to style it in any manner as they're already beautiful enough. Yet one must ponder how hair can retain such silky texture with little to no care, the answer? Sharo weather, the chilling climate keeping the hair healthy and discouraging the frizzy nature usually accompanied with heat.

Complimentary to possessing rather bizarre hair the Spirals' has alarmingly exclusive irises. Spirals' bears a scarce trait leaving their eyes genetically feral amber with a abnormally light pupils. Ordinarily the two share similar traits to the point no one can tell the difference but there is an obvious trait which can help determine the two. Allegra tends to have larger, innocent, adorable eyes which compliment her fluttering eye lashes. Allegro's are narrower, adept from the years of training in Sharo with scarring sights from the field of battle. Evidently both of them wear medical eyepatches, not that they need them but they persist regardless. The twins wear the patches on different sides, another way to differentiate them.

Now comes the body, five feet three inches in height, slender and lean absent of excess fat and muscle alike gives the twins a feminine frame of a child, just blossoming to adolescence. Joined with snowy porcelain white skin most would think the Spiral’s as children models rather than ex-Sharo military personnel. Going even further Allegro always wears his medals, most of them from the 2nd armored cavalry troop, 38th Sharoan Regiment. Other than that their clothing depends on the occasion and situation, but they do have a tendency for leather and belts.



The Personality

How could such adorable children be capable of such taboo actions?

Scarred by their childhood they never forgot, they never forgave, they never let go of their foreboding violent tendencies. Ironically with their appearance no one would assume as much, which they abuse to the fullest possibilities. The both of them are very fluent in such behavior, being patient and adapting to those around them. The fact that they could keep their recreational activities a secret so long holds as proof to their acting skills along with their popularity for being kind natives.

But a mask only works one way, the moment they’re free the can be themselves. Contrasting to their former attitude they pull an 180 becoming vile, relentless, and viciously aggressive. Together the two share a knack for finding kinky arousal at violence, both being machinist and sadist. While they do believe in righteousness they won’t hesitate to punish the wicked, righting the wrongs to an extreme. Other than that the two are extremely open, finding no wrong with what society find immoral, incest among those. However this side if rarely shown to others and kept quiet about for most.



The Story

The Spiral’s are two previously unnamed Sharoan twin orphans. Their parents where currently residing in a poor rural area of Sharo which heavily disapproved of abortion due to their religion. They were abandoned in a city-run orphanage due to their parent’s inability to afford keeping them. Together they grew in that orphanage pass their toddler years until they were adopted by an unknown producer. Unfortunately the producer made a different genre then the Officials had believed, pornography. Outsourcing was always a great way to promote profit while satisfying the otherwise poor areas. Now imagine if you didn’t have to pay those employees? Just provide them with sufficient nutrition and they were good.

Now for the twins, they’d have to work to survive along with the various other children the studio had adopted. They were forced into pedophilic snuff films where they were raped along with other things. They did whatever the crowd liked, that being the whole net. Going further soon they went to a live action guro genre. They had to kill their fellow peers, watching as one of the various children was beaten to death with them potentially next. To survive in the dog-eat-dog situation they became deranged sadistic killers, becoming familiar with their practice and growing to enjoy their sinful indulgence.

But a killer cannot be satisfied with simple prey of innocent children. No, their thirst would be quenched with their captives which could actually put up a fight. Yet freedom comes at a cost, they knew nothing of surviving in the modern world. Finding themselves in a more urban Sharo they immediately took refuge in a military base, their youthful ruse providing a mask to earn a soldier's trust. From there they were transferred to the local authorities until they gave up on contacting their family.

It didn’t take long for them to grow up, under the careful guidance of a willing policeman and his battalion of patriotic Sharoans. From there the two found an interest in becoming Officials, and progressively military; however Allegro would not let his twin sister join him. So the two found an occupation in becoming local authorities until a sudden need for personnel in Electopia had been called. So naturally the two were asked for a transfer which they reluctantly agreed to.

The Power


D I V I N E E D G E

HyperHymn is able to create holy energy which can be used in several different ways.

d i v i n e j o l t

HyperHymn can fire several burst of holy energy each turn. Each blast of light does moderate damage and up to five can be fired within a turn. This has a one turn cool down and only one blast can effectively hurt an opponent per volley. The blast are quite big, several feet in diameter and channeled into an X to easily slice through guards and obstacles alike. Rather than destroy the obstacle the blast merely splits it apart, causing it to shatter into a burst of light which momentarily possesses the shrapnel and fires it in the opponent’s direction.

HyperHymn can release a blast of divine energy from within herself, discharging it in a six meter area centering around her. This attack deals moderate damage to anything within the area while ignoring guards and obstacles for splash damage.

HyperHymn can summon a fountain of holy energy to blast the enemy from below and above. This has a one turn cool down and HyperHymn must be touching an obstacle, object, or the field while having a general guess of the opponents position. This move does not auto-lock but rather explode based off HyperHymn’s judgment, which can sometimes be several feet away and explodes outward in a X tower formation before making a large pillar of light from the point of origin for another hit.

G R E Y L A C E

HyperHymn is surrounded by three grey laces. They are made of material stronger than other types of data on the net and can block attacks up to fair. When HyperHymn is struck by an attack that deals High Damage or more, the ribbons disappear and will respawn next custom. Breaking attacks go right through the lace and HyperHymn is still damaged by non-physical effects such as panel effects, gas, etc. While in SP status her laces begin to spin, a mimicry of Serenade, spin fast enough to emit a faint barrier-like aura around her. This aura doesn’t count as an actual aura and can deflect any attack, excluding PA, Mega, Giga chips, Finisher, Special, or Signature attacks. The lace automatically stop their rotation whenever HyperHymn attack’s from within the aura, blocks a melee attack, or/and is hit by something that deals more than Very High damage. They begin to spin again next custom or after HyperHymn charges for two turns, whichever comes first.

M E G A F R E E Z E

Whenever HyperHymn physically makes contact with another living source she can temporarily freeze all motion, including her own, within a two meter area centering around her. Regardless of physics everything is frozen, the kinetic energy dropping to zero until the effect wears off. After a maximum of three turns the kinetic energy returns and everything in the effect radius continues it’s momentum. The only exception for this rule is liquids and plasma, which under the conditions solidify and continue with a lesser momentum when the effect is suspended. Whenever the effect is activated every particle caught in the blast will grow a blue hue, a signal that the program is working. While under the effect only charging energy or external attacks work (summoning, healing), however an external force may enter the area of effect without being effected. HyperHymn can deactivate this ability before the three turn time limit, however it is automatically canceled if she enters a new custom with the freeze in effect. After two turns of use the program begins to put a strain on the user, the more frequent the use and the longer only increases the strain significantly.


The Appearance

HyperHymn follows the same similar fashion of Hyperion with some tweaks and whistles to make her look more like Serenade and more like a woman. Rather than hold all her cosmetic armor she’s lightly donned in a simple mix of sweat clothes which outline her body to make her more curvy. While it seems like a paradox with the perfect pixel alignment the clothes give her an hour glass figure with bouncy curves along her legs and torso. However her face is no longer shrouded in mystery behind the Electopian mask, but rather revealed to be blessed with a light pale yellow and deeper blonde lock trailing down to her shoulder. As her operators request her pupils match theirs, however a benevolent appearance to her bright yellow eyes to match the rest of her face. The rest of her body is outlined with tanned trimmings and her icon matches that of Serenade completely.


The Personality

Being a fresh and renewed woman HyperHymn holds a mimicry of Serenade’s own personality. With a melodic voice and gracious attitude she seems like the perfect saint. Kind and compassionate HyperHymn rarely suspects the bad in people, instead looking for their positive points and shies away from their faults. Because of this tendency she comes of as naïve despite fully well knowing the scummier side of people. However HyperHymn rarely judges people, her operators being two of the lesser moral people she knows.

However Hyperion is still very much apart of her, the uncompressed and converted section manifesting during serious fights and otherwise life threatening situations. Hyperion takes off a more logical and cynical outlook, knowing and taking advantage of the sourness of navis and their weaknesses. However rather than let his dissuade him into being a bitter person he lightly treads it with perversion and random nonsense that only he can understand. Rather than approach slowly and being cautious Hyperion fully well knows his capabilities and acts in brash manners, getting into trouble without thinking, often causing his pride to turn to embarrassment. Along with his recklessness Hyperion tends to poke fun at people while being brutally honest to the point of being very rude.



The Story

Hyperman, the first model of a rather nameless toy company. With business in navi productions and accessories soaring naturally many companies sprung forth with their own navi exclusives to boast their efficiency or cheapness. Being just a toy model he was bought by an operator known as Golex for simple tinkering. Using the default Hyperman as a base Golex began experimenting with his programming skills. Once the young man became an ONB his resources lit up and Hyperman was completely reconfigured to MagnaHyperman. Of course due to this work being solely dependant on Sci-Lab’s resources under the ONB’s name MagnaHyperman became temporary property of the rather bulky organization. From there he would be recycled through various operators once Golex found another navi, being scraped and redone and reassigned to new operators every so often.

After many trails, many successes, many failures did they decide that the latest model Hyperion was disposable. Navis of the time were just too versatile, too powerful for him to complete at all. So Golex, who had temporarily joined as a Sci-Lab engineer volunteered to partake in an experiment. Their goal was to implant and splice certain figments of data from famous and powerful navis into ordinary no-names. Sereande, who had been found quick easily as of lately was one of the samples to be implanted. After stripping Hyperion of all his data but his physical outline and core personality they attached all the duplicated sample they had. Because Serenade hadn’t been under a detailed diagnose since his creation the power ratio was still deep, but HyperHymn was no longer declared disposable. From there she would now be reenlisted under the cycles of navis given to various ONB agents.
