It took a while to construct and fine tune...but it was finally ready. Kouta was now fully integrated as a BOARD Field Operative with the issuance of his motorcycle: the TryChaser 2000. While the name was a little less than flashy, the male could not complain as it was his very own ride. Of course, even though it was done, there was still one, final, test to run. As a bike, the vehicle functioned just fine, they were unsure if it was ready for interworldly travel... Which brings us to the current point in time. It would be his first technical mission, and due to the simplicity, it would be done solo. All Kouta had to do was just travel to world and just give the bike a proper field test, then return. Florencia was chosen if only because it was the closest world to Traverse Town. And so, the peaceful countryside was disrupted by the appearance of a dimensional wall...with the TryChaser jumping right out of it, and riding off into the distance, Kouta had to test every bit of this bike so the first thing he would do was accelerate to the things top speed...! ...of 500 km/h. In addition to the bike's motor a distinct "WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" could be heard as the bike zoomed past various areas. Edited by Yosuke, Oct 7 2009, 06:31 AM.

There were few things in existence aside from jet aircraft which would be able to keep up with a motorcycle built for Kamen Riders that could travel in excess of 300 km/h. 350 km/h was supercar range, after all. 500 km/h? Was there even a land vehicle licensed for street use capable of such excessive speed? Apparently so, as the TryChaser2000 was now rocketing across the vast expanse of the Dynor Countryside with its rider crying out in glee, only to have the sound stolen from his mouth by the sheer force of wind against his face. Hopefully, that speed wouldn't completely drown out his hearing. If it hadn't, he'd be able to hear the sound of a low train whistle seconds before a portal opened up beside him, train tracks mysteriously appearing in midair as a black-and-green train of some sort appeared from the portal. Its front looked... like a bull, to be frank. But if anything would be able to keep up with a bike going nearly half the speed of sound, it would be a train that could cross time and space! "Mister Koutaaaa! Heeeeeey!" came a male voice from the train belonging to Ryuuji, Taiga's partner. On board the ZeroLiner, he could retain his physical form, and so could at least call out to the rider from there. Taiga stood at the side door next to Ryuuji with her arms crossed, watching them pace the bike. That's... pretty amazing. Leo got a motorcycle to be stable at those speeds? "On assignment? Or on break?" Ryuuji yelled out again, hoping Kouta would be able to hear. |

“Senpai looks like he’s enjoying himself.” Hajime commented from behind the two, appearing from inside the Zero Liner’s cabin. “It must be nice to ride a bike that fast.” The young man added, not really minding about the speed Kouta was riding through the world and the speed the Zero Liner itself is going to keep in pace with the currently ecstatic young man blazing a path through Florencia. Hajime meanwhile, was still a long way from being issued one himself; until they can decide how to make use of his abilities when finally deployed as one of BOARD’s riders, Hajime would have to rely on the group’s mass transport system to get around for now like all other regular members. Not that he mind of course. The problem lies in that Hajime can’t transform normally, for some reason. Being found in his Rider form aside, he has yet to assume his Rider form again and seemingly couldn’t or even know how to, and some are starting to wonder if he really was the same person they found at all. Still, Leo was generous and understanding enough to give the young man the benefit of doubt, so for now, he was safe. “Ah, thank you for bringing me along on board your nice train, I don’t I ever travelled on one before though I’m not sure. It does feel exciting and… and… I don’t know, I can’t find a word for it!” Hajime thanked somewhat excitedly to Taiga and Ryuji. Hajime turns to look out of the door where Kouta was still screaming at the top of his lungs inaudibly over the howling wind. "SENPAI! YOU'RE SO COOL!" Hajime yelled to Kouta over the wind, if he can hear him that is. Edited by Xing, Oct 7 2009, 09:37 AM.

"STEP ON THE GAAAAAAAS!" Kouta roared as he continued to go faster and faster. This was...a hell of a lot more fun than riding on Compatikaiser, and without Roa telling him to be responsible for the machine, he was able to really cut loose on it. He couldn't describe what he was feeling right now, this was the first time, in a long time that he was having fun. "I'm on assignmeeeeeeeent! This bike is in need of teeeeeests" Kouta managed to answer, of course his statements were mostly drowned out by the speed. However, despite it he was able to hold on just fine, and even then as the ZeroLiner kept up with it he turned his head and took a hand off the handle for a moment to give it a thumbs up. And then for some reason he felt he bumped into something, but it was only minor so he shrugged it off. He had basically run over a few random Heartless unknowingly. |

"STEP ON THE GAAAAAAAS!" the goggled motorcycle rider roared out into the air, looking like he was having the time of his life. Which made sense; wouldn't you want to experience being strapped to a vehicle going half the speed of sound without anyone telling you to be responsible? Senpai looks like he’s enjoying himself. It must be nice to ride a bike that fast," Hajime commented happily, then turned to Ryuuji and bowed slightly. "Ah, thank you for bringing me along on board your nice train, I don’t I ever travelled on one before though I’m not sure. It does feel exciting and… and… I don’t know, I can’t find a word for it!" Hajime definitely was one of those guys who seemed to be closer to Kouta's end of the spectrum in terms of personality. He was very go-with-the-flow, happy-go-lucky, self-sacrificial. Probably for the best, considering the poor guy couldn't remember anything about himself. "No problem, Hajime-san. Plenty of room, and we don't get guests on the ZeroLiner often, right Taiga?" Ryuuji replied with a smile, looking to his partner for affirmation and getting...none. As per usual. As it was the norm, he just sighed and shrugged his shoulders, giving a 'this happens a lot' look to Hajime. "I'm on assignmeeeeeeeent! This bike is in need of teeeeeests!" Kouta practically had to scream over the air currents. Fortunately, the ZeroLiner was following along right beside him, so they could hear what he had said, if barely. The interesting bit was that he had the balls of steel to take a hand off of the left handlebar and give them a thumbs up. Taiga even found herself smiling at his courage, and that was a rare event. Her smiling, that is. "SENPAI! YOU'RE SO COOL!" Hajime yelled out the ZeroLiner's side hatch, which almost got Taiga to do something similar. Instead, she caught herself, glancing up to Ryuuji. "Ryuuji. Didn't you say there were some of those... whatever-they-are around here? I don't see any." Whump. The ZeroLiner shuddered slightly as it seemed to impact something, but whatever it had hit had not enough mass to actually derail or slow the massive train down. "I think... that was one of them," he said sheepishly, though he wasn't aware that at speed, both the ZeroLiner and TryChaser were taking out Heartless without even being aware of it. After all, as soon as you'd be able to see one, it was too late to avoid it or do anything but run it down! |

Over the howling of rushing wind, Hajime thought he could hear Kouta yelling back in response, but he couldn’t tell for sure coupled with the massive roar of the ZeroLiner’s chuga-chugging engine. Hajime didn’t mind, for as long as Kouta seems to be enjoying himself, then all is well with the world. Then came the sudden sound of whump and the ZeroLiner shuddering, seemingly as if the train has hit something. Which it did, as the conversation between Ryuuji and Taiga seems to be about. Hajime on the other hand, just remembered something where the ZeroLiner’s seemingly unstoppable charge through this world is concerned. “Who’s driving the train?” Hajime asked innocently. Kouta was enjoying himself far too much, he was honestly amazed at how well the TryChaser was made, and was looking forward to future deployments. Of course, his happiness would be cut short for a bit, not because of the random Heartless, no. It was because he had come up on a strange rock formation, and if he hit it he'd definitely crash and burn...! "NO! HIT THE BRAKES!" he roared out, trying to slow down...it wasn't working though, he was going too fast! "I CAN'T STOP IT!" He drew closer and closer, and he shut his eyes as he couldn't seem to stop...was his legend cut short so soon!? ... Nothing. He...didn't crash like he expected to. When he opened his eyes...he was...flying? Apparently, the rock formation also doubled as a ramp...and so, for this brief moment, Kouta was airborne. "YAHOOOOO~!" |

"Who's driving the train?" Hajime asked innocently enough. Taiga wanted to answer, but Ryuuji cut her off. Probably for the best, considering her answer was just going to be 'it doesn't matter'. "Normally, the ZeroLiner can pilot itself based upon disturbances in the timeline. It's only when we have to override it that one of us actually takes command, though I'm the only one who--" "Ryuuji," Taiga said, her tone insinuating rather clearly that he was saying way more than was necessary. "Why don't you go make lunch or something?" "Sure," he replied simply, bowing to Hajime before ducking into the back car. The ZeroLiner didn't have a large kitchen by any standards--hell, it was closer to a food storage locker like on airliners--but he made do. Simple dishes weren't too much of a problem. And today, I'll get her to-- "No shiitake on ANYTHING!" Taiga yelled into the train suddenly, remembering her partner's nasty habit of trying to include the nasty mushrooms into the dishes he'd make. Ryuuji merely smiled and continued his work. "One of these days, I'm gonna--AH! HEY, K..KO....YOU! LOOK OUT!" she tried to warn the wayward biker, but it was too little too late. Kouta's TryChaser slammed into the rocks... ...and took flight. She opened her eyes to something out of E.T., with Kouta flying in front of the sun, casting a shadow across the ZeroLiner. She... just wasn't sure whether to call him lucky or just a plain idiot. Well that was fine. The landing was sure to remind him how stupid he was. |

Xaturoh was not pleased. Not that she could remember what being pleased was, but that's beside the point. It was more that she was now realizing just how much the Heartless have already consumed this place. Her previous self would have angrily muttered something to herself, but she didn't bother with such things when she was alone. All that mattered was destroying all the Heartless that stood before her. In fact, there was quite a large mass of them here, made of assorted Shadows, Soldiers, and one Large Body. She simply raised her sword. It was a simple attack that she needed to do, nothing fancy about it. And she could use it on the Large Body, mostly because she hated hitting things from behind, and it hit things from above anyway. "Cursed sword of darkness, cut energy! NIGHT-" "-HOOOOO~!" "... who?" WHAM. The Heartless before her suddenly exploded, their dark shadowy entrails flying about every which way before dissipating into nothingness. Something... got to them first. "... Huh. This is new." Xaturoh pointed her sword at the one who now stood in the crater where the Heartless once assembled. "I ask of you, are you a destroyer of Heartless as well?" she asked Kouta. |

Hajime could only watch in admiration and profound awe when Kouta hit an impromptu ramp that was in front of him, sending man and bike up into the air and casting a shadow on the black ZeroLiner before slowly coming down and landing on top of a big Heartless safely. Wait what? Hajime’s gaze turned into one of worry and determination when he saw that Kouta landing point is probably going to be among a mass of Heartless in the middle of the forest, with a black cloaked figure seemingly fighting them or something, not that he can tell from the distance. The only thing he do know is that his senpai was in danger. And that means immediate action. Wordlessly, Hajime took several steps back into the ZeroLiner, then ran forward and jump out of the open doorway, but not before getting an arm behind and under Taiga and taking her with him into the air. “HENSHIN!” Once his feet (and Taiga’s) touched ground, Hajime was already in his Agito form, placing and making sure Taiga’s feet is on firm ground first before turning to face the mass of Shadows in front of him with his hands on his waist and chest up in a random sign of bravery. “Heartless scum! You shall perish if you lay a finger on my senpai!” Hajime challenged the Shadows, completely ignoring everybody else in the immediate area. Only that, when Kouta landed, he had killed them all just by having his bike impacting the ground still in one piece, as the dark entrails from the vanished Heartless finally dissipated. Kouta would all but take off his helmet, his face covered in dirt save the area that was covered by his goggles. He had this...really big grin plastered on his face and it didn't look like it would fade away any time soon. He just looked around shortly after, and at the black armored girl who was apparently fighting Heartless. He would have founded odd, if not for the fact he was part of BOARD, fighting evil in strange getups was part of the job. So he just gave Xaturoh a thumbs up. "YES!" he stated simply enough, sounding like Sgt. Hatter from Virtual On, terrible English accent and all. |

Taiga's eyes went wide as she saw Kouta land atop a Heartless, destroying it in an instant. Well, less that he destroyed one, more that he now found himself surrounded by them and confronted by a strange-looking person who could very well be another one! Before Taiga would even be able to react, though, she was beaten to the punch by Hajime. While she had been staring, the man had backed up and then charged right out of the ZeroLiner, snatching Taiga under his arm and transforming in the process. Hell, she didn't even have time to object; all she could do was let out a yell as the ground rushed up to meet her feet and the ZeroLiner dashed off into the distance. A plume of dirt filtered up as Agito touched down, lowering Taiga safely down, though she was still in shock from being tossed out of a moving time train and wasn't particularly steady on her feet. "Heartless scum! You shall perish if you lay a finger on my senpai!" Agito cried out, immediately making an enemy of every Heartless around. That is... if there had been any. Kouta's graceful entrance had already obliterated everything except the lone dark figure speaking with him. Taiga took the opportunity to catch her breath... and once she'd caught it, she used it to berate Hajime, kicking him as hard as she could right in the shin. "YOU RETARD! YOU COULD'VE KILLED ME!" Meanwhile, back on the ZeroLiner "Taiga! Lunch is ready!" Ryuuji called as he walked back into the living car... and found it completely empty, though the side door remained open. Placing the plate of his special shiitake-curry-rice aside, he walked over to the door and peered out... find that not only were Taiga and Hajime missing, but Kouta was nowhere in sight either! "Oh crap! I gotta turn around!" He ran to the forward control room, but it would take a bit before the ZeroLiner would be able to head back for them... Edited by Ayane Isuzu, Oct 14 2009, 04:28 AM.

Hajime surprisingly felt the sharp pain from Taiga’s angry kick to his shin, sending the black and gold clad Hajime kneeling down to nurse the pain which he deserved. Hajime however, just don’t know why he even deserved it as if jumping out of a speeding train with a short girl in tow was normal by his standard. “What did I do? Like you’ve never jumped out of a speeding train before.” Hajime asks standing up again. See what I mean? “I can’t help it, senpai was in danger.” Hajime said defensively. “I want to help protect senpai like he protects other people like Miyuki-senpai too!” |

Xaturoh blinked at the display before her and she lowered her sword, somewhat acknowledging Kouta's "YES!" remark as his answer to her question. Then there was something else that seemed to tug at her. Or rather, someone else's voice. "YOU RETARD! YOU COULD'VE KILLED ME!" Taiga yelled as she kicked Hajime hard, even though he was in Agito form. "What did I do? Like you’ve never jumped out of a speeding train before..." Something ached. But at best, it was a phantom pain, the kind one would feel for amputated limbs that were no longer there. It lingered, festered in her much like a song that was stuck in your head. If she could feel annoyance, she would show it, but there was something else there... was it jealousy? For the life of her, she couldn't understand why that voice was so familiar, only that it was. "Hmmm. Well, what brings you here then? I knew the countryside was infested with these things, but I think it would be foolhardy to charge in with just two guys, a girl, and a train. Surely you don't intend on taking on all of the Heartless here by yourselves?" |

"Heartless...? OH! Those DANGEROUS and STRANGE things I was running over." Kouta's English was...horrible to say the least, bearing a thick accent. About the only thing getting the point across was the hand motions he was making. At least his grammar was right in this regard, but it must have been hard to listen to in general. "It was a ROOOOO~LLING START!" he sexclaimed, scratching the back of his head as he pointed to the TryChaser 2000. It was...actually hard to tell what he meant this time around though. |
