Xiphias ‡/Xiphias-001, The Freedom armament consists of twin hip-mounted "Xiphias-001" rail cannons, and the twin "Xiphias ‡" plasma beam cannons, which are stored/mounted and folded in the wings and mounted over the shoulders during use or which can be switched to hand use. And the fifth "Callidus" multi-phase beam cannon, torso-mounted. The Callidus is a multi beam cannon that shoots three beams compressed into one shot to make a large heavy damaging blow. Because of it's power, this cannon can only be fired once every other turn. This 4 cannon weapon which combined to two Cannons increasing the damage or all four can combine into one large cannon that can increase damage and in range but fire once per turn. Only two of these four guns can be fired in one turn and takes 5 turns to change between the two sets, because of overheat striction that will cause them to explode. 1 Cannon Each - Moderate. 2 - Fair. 4 = High, but can only be shot Every other turn.

DRAGOON (Disconnected Rapid Armament Group Overlook Operation Network) units -
Remote weapons, the 4 DRAGOON units are housed in the wings which give Freedom free range of floating in air. Not flight ONLY IN HI-MAT MODE. Freedom is capable of extending it's effective attacking distance by deploying detachable remote control wings(DRAGOON), each the ability of a beam weapon and it's own method of propulsion. The units can be controlled wirelessly and attack an opponent from multiple directions. When one is restored it can be replace for a price of two Breaking or Cursor chips or one of each.

The "trademark" feature of Freedom is that it has capability to lock onto multiple units. This multi lock capability allows the pilot, to target several enemies at once with multiple weapons salvo firings. Freedom's power for both weapons are normal, but with his high spatial awareness Freedom can target a object or enemy at any length. When the target is mark, either of the MW or SW fire straight lines of beam, that can through objects or around defenses(example) as barriers, shields, guards, auras, invis and obstacles(Even walls and panels) but can be evaded. This is to make sure that the weapons hit it's mark no matter what's in front. The mark is invisible to the target and others, except for Freedom himself. But Freedom is able to mark up to as many targets as he wants but he can only shoot at them once for that turn. This only works for MW & SW.

Wings of Light (Hikari no Tsubasa)
>S. Weapon Attributes: A carbon copy of Strike's -Destiny- Tsukuyomi, Freedom can generate a pair of "wings of light," that resembles the light of the moon. They allow hovering and extra defense against long range attacks by slowing down the attack as it passes through, allowing Freedom enough time to sense the attack and avoid. The wings are large enough to wrap around the navi and cannot be damaged since they are made of pure energy, HOWEVER they can be penetrated with all attacks that are just much slower speeds then they original suppose to be.

During a certain amount of time in this high speed movement, the wings of light scatter Mirage Colloid particles to create afterimages of the Navi in the surrounding area, while moving at a boosted speed that occurs at any time the Freedom is phased out. The speed is so fast that the afterimages are dragged behind while the Destiny moves at quick speeds possibly saying that he's in two places within of 2 seconds. By the time the enemy attacks Freedom and finds out that the one they attack is a fake, Freedom will be already in a position of attacking from another angle or direction. This system spreads Colloid particles, leaving a trail of visible after-images that can confuse enemy sensors and vision. However, the power requirements of the Wings of Light are very high, and even Strikes and Freedom's spark core cannot sustain them for more than brief periods.

HiMAT mode

The most distinctive feature of the Freedom is probably the set of ten wings housed on its backpack/thruster array. These wings give the Freedom HiMAT (High Maneuver Aerial Tactical) mode capability for superior speed. HiMAT mode is a transformable mode where Freedom's speed is increase and can fire all four Xiphias at once. But once he in this form his Sub weapons and chips are disable and defense is weaken. The Freedom HiMAT's special effects (which show blue or red, sparkling gas coming off the trailing edges of the wings when in flight) is similar to the concept of real world altitude compensating nozzles of Aerospike engine. Can only be used four turns per custom, but able to fly since the Units are the boosters. This is the only way for Freedom to have full flight like AirShoes, they only thing is he can float through the battle and can only fly for four turns per custom. When crossfused the operator is transfer on top of Freedom to ride on like a skate/surf board.

Seed Mode
Only needs one of the two beast out chips since he isn't capable of beasting out due to his mecha designs of being a clone to Strike.

The Factor of Evolution
SEED Mode (Super Evolutionary Element Destiny-mode)
While in this state, the Freedom demonstrates heightened reflexes and extremely quick information processing. This ability is usually triggered by extreme situations he is in or from recalling moment of his memories, often arising out of rage in a critical situation.

There are two observed ways that SEED mode can be activated. When Freedom suddenly resolves to protect his allies or to strike down his enemies during battle ,however, it also happens when Freedom has entered battle with a particular resolve, he may trigger SEED mode at will. Freedom's state of mind when he enters SEED mode appears amplified, this is the calm state which is the first method.

When shown going Seed mode using the first method, a cutting image of a jewel-like seed, its color matching the main color Freedom's armor, dropping from the above and exploding in a shower of light just above the eyes. The physical characteristics are the shrinking of the pupil and growth of his iris.

Entering it through the second method, in response to the stress of battle, is most commonly caused by anger or rage. Despite appearances, Freedom is not completely out of control, but his anger and rage is what changes his version of the image of the jewel-like SEED to explode from the center of the eye with varios colors and can be easily seen when zoomed into the eyes.

During this change of form, Freedom's internal parts are gold coated as luminescent Joint Effects where they glow radiant gold. Where the the golden joints lessen the friction in mobility giving faster movements. Of course in this Seed Mode, HiMat is disable. The strange - butterfly shaped phenomenon present where the wings would sit is apparently a propulsion effect but has no offensive or defensive properties. This is verses the Strike Destiny which uses a similar propulsion effect, but spreads Mirage Colloid which give Destiny it's stealth. The Strike Freedom apparently does not spread these particles and so this effect is just for show.

What powers have Heaven given him...
SEED mode is where Freedom potential increase and enters into a state of enhanced awareness and peak physical ability thus his speed and agility is increased.

He isn't able to use this awareness to increase his dodge/evade rate but the heightened awareness and ability allows Freedom to fight more efficiently, by controlling all four guns at once that must be in use while extending his wings spreading outwards to keep his balance while firing so much power, which keeps him at flight.

As explained, Freedom is capable of extending it's effective attacking distance by deploying detachable remote control wings, DRAGOON units, each the ability of a beam weapon and it's own method of propulsion. But this time he able to released four more, which is up to 8.

The amount of time is the same as beast out(24 turns) though he can activate and deactivate this form at will. Still can't use Programs or buyable Support Programs while engage in this form. The only subprogram is his HiMat mode, which is a personally customization program for Freedom's self. In HiMAT mode he can use his Jet booster as High-Beam Cannons to add up to 6 firing at once, that can change positioning of firing but still can't used his Subweapon.[/color]

Freedom's Seed Burst Mode

UPS Name: Freedom's Seed Burst Mode

UPS Description:

Phase I(Criteria): Freedom is giving the 4 plus DRAGOON Bits during this turn like in his "Seed Mode". With all 8 sent out, Freedom remotely have them attack the target(s) and hit a vital point of the body. They randomly and quickly fire three times each, meaning 8x3 = 24 times without causing any damage. The hit point instead is marked, and the DRAGOONs are recalled back into the wings. If they miss all shots, they cancel the UPS to be used again later on.

Phase II(Final Action): If one or more hits, the target(s) is now unable to avoid being hit by Freedom's next attack. During this turn, Freedom releases his 8 DRAGOON Bits to circle around him vertically, while all pointed at the various targets that were hit. He then releases his both Xiphias-001 and both Xiphias ‡, while the DRAGOON bits still rotate around Freedom from his head to his feet and around again. A 13th cannon armed onto the center of Freedom's torso is set up with the 12 other shooters.

All 13 shots are fired at once aiming at the hit targets that were marked. When the target moves and tries to dodge, the beams themselves bend towards the target turning it direction to follow the mark till it hits. The UPS/Move doesn't finish till one or more hits the target. Nothing can lower the damage of the shot, the navi takes full damage from the beam.

If one or more beams hits the damage is Massive ONCE regardless of how many they're hit with.

Phase III(Final +): If and when the target is hit, an explosion spread outwards from the hit target into the surrounding areas giving anything within that range the same amount of damage regardless how much the navi is hit within the explosion. The explosion doesn't harm the target if it was hit by one of the beams in Phase II

Equipment You Have:
Positronic Brain: Darth Noctis has a Positronic Brain, which allows him to think up to ten times faster than a normal human. While not always active, this increased processing speed can allow him to almost slow down time in a sense. Additionally, because the brain is powered by itself, if Darth Noctis was to ever 'die' his brain will shut down and save all information, allowing him to be revived without any brain damage.
Robotic Limbs: Darth Noctis' limbs have been covered and augmented by robotic 'sleeves', allowing him to be three times stronger than any human, as well as being able to match the speed of his positronic brain for extremely short periods of time. However, because they are directly connected to his nervous system, using their enhanced speed and strength for too long of a time increases the danger of paralysis and possibly bodily death.
Armored Skin: Noctis is virtually bulletproof to a lot of amounts of caliber weapons, and bullet resistant to anything that isn't armor piercing.
BioGenetic Modification Noctis' pain threshold is increased beyond superhuman standards, and he is effected by fear significantly less.
Dimensional Boosters: Noctis' gloves have a D-Area powered repulsor system similar to that of something in Iron Man.
Enhanced Perception With the use of Roof prism metallic mirror coating and Roof prism dielectric mirror coating, Noctis has almost full 180 degrees perception, knowing everything that goes on including what's immediately behind him. This sight is at least half a mile long. In front however is 1,000 yards, which is based as binoculars sight. However, he can be blinded by a strong blow to the gem on his helmet, which is a hard Neo-diamond, far stronger then a normal one.
Advance BattleChip Gate Darth Noctis has an more complex BattleChip Gate that was firstly designed by Chaud program INTO the suit and is able to not only use chips but programs as well. It full allows all chips to be use multiple times with no custom limit with Darth's suit, but when use with Freedom or Crossfusion, he still is limited to the custom rule.

Darth Noctis' SnipeRifle
Noctis' rifle comes standard with four types of blasts. The first is a standard shotgun blast, the next a long range compressed Sniping energy shot. The other two require a bit of explanation -
BassMaster: This constantly usable firing type uses subsonic vibrations to exploit the resonance values of objects. Can completely destroy inorganic compounds, can can cause severe trauma to humans hearing and ears. Might cause ear bleeding.
D-Bubble Shells: These shells are powered by heat, and, once fired and it hits something, it creates an expanding D-Area that surrounds the target, entrapping the human/crossfused navi/navi in an hard to break bubble that can only be broken with Incredible damage or more. It sizes itself to fit the target it has hit.

The Anti-Dimensional Pistol

IC effects
This gun is equipped wit a special type-3 dimensional bullet (Supercompressed Dimensional Particles) that can break through any type of Dimensional field or mass. (like a lightsaberGUN!!!)

IC Limitations
This gun has no effect on real world (non-dimensionalized) things.

OOC Effects
It can shoot holes into a navi navi, weapon, dimensional area etc. and the severed area remains damaged until it is replaced by a new weapon, (if the weapon is damaged, but not if a limb is). It can effectively destroy a D-area if enough damage is done to the area by the shots.

OOC Limitations
It can't be used to block a projectile attack, and it cannot be replicated by any means without Dr. Advocate (One of Seph's NPCs) approval and information. It can only be used for 50 shots in a topic before it short circuits.


FullFusion Chip
 

FullFusion is a process whereby an operator and a Navi fuse together in the real world. To do so, a Synchro Chip is required.

Once in FullFusion, battles work normally, complying completely with the Battlechip rules. However, some alterations have been made. Instead of slotting in chips, all the chip data is stored inside the PET. Just select 5 chips to choose from for the next 8 turns & stick with them until it's time to select 5 more.

FullFusion gives the user several advanced abilities, any of them which may be selected to be activated at the time of FullFusion. Members must post which two they have selected at the beginning of the battle.

FullFusion Abilities
AntiDark - Once every 10 posts, the fused navi can produce an energy similar to those used by DarkChips(only positive instead of Dark) to cancel out the effect of a DarkChip and send back a retaliation attack that those very high damage. Requires the sacrifice of ONE slotted chip to activate.

FullSyncro - The fused navi allows the navi to enter a status equivalent of the FullSyncro status. It enhance the navi’s reflex & reaction time(RP stuff, makes dodging slightly easier) and adds the equivalent of a Atk+30 on every chip he uses. However the navi take double damage from attacks. This can only be activated once every 10 posts and lasts for 4 posts.

DarkEnhancement - Once Every 10 posts, the fused navi can allow the user to use a darkchip without having purchased the chip, or without slotting it in. It will still add to the darkchip counter though, and requires the sacrifice of ONE slotted chip to activate.

AutoAura - Every 10 turns, the navi can summon a field around them that halves the damage received from attacks, and prevents "flinching" effects from the attacks, much like SuperArmor. The field cannot be blown away by NorthWind, and it allows the user to be unaffected by the knockback effects of wind attacks. Once used, it lasts for 4 turns, HOWEVER, it cannot be used at the same time as FullSynchro.

If any barrier-like or aura-like chip is used, it overrides the AutoAura. Using the Autoaura removes any current barrier or Aura chip the user has in use.


Personality Description:
* Quiet and well spoken for when he shows his action. Noctis only acts as a leader when he needs to, he's known to have a straight forward attitude and tends to keep cool headed at all times. When the tough gets going, he gets tough into a corner and knock it out head on. Noctis is very optimistic in his duties and makes sure that everything is account for when things are need.

Though he acts pretty mature, his decisions and choices on certain things reveal that he has a younger side to him. Maybe cause he's not as old as he seem to be.

If you want to pissed this guy off, you'll have to try hard. Noctic is all about logic and analyzing, his mind could be something you can't compete with. Even picking a fight with this guy would be a losing one, since keeping his cool seems to be the balance of his ability with make decisions and execute them with precision.

Personal History:
A high ranking Net Savior of Ivalice's ONB Branch. The new operator of Freedom.EXE, Noctis was given Freedom to take under his orders as the replacement for Sephiroth Ashura. He knows nothing of X.EXE but he was given details on how Sephiroth death went about and how the StarGazer has fallen to earth landing in the ocean off the coast of Ivalice Isles.

He's confident in his mission to train Freedom.EXE to be a true Net Savior Navi. Though he was kind enough to take on the task to partner up with Freedom.EXE, he sees the blue navi to be a frail and tends to bully him to push harder. He dislikes the feel that he's babysitting and not teamed up.

Noctis's past is covered up and not known, not even himself know much about his past. He does however know that he was created, and not birth. It shows that Noctis's body isn't organic but machine with a humanoid mind. He doesn't know how, but he's able to think like any other human alive as if he wasn't machine at all. His body is cover in a veil of NewType substance, and his body doesn't seem to run on anything electric, though it's a mystery on how he's able to think and move as he is. Noctis is more concern on why he was created and why was he trained to be a Net Savior Operative.

Recently in a various attack of heartless viruses, Noctis and Freedom was sent onto the scene to deal with this new outbreak threat that swept from online and manage to make their way into the real world using dimensional areas. Not understanding how these things work, Darth and Freedom found that they were barely much of a match for these things with their weaponry. To make matters worst Freedom's been transported to another world where he find himself stuck till he learns a way back home.
