"But hey, if I get stories told about me and my friends by people like Otoha, I must be doing something right..." Hongo chuckled.
"Of course, Sensei!" Otoha affirmed for him. Apparently she managed to get back up to her feet very quickly. The hyperactive girl seemed to be able to change moods at whim, depending on the situation. "Your work has inspired many other heroes to take up your very same cause! Like Hajime-kun, for example. I told you about him earlier." Even if Hajime more or less wanted to keep his identity a relative secret, she figured it would be safe telling in front of Selene, since she was from Arcadia anyway and probably knew about his identity long before today.

"Or take for example Aisia-chan, Ayane-chan, Elza-chan and even Selene-chan here," she continued. "Especially Ayane-chan. You wouldn't think of her as the 'hot blooded heroic' sort, but I'm guessing she can't say no to her girlfriend. Speaking of which, Selene, when did you get into it their little mecha group anyway?" she asked, unaware that that incident was her first time using the IWSP Skygrasper at all.

As Otoha talked, the bowling pins were reset in place, and it was now Selene's turn to bowl.

"Honestly? I don't know. In the past forty years I just did what came natural to me." Hongo replied honestly. "I've never really considered myself a true hero...just a guy with a gift and using it for the sake of others." he added. "But hey, if I get stories told about me and my friends by people like Otoha, I must be doing something right..." Selene nodded at Hongo's answer - he certainly possessed the right kind of spirit; neither motivated by revenge or some abstract ideal, but simply doing what came naturally.

"That's very admirable of you, Hongo-sensei," Selene said as she looked up to the display screen, her name flashing.

"Of course, Sensei!" Otoha affirmed Hongo's point. "Your work has inspired many other heroes to take up your very same cause! Like Hajime-kun, for example. I told you about him earlier." As Otoha spoke her peace, Selene smiled in approval - from what was talked about so far, she was certain she had been doing the right thing so far.

"Or take for example Aisia-chan, Ayane-chan, Elza-chan and even Selene-chan here," Otoha continued, "Especially Ayane-chan. You wouldn't think of her as the 'hot blooded heroic' sort, but I'm guessing she can't say no to her girlfriend. Speaking of which, Selene, when did you get into it their little mecha group anyway?"

"Hmm?" Selene was taken slightly aback by Otoha's question - she had picked up her bowling ball and nearly dropped it in surprise. "Ah, you see... it was on this supposedly normal day when I was visiting Doki-Doki Land..." Selene summed up the incident where a magical artifact caused the park's mascot to animate itself and begin assimilating everything in sight, and how she was unknowingly drawn into the whole affair.

"I don't know why I was chosen that day, but now that I have this power in my hands, I will do what I can to ensure something like the incident at the theme park doesn't repeat itself," Selene took a deep breath and closed her eyes for a brief second, replaying the scene in her mind. The British heiress looked up just as the pins were reset in place.

"All right, let's go!" Selene declared jubilantly as she took her stance, and made her shot. The blue bowling ball rolled down the center of the alley, its path straight and true... however Selene hadn't thrown with much force, and two of the pins at the rear remained standing.

"Well... that's a good sign," Selene chuckled as the bowling ball dispenser returned the ball to the front, at which the British heiress picked it up for the second go, although this time round her aim was off and the ball ended up rolling towards the right, missing the two remaining pins by inches. "Ah, what a pity..." The British heiress sighed.

"I've been hearing a lot about that incident. I wish I was there to see it myself." Hongo mused. "Or at least the full story, only saw bits and pieces from a random thing called the Manly News." he added, he actually didn't see the part where it showed the rangers nude, so he was actually clueless about the whole nature of the show.

In any case he just waited for the pins to reset and stepped up to bowl his round, seemingly ready this time. As such he rolled the green ball down the lane it almost seemed like it would be a Strike too...!

Only for him to end up with a seven-ten split. Not sure how to deal with it, he decided to cut his losses and just go for one of the pins, as he was worried attempting a trick shot would cause damage instead.

"Can't win em all I guess."
