Fiery Team Killer Yanderoz

Rozanny fled to downtown... shaking what remaining electrical fire she had left off her body, she stalked a nearby person as they crossed past her way.. There was a young couple kissing against the wall... making out.. would be a better word, Rozanny snarled softly as she stalked closer to them.. She swiped at the male an arc of fire severing his head from his body he crumpled blood splurted all over the place covering the female from head to toe in her lover's blood..she screamed... trying to run from Roz. Roz let out a feline roar.. letting the surroundings know there was a dangerous animal on the loose. Roz gave chase to the screaming female... covered in her partner's blood. Mini fires started to spring up around the place.. the area would feel like an inferno in the couple of minutes...

Kuro stepped out of the suit shop, snapping his coat taut, admiring the craftmanship of the hand-tailored suit. The suit was all black, complimenting his black hair, thrown off only by the undertone of white hair mixed in underneath the black hair. He had just returned to the Hyakuji area, and had made it first on his priority list to stop at the nearest suit shop. For some reason, japanese suits were just tailored better in his opinion. His attention snapped down the street as his ears picked up the sound of screaming from around a corner. An eerie glow lit the rooftops beyond the corner, and Kuro's thoughts turned dark. His men had better not have been causing trouble while he was gone. Kuro had yet to go back to his restaurant, and reclaim his position back, so he wasn't sure about the status of his men. Striding calmly towards the commotion, Kuro remained calm as people ran screaming by him. One woman made the mistake of brushing op against him, and screamed for a different reason as she fell to the ground, writing in pain. Kuro stared down at her impassively as she clutched her arm, and brushed his fingertips over the area where she had touched him. The womans screaming turned into a soft moan, as her back arched, her eyes glossed over, and a smile lit her lips. She shuddered a few times before laying there quietly, oblivious to the people scrambling around them. Kuro took out a handkerchief from his pocket, and wiped his fingers on them lightly before replacing it and continuing on. The people seemed to part as if by magic in front of him, his aura causing people to shy away from him without even realizing they were doing it. Kuro walked calmly and unobstructed towards the corner, the glow getting brighter as he grew closer. Less people were running from the district ahead, as most had already vacated the area. He came around the corner just in time to see a bloody woman come rushing towards him, hope in her eyes that she had found a savior. Kuros arm reached out instinctively, pushing the woman to the side, her body slamming into the building to Kuro's right and crumpling to the ground in a heap. Kuro looked impassively at his clothes, making sure no blood had gotten on them, and grunted in satisfaction before returning his gaze to the scene ahead of him. He payed no more attention to the bloody woman than he would an ant crawling across the highway during rush hour. Small fires had started springing up around the area, but Kuro payed no mind to them, his attention on something else ahead of him. To his amusement, he noticed a small feline looking creature vaulting towards the woman, and he smiled darkly at the creature, waiting for its reaction to his arrival. Observing the creature as it came towards the woman, something in the back of his mind rang like a bell, as if it was someone he knew from the past. An image of a waterfall and a collar flashed through his head, but nothing showed on his face as he stared at the monster quietly. He would wait for it to make its move before he reacted to it. With his hands in his pockets, he merely stood there, his feet spread apart, his muscles taut as he prepared his body for whatever may come. "Well hello again..." his voice rang deeply towards the demon-like creature, his eyes dancing mischieviously |

"Damn it damn it damn it!" Doc cursed as he made his way through the streets of downtown Hyakuji. His test subject had moved fast, and for a while he thought he'd lost track of her - however, it was a simple matter of following the trail of fire and panicking citizens that allowed him to quickly catch up and once again find a front row seat to the action. Of course, he'd soon wish that he hadn't cursed so vehemently while running, as the mad scientist soon found himself rather short on breath. A screaming woman, covered in blood, ran past the mad scientist who paid her no heed as he began recording Alpha's rampage with his camcorder - admittedly, this was done as much for his amusement as it was to give the potential buyers to his super-soldier formula a testament to its power. "Don't you start the fun without me..." Doc snickered as he recorded the footage - the rampaging test subject, the fire, the panicking citizens... everything. Until he caught sight of a strange white-haired young man in a black suit, walking casually towards his precious test subject. Like the other guy(Kinclex), this young man showed no fear of Alpha, instead addressing her somewhat playfully. A frown creased Doc's face as he reached towards his left ear, pressing a switch on what seemed like a MP3 player's earpiece - it was in fact, a homing device of sorts as a red LED began blinking. A manhole in a nearby alley opened up, as two human-sized squirrels emerged from the sewers, their eyes glowing in the darkness, chattering. "You called, boss?" What the squirrels made was only chattering, but that was pretty much what was on their mind. Doc raised his hand, signaling the monster rodents to stand by. Grinning wickedly, Doc watched the exchange between Alpha and the young man - he must have powers of his own, just like the other (Kinclex) guy... that is the only explanation why he didn't flinch in the presence of his precious test subject. "Go, Alpha... show him your power!" |

Kuro would feel a slight wind come from behind him, a pressence that anyone would be able to detect really. Kinclex's eyes were set, steeled against the site of what Rozanny had become. "Stop. That girl is not in control of herself." He couldn't afford Rozanny getting hurt, not like that anyway. He needed to knock her out or sedate her somehow. Hopefully then, she'd snap out of this. As her fires raged and the blood of the young man began to soak the ground, Kinclex's own power coursed beneath the sruface of his skin. He looked to the poor women, frozen in fright at the scene in front of her. "Get away from here, before you die as well." Bloodshed didn't bother Kinclex, but it did when Rozanny was being forced to kill against her will. He needed to paralyze her, make her incapable of moving with electrical current. However he dared not risk using the mark on her arm again. The last time he did, it seemed to only aggrivate the trasnformation process. Who knows what would happen if he were to do it again. Kinclex stepped forward, standing in line with Kuro, but never letting his eyes leave Rozanny. "I don't know who you are, or why you're here. But if you're planning on engaging her, I ask that you do not kill her. Otherwise I'd have to kill you." |

Rozanny snarled at Kuro as he stopped in front of her, just as Kinclex arrived, her the fur on her back arched.. labelling them both as threats, Rozanny took one step back and dug her two hind legs into the ground for support.. Fire circled around her, as her eyes flicked from Kuro to Kinclex and back again. THREAT! THREAT! DANGER! her mind screamed for her to run.. lifting her lip in a snarl she darted at the least threat, the woman.. slashing out her front claws as she large arc of fire swiped towards the blood covered woman.. using her wings to fly up... she made a rain of fiery orbs. .. upon the two guys... |

Kuro warily stepped back as the man walked up behind him. He didn't like the aura coming off this man, and had no intentions of recklessly confronting some stranger. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed the wierd man standing in the distance, and the two large rodents. His curiosity piqued, he totally ignored the charging demon and backed up out of the way, bowing slightly and waving Nickle forward condescendingly. "After you..." he said with a dark smile on his face. Kuro turned around and walked in the doctors general direction, keeping his hands in plain sight and his posture non-aggressive, to show he wasn't any danger to the man. Kuro was some distance away from the little fire demon and the new man when she leaped away from him to attack the random woman, and fired orbs at him and nickle from the air. It didn't take much to dodge them, and he scrutinized the little demon for a second as he walked away, wondering if he could use it somehow. He ignored it for now, more curious about the new stranger standing in the distance. Why was he here? Kuro approached him confidently, stopping about 20 yards away, his hands in plain sight. "Would I be guessing correctly if you had something to do with this?..." he said calmly, a smile on his face, his eyes scrutinizing everything about this man and his two companions. He looked interesting. |

"Ah, it's him again," Doc mused as Kinclex caught up with Alpha - he had witnessed his power first hand, after seeing how he had attempted to use his mastery over electricity to reverse the effects of his super-soldier formula. Instead, it provided his precious test subject what she needed to complete her transformation from a thinking humanoid into a killing machine. Of course, the fact that her mind now functions on animal instinct rather than rational thought was a little worrisome; since having his clients torn apart by their own super-soldiers would be bad for business, really bad. But still, that was a by-the-way thing that he would take his time to resolve through future experimentations. The more pressing issue ahead would be just how Alpha would fare in combat. If he were to sell his super-soldier formula, he would want to make sure that the recipients of the formula can get their combat performance enhanced to match, if not surpass the capabilities of modern-day weapons of war. Such was the reason why he had deemed his previous batch of transformation serum used on the giant squirrels a failure - for all their improvements in strength, speed and aggression their actual combat performance falls short of well-trained and well-armed modern military specialists, much less combat vehicles such as tanks, IFV's and gunships. But now was a golden opportunity, a far better testing arena existed for his precious test subject than military specialists or combat vehicles. Doc was ecstatic as Alpha faced off against the two men - one whose abilities he was sure of, and the other whose exact nature was unknown... he may be superpowered like Kinclex, a highly-skilled fighter, or just plain foolhardy. Snarling, Alpha released a flaming wave at the fleeing woman shortly before taking to the sky on her wings, raining a hail of fiery orbs down on Kinclex and Kuro. Doc cursed under his breath as a few of the fiery orbs narrowly missed him and his giant squirrel flunkies, but was otherwise thrilled with Alpha's display of destructive power. However, it would appear to him that Kuro had little difficulty avoiding the rain of fire, and was even now approaching... him? "Shit..." Doc hissed as Kuro stopped some 20 yards away from him. He contemplated reaching for his Desert Eagle to shoot this strange man, but decided to avoid making any sudden moves on his part... it was clear that this guy is an expert of the highest caliber, possibly superpowered, and if he could avoid Alpha's rain of fiery death so easily, he would have next to no trouble avoiding semi-automatic gunfire at this distance - how many shots could he take at this man before he closes the distance? Two, maybe three? And even with such a powerful handgun there is no guarantee that a single round could bring him down - that is assuming he was lucky enough to get a bullet to hit in the first place. His analytical mind was quick to deduce this much, and quite honestly, he didn't like his chances. "Would I be guessing correctly if you had something to do with this?..." Kuro asked, with an expression of curious interest on his face. Sensing a potential threat to their master, the two giant mutant squirrels Doc had summoned to his side stood defensively before the mad scientist, their chattering calls marked with ferocity; they quickly quietened down, however, when Doc raised his hand, signaling for the mutant squirrels to stand down. Chuckling softly, Doc replied, "Heh, how astute of you, young man... so, what do you think of my magnum opus?" That being said, the mad scientist reached into a pocket on the underside of his coat - not to draw a weapon, but to retrieve a vial of glowing liquid - his super-soldier formula, for Kuro to see. "And such power can be yours too, if you so desire." Edited by Lawman, Feb 13 2009, 03:27 PM.

As Kuro backed off, Kinlex prepared to counter the rain of fire that was incoming. Kinclex's eyes narrowed, as he jumped to the side, moving inbetween the flames, the heat barely being felt as the behemoths fangs powers started to kick in. She was airborn, but that could be fixed. Kinclex had been a ground fighter for some time and so he had learned how to deal with aerial opponents. Using the walls surrounding him to his advantage, Kinclex ran and kicked off one of the walls, leaping up towards Rozanny, one hand firing off gatling bolts, while the other prepared to unleash a Thunder Boom once he was close enough. As he soard up, for a brief instant, Kinclex spotted Kuro going up to a man, not too far from where he had been before. His brow creased. That was...odd. Why was he staying when most people, aside from Kuro and himself, were fleeing. |

Rozanny's eyes watched Kinclex's moves, she took a large breath, and breathed fire at his gatling bolts. Then diving quickly under him, she used her claws to attempt a grab and throw tactic. Several more fire dragons appeared each one looking angrier than the last... everyone of them the size of a horse and... if they hit.. it'd feel like you just got run over by a train. The intensity of the flames surrounding Roz's body, made the buildings around her seem like jelly... |

Kuro looked at the man and somehow managed to suppress the laughter that tickled the back of his throat. He kept his stance non-threatening and his eyes locked on the weird man before him. Kuro guessed that this must be what a mad scientist looked like, and frankly he wasn't impressed. He completely disregarded the oversized rodents, knowing that they were no challenge for him. Kuro pointed over his shoulder with his thumb at the flaming mess behind him. "Yea, would love to have it, I mean look how well its going back there," he said sarcastically. The place was practically an inferno, a grand mess of a situation. "I only want things I can control. But props for even creating it. How would you like to work for me? I can promise that you would have all of the funding and resources you need. Of course there would be a few conditions, but I think you're going on the right track." Kuro relaxed against the side of a building, the annoying heat coming from the fire in the distance more prevalent on his mind than the danger of the two people fighting. Kuro's phone rang once, and he looked steadily at the man. "Whatever you decide, make it fast, I have work to do," he said. He could find a use for this man if he had the ambition, but he wasn't sure exactly why this man made what he did, maybe he wouldn't want to make things for other people. He could always be dealt with later if he became a problem. Edited by Kuro-san, Feb 16 2009, 11:26 AM.

For a moment there Doc was more engrossed in watching the firestorm created by Alpha - the heat generated by her attacks, thanks to augmentation from his formula, were so intense the walls of nearby concrete buildings began cracking and crumbling from the heat stress, and he himself felt like he was a steel mill worker operating a blast furnace. Although the other man, this one dressed in black, didn't seem impressed by the deranged researcher's handiwork as he merely pointed to the frenzied battle scene behind him with his thumb. "Yea, would love to have it, I mean look how well its going back there," Kuro replied, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "I only want things I can control. But props for even creating it. How would you like to work for me? I can promise that you would have all of the funding and resources you need. Of course there would be a few conditions, but I think you're going on the right track." That being said, Kuro leaned back against the wall of a nearby building as the battle raged on in the background. "A-ha, my first discerning customer!" Doc replied jubilantly, a sickly smile cracking upon his lips. Well, you don't call a mad scientist as such for nothing, so one shouldn't seem too surprised her found the destruction thrilling, enjoying it like the way one would enjoy a good movie. "Aye, but that would seem to be the major stumbling block to my pet project... it occurs to me most of us humans value our individuality and free will a little too much to become mindless killing machines, no matter how great the power promised... this is just a minor kink that needs some working out; I mean, I can't have my buyers going insane or being killed by their own minions, haw haw!" That being said, the mad scientist burst into laughter, doubling over and slapping his thigh. "Whatever you decide, make it fast, I have work to do," Kuro said plainly as his phone rang. Doc's demeanor took on a decidedly more serious one as he considered on Kuro's offer. "Ah, decisions decisions..." he mused as he rubbed his chin thoughtfully - so this guy wanted to have a crack team of superpowered hitmen under his command? "Well, why not? As long as there's a proper lab for chemistry and biology experiments, and an influx of test subjects and raw materials, I'm good to go - and as an added incentive, you'll be the first to get your own army of superhumans at your fingertips before everyone else once my formula is perfected, talk about a bargain!" |

Kinclex cursed as his shots were countered with such ease. As Rozanny tried to grab and throw him, Kinclex unleashed his Thunder Boom at Rozanny, if she wanted to prevent any damage, she would have to dodge. However, the problem was, that Kinclex wouldn't have any time to dodge himself as she formed two more, signifigantly larger, fire dragons. Kinclex could only bring his hands up to block as as they both impacted him, sending him flying backwards and slamming into the ground. Gritting his teeth, Kincex closed his eyes, supressing his anger as much as he could. However, it was no use, something was welling up inside him and he could not stop it. Slowly, he rose up to his feet, his arms twitching of their own accord and his eyes starting to glow a fire engine red. His skin began to turn and ashen grey and his behemoth fang began to vibrate and then then Kinclex let out an inhuman roar. It was mingled cry of dying animal and some sort of feral beast. Large shadows ripped through Kinclex's arleady burned and tattered clothes and formed into large devil wings, along with two horns. Black lightning began to lash out in all directions as a voice not belonging to Kinclex spoke, "You cheap imitation. All you humans are alike, seeking a devil's power." Disappearing from the ground, Kinclex had moved with such speed, he ended up behind Rozanny in the air, "If you want it so bad, go to hell like the rest." He then sent a barrage of punches at her at hyperccelerated speeds, aiming to knock her down. |

Her eyes widening as the thunder boom was shot at her in close range... she narrowly avoided it.. as it sliced off the edge of her fur.. hissing in recoil she charged up more dragons but was cut off by an inhumane roar.. No! her mind screamed.. Roz's consciousness was trapped deep within her mind... she wanted out.. but didn't have the strength or will power to fight the drug. She saw him change her fire faultered for a second as she did her best to avoid the black lightning shooting out all over the place.. It was when she had pinned him with her sight did she instantly lose his location, when he reappeared behind her she had no chance of being able to dodge because his punches were so fast. The first few hits knocked her to the ground which made her cough blood.. he was stronger now.. and she didn't have a chance.. jumping off the ground Roz lashed out with fiery claws and tried to rip at his wings by unleashing multiple fire novas |

Kuro stared at the man for a minute, his eyes narrowed. The way the man talked about mass producing his product and selling it even after being offered a job made Kuro wary. He doubted the man even understood what Kuro had said to him. He drummed his fingers on his arm for a moment before the sound of his cell phone drifted through the air once more. He sighed, flipping it open and whispered in it quietly for a few seconds, then shutting it once more. He looked back at the beast fighting in the air, and he shook his head at the spectacle. It was yet another example of students gone bad, completely ignoring their teachers studies. Kuro obviously didn't have much room to talk, but wide scale destruction on this level was just stupid. He realized that maybe this crazy scientist wasn't quite the resource he had expected. He figured one more test would tell him if the man was suited for the job or not. Kuro looked quietly at the man and smiled darkly. "Go to Hykauji School, and look for a Miss Lillian Aaron. Tell her she is to be your subordinate from now on, and all of her resources are to be at your disposal," he said with a straight face. "Oh and tell her Kuro found out about the wolves, I will have to thank her for that someday." Kuro turned around and walked away from the scene, the disaster rapidly spreading from their fight, drawing many onlookers. Kuro's mind slipped back to his last meeting with Lillian in the forest, and he wondered if the wierd man behind him realized just what lay ahead of him. |

Doc had pretty much forgotten about his dialog with Kuro as he watched the battle between Kinclex and Alpha with the kind of excitement a bloodthirsty crowd of spectators would show watching a brutal bloodsport tournament. "Blood! Let there be blood!" the deranged biologist exclaimed, pumping his fist into the air as Alpha unleashed a barrage of fire dragons. A crazed smirk crossed his face as two of Alpha's fire dragons hit home on Kinclex, knocking the electromancer backwards and into the ground... and this was when it happened. "Nani!?" Doc exclaimed, a look of disbelief as Kinclex rose to his feet, his arms twitching involuntarily and his eyes giving off a red glow while his skin began turning gray like ash. With an inhuman-sounding roar, a shadowy aura ripped out from Kinclex's back, forming into a pair of devilish wings while a pair of horns sprouted from his head , and all the while giving out forks of black lightning, a few of them scorching the pavement near Doc's feet. "What the hell is this?" "You cheap imitation. All you humans are alike, seeking a devil's power," the transformed Kinclex growled - and with a speed faster than the untrained human eye could perceive, Kinclex was behind his precious test subject in a flash. "If you want it so bad, go to hell like the rest." That being said, Kinclex launched a flurry of hyperaccelerated punches at Alpha, knocking her to the ground and hurting her as she coughed up blood. "Impossible..." Doc's eyes went wild with shock and disbelief at the disparity between Kinclex and Alpha. "The power of science is superior! Who cares for the power of a devil!" The mad scientist began raving and ranting as he unholstered his Desert Eagle, aiming the pistol for Kinclex's back. The Desert Eagle was chambered for .50 Action Express, which possesses one of the highest amount of stopping power for pistol rounds. Pulling the trigger, the pistol gave forth a thundering report as Doc fired a shot, a .50 caliber Action Express round left the gun's muzzle at 398 meters per second, headed for the demon's back. Alpha was not defeated, however, as she retaliated by lashing at Kinclex with her fiery claws, and unleashed multiple fire novas targeted at the demonic electromancer's wings.
