Yes or Not?

Levi was curious about what the wide mouth of a scary clown contained. It's tongue stuck out, serving as an entrance to the fun house. Inside was probably every possible way to scare little Levi out of her wits. She was pacing back and forth at the entrance, trying to make a decision as to whether or not she should go in. People have said it was a good attraction, but exposed people's fears as well. Then how could it be fun if it's scary? That part, Levi didn't quite understand.

She saw people come out in groups or with another person. It suggested to her that if she were to go in, she should find someone to go with. Looking around, she realized there weren't any familiar faces around. Her eyes came back to the black abyss of the clown's mouth. It's teeth were large and the eyes pierced hers. The blackness within seem to grow bigger, engulfing Levi as she stood there. A cold chill traveled down her spine. "Kaui..."

She began second guessing, twiddling her fingers. I want to go in and see what's inside. But the entrance itself is scary. Of course, Levi was a bit easy to scare, though she was a bit used to it. "What should I do?"

WHAT'S SO FUNNY?
"Go right on in, of course." From behind Levi, Jean made his way to her side, dressed in simple attire. Some fitting blue jeans and a T-Shirt with a cartoon monkey picking its nose complimented by his white sneakers. It was a bit weird for Jean to show up at an amusement park and not actually be a part of the gig. It was a nice change of pace for him though; this would serve Jean well seeing as how he can finally see what his victims--err customers--see. He placed his arm around Levi's far shoulder and gave her an awkward-looking side-hug, a friendly gesture.

"Sorry for the wait, Levi. Thanks for coming out though! I don't usually go to places like these unless it's for work." After his friendly hug, Jean left his arm out just a little bit, hinting at Levi to link arms. "So... shall we?" Jean asked as he gave an almost childish innocent smile.

Filled with angst, Jean's voice startled her just a bit. Her body jumped as a gasp of air escaped her lips. Turning her head, she found his hand on her shoulder. Her eyes followed along his arm. When she could no longer turn her head back, she turned the other way, setting her eyes upon Jean's face. She let out a sigh of relief. Levi was too startled to recognize his friendly voice. "Mou...you scared me." She puffed her cheeks. Her face returned to normal.

"Uhn." Her arm was wrapped into his as they entered the tongue of the clown entrance. Levi was soon stripped of her eye sight. It was dark. A dim light switched on. THUMP. Before she knew it, she ran into a mirror. "Oof!" She rubbed her head and looked up to see many reflections of herself and Jean. Levi darted her head back and forth, confused. She thought Jean was still with her, but she wasn't sure.

"J-Jean?"

She saw him every where, but wasn't sure if he was near or far. Levi went after every reflection of him, feeling the mirrors in hopes of finding the real one. It was odd that she lost him so easily after entering with him linked to his arm.

Jean chuckled as he poked Levi's cheeks just as she puffed them. "What's so scary about this place? I mean, look at this giant happy clown!" Jean spoke honestly, he never saw the mirror house as a place of horrors. Clowns weren't scary for him, they were icons. Perhaps it was a result of being a clown himself but as the two walked into the demonic-looking white-face, red-nosed, chuckling entrance, Jean for some odd reason felt at ease.

Almost immediately when the two entered, they were separated. It was one of the magical tricks of the mirror house. Despite both entering with linked arms, to see so many different reflections of Levi and Jean, even he felt a bit lost. He could navigate slightly better but even for someone so used to these kinds of places Jean was a bit lost and confused.

He'd have fun though, as Jean would wave at his reflections and make funny faces. "Hey Levi, it's like I've got my own private army in here!" he said with that same childish smile. Jean was a bit narcicistic; he had grown to be conscious of his own appearance.

His eyes darted left and right between the reflections of Levi, trying to sort out which was the real one. The mirrors were well-maintained; Jean could hardly tell what was a mirror and what was the real thing. His confidence had began to waver the longer he remained in the mirror house. He thought he'd be fine, but even Jean was lost now. Completely and utterly lost. His casual and calm smile transitioned into an expression of slight worry and uneasiness. He walked left and right, forward and back, turning and twisting at every run-in with a mirror, trying to look for Levi.

"Okay Levi... I think I'm lost."

Upon hearing his voice, her head turned along with the heads of the army of Levis. She only saw the army of Jean's. He seemed much more chipper about this place than she was. Then again, he was a clown. But still, Levi didn't like scary clowns, which she distinguished as something entirely different as the kind of clown Jean was. Her experiences with them were not pretty. Especially after watching horror movies about a murderous clown and then being joked on by her caretaker about it.

She walked back and forth, turning and twisting at the same pace as Jean. At one point, everything was dark and she could no longer see reflections of herself or Jean. "Did I...get out?" It was a bit too soon to speak. A creepy Michael Jackson-looking nurse lady came out of nowhere with blue spirit fire surrounding her. Her face was pale and she looked famished. It was that same lady from the booth at the park.

"Keep running or I'll curse you~" Her eerie presence and reappearance startled Levi. Her hands tried to reach out to her as a zombie's would. "AAAHHH!" Levi ran forward, taking no look back. She ran along side her reflections again, which mean she didn't exactly escape. Scared out of her wits, she didn't pay attention to anything in front of her. At the mistake of taking just a peep back to see if she lost the nurse lady, she collided into a Jean at full force.

"Itai..." dragging on the last sound. Really, it did hurt. She wasn't sure if she ran into the mirror or the real Jean. However, she soon found out as his face was stuck under her...uhm...bounce. Opening her eyes, she realized the position she was in. "A-ah. Jean!" Pressing her palms on the ground, she pushed her bounce off his face. Now, she was sitting up, but still on top of Jean in a rather provocative position. Her legs were wide open on his torso as she stared innocently down at him. Oblivious to the position, a chill ran down her spine. "T-that nurse lady is sccaarrryy..." Her arms crossed below her bounce, physically feeling the slight chill as she thought of the nurse lady.

Jean calmly walked back and forth, trying to find the right way again. He decided to cheat a little bit by running his hand along the mirror, to make sure which was a path and which was a mirror. Through the beautifully-planned design of the mirror house, Jean saw fleeting visions of Levi. Reflections of her fear and anxiety began to unnerve dear Jean, as his calm walk began to pick up on pace. From walking to speedy-walking to jogging to running. "Levi!" Jean cried as he ran down the seemingly endless paths of the mirror house. Like a dream turned bad, Jean found himself running aimlessly and recklessly after Levi's reflections, not her real self. A bit of panic ran across his face, as through the network of mirrors he saw her facial expression. She was scared, Jean didn't like that one bit.

He ran and he ran, but no success. Well, until Levi found him. The two crashed into each other unknowingly as their bodies ran into each other. Jean was dazed at first, then blinded. It happened too soon, and Jean was never able to appreciate the current situation. Levi pushed off of him and Jean looked above to see her right on top of him on the floor. Sweat ran down his body and lightly glistened on his face from the running earlier. His heart had been beating hard the more aware he was of the situation--Levi's proximity, her provacative position--Jean's mind was racing as he was not used to a situation quite like this. For a moment, Jean went silent, he had no witty remark to reply to Levi's statement. For just a brief moment, his hormones had appeared as thoughts of just embracing the cold girl right here and now to slightly entertain his thoughts of lust and belongingness.

His mind had won this little skirmish, but not by much. "Hmm. What's a nurse lady doing in the mirror house, anyways?" Jean spoke with his hand drawn to his chin. He didn't bother mentioning the current position the two were locked in... he kind of liked it.

Levi was relieved to have found Jean. She felt secure and less scared. She still payed no mind to their rather provavative position since she didn't know the consequences of such a situatuin. Her arms fell, hands between her legs and pressed lightly upon Jean's stomach. She shook her head oeft and right in response to his question. "I don't know. But I've seen her at the park before." It was a strange coincidence to have run into the nurse lady again and especially here.

For a short moment, all Levi did was look at Jean. The fear within her eyes began to fade away since she was in the pesence of another and not alone. It snapoed in her head to consider Jean's well being. Especialky after running into him resulting in the current position. "Ah. Are you okay?" She crouched down, her head closer to his. Her chocolate eyes speculated for any bruises or bumps she might have caused.

In that moment, a hand from the dark shadows of the Fun House fell upon her shoulders. All that could be seen from the shadows was a wide, creepy, white smile and an elongated arm that reached out to Levi's shoulder. It startled her. "Yaa~!" Her head cane into Jean's chest, hands clenched in his shirt. The creepy smile let out a cynical laugh.

WHAT'S SO FUNNY?
Just as Levi's eyes ran across Jean's body in search for bruises, Jean's eyes darted across Levi's body for entertainment. His heart was pounding heavily as her proximity gave life to a fire which had died out years ago. From his limited angle, Jean's eyes would act as his fingers, running down her smooth silky hair, gracefully brushing her smooth cheeks. He particularly spent time caressing her lips with his gaze, then down her delicate neck which he massaged ever so gently with his pupils. At that moment, Jean's character wavered. His mind began to weaken when crashing against thought after thought of primal lust. His training had always taught the young man to suppress these thoughts, but Jean had been far away from the reaches of H.A.H.A. for too long, his wicked ways began to tear away at the walls he had erected.

Slowly clearing his throat, Jean pursed his lips and gently hovered his hand over Levi's lower back. He wanted to run it across Levi, he almost didn't care for what she may have thought of it. The irrational thought ran across Jean's mind, thinking that maybe as Levi's eyes were diverted Jean would steal a soft kiss without her knowing. His hormones were taking hold of his sanity, as his mind put images of Jean's lips meeting with Levi's, his hand running across her lower back, then returning back up to her shoulders, grabbing hard and firm. He thought of--wait, that wasn't a hallucination.

To his surprise, Jean saw a mysterious hand emerge from the thick black of darkness and take hold of Levi's shoulder. The girl shrieked and then lunged her head into Jean's chest. A heavy grunt of "Unghh." squeezed out of Jean's breath, as he was pinned even more to the ground below him. A scary white face appeared with a devilish smile and a hideous and haunting laugh. Jean was speechless, his thoughts were too consumed by before that he couldn't think on his feet--let alone stand on them. His only reaction at that moment was to wrap his arms around Levi and to pull her closer into his chest, as though he were to thrust her into his own body for protection.

What could he do? Jean's mind raced around the world in split seconds trying to think of something he could do. Words would not dare leave his body, so his shouts of courage would not make it in time. Jean simply held Levi tighter and tighter, both to protect her and to comfort himself.

Levi's body was pulled closer and tighter to Jean's. She was easily startled and easy to scare. The only thoughts running through her head were to find a safe haven and escape the devilish hand. Mentally, she felt weak because she sought protection from someone else. She felt safe in Jean's embrace, but a bit pathetic at the same time. All these feelings rushed into her mind at once, it was almost too much. She's never experienced any of it, or doesn't remember. The security Jean gave her, the fear this fun house placed in her, and the shear weakness of depending on another person when she could protect herself.

Was this the effects of being in the fun house? Possibly. But the people she witnessed entering the fun house and then exiting looked the same and gave off the same vibe. It was probably Levi's developing psyche. She didn't know or understand it, but she was growing. However, the fear she felt kept her silent as Jean held her tighter.

The creepy smile came out from the shadows revealing only half a face. He looked jester like, eyes full of evil doings. They pierced through Jean's eyes, immobilizing him. Levi poked her head up, eyes set upon Jean's face. She usually saw him full of courage and random outbursts. Jean...she thought. This time, however, was different. The hand crept towards Levi's back without her knowing. It pressed upon her shoulder lightly, pushing her body and Jean's down onto the ground. The ground floor below Jean split, causing them to fall into the deep shadows.

Levi felt the gravitational pull as her body slowly parted with Jean's. "Woaah!" Once their bodies were apart, held together by the clasp of their hands. They both landed on a tubular surface. It was a slide that pulled them down in loops, whirls, and various circles. The encased tube shed no light, so Levi's sight was taken. She could no longer feel Jean's hand intertwined with hers. Even though it was dark and a bit scary, she had to admit it to herself that the rush was exhilarating.

She could see a small speck of light nearing, which meant the she was close to the open end of the slide. The light grew brighter and bigger. There was no way to slow down the speed at which she slid, causing her to crash unto the concrete floor. A dust of cloud rose around her body. "Oof!" It was fun while it lasted. The dust traveled into her lungs, making her cough and wheeze. Levi had fallen hard.

"Ya..." A source of light came from high up. It was were the hand pushed them. Still, it was dark further into the depths of the room they were in now. She pushed her body up from the ground, now sitting. Specks of dust entered her right eye; she squinted it. The adrenaline rush wore her out a bit, making her breathing slightly heavier.

"Jean? Are you okay?"
