There are a lot of good anime out there, but what's your favorite? What anime can you watch over and over again and never get tired of it? For me, it's Eureka Seven. Bones really outdid themselves with this one. The early episodes are a bit rocky especially in the dub (Johnny Yong Bosch really does get better at Renton's voice, I promise), but later on the series really starts to blossom. Great characters (especially the supporting characters), an incredible story, and some awesome aerial mech battles combine with an awesome beatnik vibe to make a really great series. Some runners ups: Ghost in the Shell: SAC, Cowboy Bebop, Haibane Renmai, and anything by Hayao Miyazaki/Satoshi Kon. |
