Pending I'd like to say that this RP is House Chaos sponsored, thus all House Chaos associates are welcome. I also invite all and any Mods, Admins, and Immortal Medical players to this game who wish to play. I also welcome suggestions from each group. There is no real plot, however the story will unfold by the players choices in situations. It would not be unexpected for cops to show up to a robbery, or a hero looking to stop you from committing a crime. I personally like to throw obstacles like that at people when they set themselves up for such an occasion. Anyways.... RULES: They might seem harsh, but after watching this thing die twice, I'm not going to let that happen again. OOC must always go here... never in the IC. Always here... You think I'm joking having to say this... but people always ignored this rule. Follow the site rules. This RP is Mature rating as far as I'm concerned ... you can paint as vivid a picture you want... as long as the site rules are followed. You all must be villains (or neutral), unless, and I'm gonna be picky, you are approved by me to be a hero. Your profile must be approved for play before you can play, I will not allow you to play if you do not. God modding is a no no... and I will enforce this rule. Remember that moving, using, talking for, or plain old killing a character without the players' consent is very frowned upon. Any rule suggestions? I'm willing to hear them. PM. anyway... Stormcrow/Project G23853 : Jakob Gray - An enraged human bird hybrid on a mission. Groups: DNInc: A once-small corporation located on the planet Geerus, its hundred or so years of advanced technology compared to 'Earth', created a contract with the Democracy of Geerus. With all of this funding, they were able to create certain soldiers, chiefly project H, a cyborg that replaced common ground artillery. DNInc, after the success of its first roject, expanded into what it is today - a corrupt corporation known for splicing animal DNA with Human. Created Project 'Gryphon', a bird-man who originally escaped. Unlike Stormcrow, Gryphon was naturally inclined towards good and law, not evil and chaos. UAA: United Anti-Mutant Association: Like many groups before it, UAA is a group against mutated individuals, heroes and villains alike. Founded by Edward Sweiheimer, a German genetics scientist, the group believes that mutants are a scourge on humanity's gene pool, and willingly murder and or torture all they find to mutated, whether from birth, or later in life due to accidents. Sadly, many politicians are part of this group, and care little about human rights or the Constitution when making laws regarding mutants. Events Mutant Identification Act: During 2000 AD, a law was passed in America that all mutants, or mutated individuals must be registered to be a citizen. It also is in place to limit the rights of said individuals, a plan cooked up by UAA members in Congress. Many mutants ignore this act, thus making them easier to arrest and convict. Short claws instead of finger nails, dark brown hawkish wings on his back. Bird-like tongue. Costume: Black vest with holes in back., tight jeans, combat boots. Hero/Neutral/Villain: Villain. Powers: Flight, firearms training, incredible speed and dexterity. When raging has increased strength. Can lift about 200 lbs above head. Quick to learn. Weakness: Bird bones .. the gift of lightness with the downside of frailty. Very little human knowledge, knows little english. Equipment: TMP. 300 rounds. Biography: Another 'failed' project by DNinc. After Project 'Gryphon' had escaped, DNinc created Stormcrow, a battle-intelligent 'model' of the Project G to terminate the creature. Identity: Inki Name: Walter Bijutsu Age: 18 Gender: Male Appearance: Wally is a tanned Caucasian, tall and thin. His eyes are glowing orange, and his hair is light brown, and messy, about down to his eyes. His clothing is rather random, all chosen based on his current feelings. On most cases however, he is wearing a black top hat, white gloves, and a pair of shiny black shoes. Hero/Neutral/Villain: Hero Powers:Animation/Living art (Has the ability to create all he can draw, making them real, and living if necessary. He can draw on anything, even air. He requires a drawing tool to do so, such as a brush, or pencil. His drawings disappear when he isn't awake, unless it is the only drawing animated at the time.) Weakness: Walter has Narcolepsy. He falls asleep uncontrollably, at random times. He doesn't last long without his drawings, so loosing his pencil or brush would cripple him. He also doesn't have full control over his powers yet. Equipment: Clothing, pencil, pen, ink, paint brush, backpack, sketchpad, sometimes comics, dvds, etc. Biography: Walter was born in Japan, never meeting his military father. He lived with his mother, drawing and painting until he was famous. He began being able to bring his art to life, finding it a useful ability, but never used it to make a buck, as an old comic writer taught him. He draws comics and cartoons now, almost as famous as Stan Lee in the comic business. He donates most of his money, believing it's the right thing to do. He continues to enjoy helping people, until he goes to sleep, which happens too much. His stand point on the law is much different than that of his roommate Kat, where he believes anything is justified if the cause was good enough. He has never found a cause good enough to say death was the answer however. Identity: none Name: William Bray Age: 16 Gender: Male Appearance: 5'10 , skinny Caucasian, not hugely muscular, green eyes, brown hair cut in a fade style haircut. Wears anything that comes his way, at the moment, a black t-shirt, camo pants, sneakers, all ripped and torn. A ragged pair of gloves and hoodie cover his skin from public view. Hero/Neutral/Villain: Villain Powers: Steal energy (With a simple touch, William is able to steal energy from someone or something, taking fragments of their or it's abilities. Even able to take all of their or it's energy, killing the victim, with prolonged exposure to Williams touch. This works on all organic materials) Partial Telekinetics. Weakness: William has a fear of himself, and people. Inferiority complex. Pretty much an emotional wreck. His abilities are very troublesome due to his inability to control them. He is also easily lead by those who show him any love or affection, fake of otherwise. Equipment: Clothing, gloves. Biography: William Bray lived in Germany for most of his life, until he he hit puberty. Then something terrible thing happened to him. He was playing with his friends, something to the degree of King of the Hill. He grabbed onto a friend, draining him of energy, leaving the boys body limp. Out of love, his parents sent him to America to prevent his death back in Germany. His wealthy parents gave him enough to get him over there, and live for several years. His dangerous power was increased more when he was attacked a year before by another mutant. William killed him on accident, leaving him with a small telekinesis power. He was hated by all, and felt worthless. He didn't want to hurt anyone, but always did.... Identity: Crimson Cat Name: Katherine "Kat" Victoria Age:19 Gender:Female Hero/Villain:Hero Appearance: 5'10, skinny, a little curvy, white slightly tanned skin. Short, dark pink hair that goes to her back about 5 inches from her neck's end. Her hair is usually up because of her suit's helmet. She has lovely cobalt blue eyes, and tends to wear a light blue beanie with cat ears. She wears normal clothes, sometimes jeans, sometimes a skirt. Most times she has a collar with a bell. Her suit is pretty much red as implied, the helmet having cat ears, and a cat tail. The helmet has pink faceplate, big enough to see her face, yet the pink tint keeps it concealed unless lite from inside.Her suit is broken into several parts about 2 inch thick metal casing, 1 inch space from wires: helmet, chest/shoulder, belt/"underwear", Armbands, back of hands, knee to foot boots, jetpack. The rest is an half inch thick, pink, flexible mesh around her skin, resistant to most blades and bullets, but can still be pierced. Abilities: She is extremely intelligent, and builds weaponry for whoever she encounters, and can't beat the first time. Her current arsenal is her suit, which has extra strength, jetpack, thermal visioning, wire cables, nets, and a stun pistol. Weakness: She's still human, and tends to get cocky and angered. To get the suit to work so well with her, parts of it were put into her, such as a neural implant. Slight errors with programing, or a virus could corrupt the suit, and part of her. Background: Walter's female roommate is more wild then him, considering some rules unneeded, and other must be enforced with an iron fist.. her iron fist. She only met him when he moved to America, melting his draft for one of his comic's while testing part of her suit. Her life before meeting him was just that of a normal teen, however as smart as she was, she wanted to use her brain to fight crime, seeing how the cops couldn't with the people living here.

He has no pigment in his, gray hair. Gray eyes are mounted on his face. He has pale skin, due to his translucent gray blood. Hero/Neutral/Villain: Neutral Powers: He has nanobots that reproduce like viruses in his blood. They enter the red blood cells, and reformat the hemoglobin in the blood into more of themselves. This does the same thing in anyone's blood that the nanobots infect. Using the nanobots, he has fast healing. The bots give him a weak control over magnetic fields. He can control up to 25 pounds of ionic compounds at a time. Weakness: Telepathy, Electromagnetic fields. Equipment: 20 steel marbles. NSA badge and ID. Biography: Dr. Alexander Grover was born in Long Island, New York. He was the son of two scientists, both biophysicists majors. When he was 15, both parents died in a fatal accident involving a electromagnetic field and several quarters. He was raised by his extremely religious grandmother. He hated the way she was, and followed the path of his parents to spite her. He studied biophysics at MIT, securing him a job at a secret government research lab. He worked for project Electrostatic. A program made to invent nanobots that can create magnetic fields. He tested the first batch on himself. It worked perfectly. Ever since, he has worked as a government agent. Thin, almost to the point of being scrawny. Pale skin. Has unruly dark brown, with silver streaks. Icy blue eyes, which glow a fiery blue when his power is active. He wears a black long sleeve shirt, with a blue t-shirt on top. He has a pair of fingerless gloves. He also wears a pair of jeans, and has a pair of worn nikes. His clothes are dirty and torn in places, because he's always on the run. Hero/ Neutral/ Villain: Neutral (he wants to help people, but he's forced to steal to survive, and is always on the run because he can't control his powers very well) Powers: He can see the vital "auras" of any living thing, and he can convert his own into energy, which he can use in a number of ways, like forming a shield or projecting a blast of energy. When active, it appears as a coating of blue fire on his hands. It has no effect on his clothes. His vital aura is significantly stronger than a "normal" person's, and it regenerates quickly over time. Weaknesses: He suffers from depression, and this can hinder his powers. They are affected by his emotions (when he's sad or depressed, his aura might not appear all, while when angry or excited it might cover his whole body). Additionally, since he's using his own life energy, using too much could cause him to pass out, or even potentially die. Equipment: Carries a watch left behind by his father, which will supposedly lead him to someone who can help him control his powers, apparently because it was made by someone extremely skilled in technology. Unknown to him, it contains a chip detailing the schematics for an armorsuit that can help him gain control of his aura. Biography: He was born to parents of mixed asian and american heritage. His parents died when he was in his early teens, when his father gave him a special watch that he said would one day lead him to help. Since then, he has spent years on the run, occasionally using his power to steal what he needs to survive. He's currently trying to find the person who can help him, but he's also being actively hunted by the government and some registered heroes. There is a general warrant issued throughout the country detailing him, or at least "Auron," the guise he takes on when obtaining supplies. He believes in justice, as in "eye for eye, tooth for tooth, throat for throat." He is morally neutral, he just believes in justice.

You would be using electromagnetic current in a manner that Iron man does, however you have control over it, thus you can send the nano bots where you want. But, if you were to generate one to push them somewhere, that could prevent the flow of them through that section of the body, thus you are slowly killing yourself when using them. Would I be correct there? No further problems.

Tall, slim figure, Caucasian, gaunting appearance. Wears a regular old charcoal suit. Hero/Neutral/Villain: Villain Powers: Physical control mind, a form of telekinesis in which he can control physical objects. He can use this power to control other people's body movements but it requires intense concentration. Weakness: Powers require focus and concentration, can't defend himself, especially when controlling others. Equipment: 2 boxes of bullets, .32 caliber, uses his mind in place of the hammer of a gun. Biography: He believes that he is the ultimate judge of what the greater good for humanity is. He will do anything he deems necessary to further that agenda. He works as a mob hit man. His murders can't be traced because he doesn't use a gun or he uses other people.
