Friends are nearly always there for you, They are there for you when you need to talk, They are there when you need a helping hand, They are a shoulder to cry on, As well as the keeper of your secrets. But what happens when they suddenly disappear? What happens when people from all over start to disappear? What will you do? What will you all, the chosen ones, do to save your friends? This is where the prophecy starts, the magic begins and your destiny will unfold. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Your friends, your family and those who live near to you start to disappear, it is happening all over the world. This causes world wide confusion and terror, hundreds of the innocent are disappearing every day. Soon after it begins, during the terrifying days where you worry if you will be the next victim, you receive a phone call. A simple phone call, one of the few you have received in several days. But this call will change your life forever and it may save millions of lives. On the other end of the phone call is an old woman with a voice so mysterious it sends shivers down your spine as well as a thrill and many other emotions. She tells you a tale, or what you believe to be tale till the very end of the call. The phone call ends abruptly and the phone crashes to the floor as you see a brilliant white light and collapse unconscious to the floor, feeling as if flames are darting untamed through your veins. This tale is not a story, it is a prophecy from millions of years ago that is about to return and recur even fiercer than the evil long ago. This prophecy has unleashed the power of magic locked in your heart. This prophecy was told that a demon would rise again to steal innocent living creatures from the world, mostly the humans. You are one of the Chosen to counter this evil and bring back the ones you have lost, the ones that you love. This is where your destiny begins and you wake up from what seems to be a dream, till your powers awaken, revealing themselves to you in the forms of your guardian creature and thrusting you into a legend foretold of you millenniums ago. Her eyes are hazel, changing in different lights from gold, to a deep brown and sometimes a golden green. She usually wears flaired or skinny jeans along with sleeveless tops, cami's or tank tops. She wears a silver bracelet around her wrist and a necklace on her neck holding a ruby encrusted pendant. In one of her pockets, a pocket knife can usually be found. Personality: She is usually calm, kind and happy, and hard to annoy, but when annoyed she has a fiery temper as well as becoming aggresive even to her close friends. Power: The ability to control fire, being able to shape the flames into any shape as well as making it appear from the air. Guardian creature:A pheonix Person most missed: Her sister. Name: Alyssa Moore Age:25 Appearance: The young, slender woman looks out on the world around her through dark, molten chocolate pools of thought, and her pinched, pale face is framed by a mane of curly, blonde hair that cascades down her back to the bottom of her shoulder-blades. Her slim, athletic figure is most often seen clad in a casual combination of shirt and jeans, paired with heeled mary-janes, which she feels give her rather short stature a very necessary boost. On some occasions, she can be found wearing a plain skirt, usually with a 'fancy' top of some sort, and always with tights and heels. Alyssa rarely wears jewellery, other than the antique ruby-and-gold engagement ring given to her by her fiancée, which she never removes. Personality: Alyssa is usually pretty laid back, but quickly gets whenever someone questions her or her parenting, and is very protective of her little boy. She is instinctively a very caring person, and quickly becomes attached to people when she meets them, wanting to take care of everyone she can despite her young age. In the past year, she has begun studying medicine, hoping to become a doctor or nurse, in the hopes it will mean she can help even more people. Power: healing both herself and anyone who is injured, as long as they are still alive, and their wound is not too deep. Guardian creature: Lioness Person most missed: Her two-year-old son, Joshua. Name: Jason Brown Age: 21 Appearance: He is 6' tall, with jet black hair, which is quite messy. He has emerald green eyes that are usually hidden behind mirrored sunglasses. He wears a simple silver chain with a small locket around his neck. He wears a white sleeveless shirt underneath a black long-sleeved turtleneck sweater, as well as a pair of urban camouflage jeans and a pair of black and white striped sneakers. He has one single ring on his right ring finger. Personality: Put simply, Jason is a loner. He doesn't like to hang with people a lot, doesn't like to talk, that sort of thing. He does, however, like team-based activities when he was in school, and although he doesn't talk much, he works well with whoever is with him. Power: Cryogenesis and Cryokinesis, meaning that he can generate and manipulate ice. Guardian creature: Black Panther. Person most missed: His brother, Stan. Name: Kaeri Kauffman Age: 29 Appearance: Kaeri is short, about 5'4", so many people still mistake her for being in her early twenties, sometimes in her teens. She has short, blond hair, long and straight in the front around her face, spiked in the back. She has piercing sapphire eyes to go along with her cold-colored garb. She always wears blue jeans, normally with a long-sleeved, army green shirt that clings close to her body. White converse shoes finish off the outfit, bringing out the glimmering white of the opal pendant around Kaeri's neck. Personality: Kaeri is stuck in her younger years. In Switzerland, she was the editor of magazine for young girls in Bern, so she often dressed like them to promote her magazine and put herself more on their level. The corporation who headed up her magazine sent her to the US just before the disappearances, where her personality totally changed. She has kept to herself the entire time, only speaking to the businessmen and businesswomen in meetings her corporation set up. She has never been quick to blow fire, but has always been bubbly and positive, trying to set an example for her readers. Her lack of being able to communicate in America has left her depressed with no confidence left. When the disappearances began, she felt abandoned, as she has no way to get home to check on her loved ones. Kaeri's anger has quickly been replacing her previous demeanor of looking at the world in an optimistic light. Power: Immaterializing (Being able to pass through solid objects) Guardian creature: A human. Someone Keari knows that was with her when she received the phone call. They both received the call at the same time and became each other's guardians. Person most missed: Sister-in-law/fellow editor, Anne So, I have a few questions...If the person's guardian dies, does that mean they do as well? And if the person being guarded dies, does that mean their guardian dies? Are we all going to wake up somewhere together since we all received the phone call and blacked out or whatever? Sorry all the questions. I was just trying to see how they'd all meet to work together or whatever. |

Name: Jecks Hernass Age: 23 Appearance: He has short cut spiked hair, complimenting his light blue eyes. His fair skin is an indicator that he doesn't stay outside for very long. He typically is seen in darker clothing, very rarely in anything other than jeans, t-shirts, and long coats. He stands rather tall and seemingly lanky for his height. Personality: He craves to be the joking center of attention. His goal is to always make those around him laugh and smile. Perhaps this best suits his job, somewhat of a PR for IMGtech. IMGtech recruited him at an even younger age after seeing his performance at a job fair. He'd rather not talk about that day. Jecks tends to be very caring and serious to those who catch him outside of public eye. He has a natural talent with technology as well. Power:Speed, faster than sound and working on even faster. Guardian creature: Kaeri Kauffman. She and he, met when he was the lucky one to be sent to pick her up. Apparently someone else had 'called out'. However you do that for driving someone around, is beyond him. Since then, they seemed to become the closest people in eachothers life. Person most missed: His adopted sister Molly. After his adopted parents passed a few years back, he was left with her at age 19. She was 16 at the time, he decided to get a few jobs, that is when he landed the job with IMGtech. When he learned of her dissapearance, he sought only one thing. To get her back. She came into the family when he was 9, he met his adopted parents at age 5. He never learned what happened to his real parents. Yet, he's never worried much about it; he's just glad to have been where he has been. |

Name: Conor Ginsberg Age: 20 Appearance: 5'9", 129 pounds. Thin, almost to the point of being scrawny. He has a shaggy mop of dark brown hair, with silver patches mixed in throughout it. He also has extremely pale blue eyes, and doesn't seem to blink as much as normal humans. He usually has a somewhat vacant stare, making it hard to tell if he's really paying attention. He wears a black long sleeve shirt, with a light blue t-shirt over it. He always wears blue jeans, regardless of the occasion, and has an aging pair of nikes. He has a watch on his left arm, and wears fingerless gloves with a pair of saphires set in the back. Personality: He has a very "out-there" personality, and has a tendency to become disconnected from reality. When he's paying attention, he is extremely focused on the job at hand, and hates sudden changes. He also has depression, which can interfere with the use of his powers, and he sometimes focuses too much on past failures. However, he is also extremely kind, and rarely ever shows his anger, instead taking on a flat tone when enraged. Power: Conor can convert his own vital aura into energy, which he can use in a variety of methods, such as forming a blade or shooting blasts of energy. When active, the power appears as a coating of blue fire that materializes around his hands, as well as causing his eyes to glow. The strength of his power depends on what he's feeling at the time, and it can range from covering his whole body to failing to appear at all. He has a stronger vital aura than most people, and it regenerates quickly over time. However, using too much at one time can severely weaken and potentilly kill him. Guardian creature: a silver and blue wolf Person most missed: His mother, who was responsible for helping him with his depression throughout his childhood. Is this acceptable? |

Name: Ryske Groriene Age: 22 Appearance: Groriene stands roughly around 5'7"; weight ranging from 177 to 189(Depending on what's being worn). A slender form, meaning this weight is compacted to muscle, which, a tight black shirt with only a left long-sleeve shows quite well. A pair of biker-gloves worn on each hand with the finger-tips removed add a bit of protection when playing, but we'll get to that soon enough. A matching pair of jeans adorn the lower half. Shirt tucked in, brown leather belt fastening the pants, and a pair of black, steel-toed boots bare the feet. As for neck up: Chocolate almond eyes more times than not obscured by coagulated red(Dark red) hair. Personality: There's often a sarcastic yet threatening demeanor about Groriene when an individual blatantly wants to push his buttons. Not much of a guy for caring, so a second thought on beating down anyone that doesn't get the hint to leave is an obligation. Apathetic at best. Always a thought or two bouncing off the interior of his mind - ways of how to perfect his form. Power: Brute strength. What with enhanced bone structure with an already tip-top shaped-body, it isn't hard to imagine this guy taking down things 3 or 4 times his own size/weight and still escape with minimal scratches. Guardian Creature: Mountain Lion. Person Most Missed: Thomas Groriene, Ryske's younger brother. Probably the only person that understood Ryske and the only person Ryske wanted to know. There were many regrets throughout his past, but having a younger brother wasn't one of them. The two shared everything and did everything. Thomas was.. is the only person Ryske gave a damn for, so he'll fight Lucifer or God Almighty to bring back the person cherished most. Watch out Spawns of Satan, Holders of Light - Groriene's taking heads. Hope this is acceptable. |
