Story : In this world, there exist four gods, each embodied by a single unique form, idols and figurines passed down through centuries, through turmoil and struggle and years of peace and tranquil. These gods did all that they could within their power to ensure that order was kept in this world. Sometime during the 1700s, a group of magicians, using all their magical power, summoned these four gods to Earth, in order to save their kingdom from destruction by an otherworldly enemy. They sacrificed their own lives, and in return, the four gods came to Earth in all their magnificence and glory, condemning their foe and engaging him in combat. They fought for many moons, destroying the land on which they fought. Finally, after 150 days of almost unending conflict, the gods managed to banish their foe to the farthest reaches of the planet. Then they died due to the incredible exhaustion caused by the fight. Skip to September 16th, 2008, New York City. 300 years after the epic fight. Four youngsters, three men and one woman, all musically talented, get together and form a band called Tempest. They claim fame and fortune by releasing an album containing many covers of songs from famous bands like Linkin Park, Led Zepplin, The Beatles and many more. On their first cross-continental tour, they stay in New York for a gig with Linkin Park. That night, as the band begins to play, a creature bursts through the stage floor, scaring off their audience, injuring LP and killing two of their members. Tempest manage to evade the monster while it slaughters the rest of LP. The four members contemplate escape plans, with it culminating in the lead guitarist playing the hero and offering to distract the monster. As it turns out, a severe thunderstorm was gathering in the area, and a freak lightning bolt happens to strike the backstage area, shocking them badly, knocking the four unconscious. When they are unconscious, the same four gods appear to them in their dreams and tell them of their destiny. They then realise that these gods have been reincarnated inside the four of them. The gods plan to give Tempest the power to protect their world from destruction by a new, more powerful evil. They fend off the thing and barely manage to escape with their lives before the local authorities arrive. After they manage to escape, they stop their van on the side of the highway while they catch their breath. They discover that two of their member's physical appearances have drastically changed, and that they have all obtained powers beyond their wildest dreams. They manage to disguise their true forms and weapons using the powers that they have, and after putting their first gig behind them, head to their next destination to play. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Okay now. I've already given the three slots in Tempest i.e. the bassist, the backup guitarist and the drummer, to Tarmo, Melfi and Kyojoken in that order. Meaning Tarmo's bassist, Melfi's the backup guitarist and Kyo's the drummer. I'm the lead guitarist. We start this RP just before our gig with Linkin Park, up until after we've defeated the monster. After that, I'll post another section of this story. All I need you three is post your character page in this format : Name : Age : Position : Appearance : I need you to post a normal description, and in the areas that are changed after the incident, mark them as so. And please be detailed. To those reading, I want them to know what we look like. Weapon : This is basically the weapon that you obtain after the above scene. Powers : The unique powers that you obtain after the above scene. Mine : Name : Daniel J. Anderson aka DJAtomika Age : 24 Position : Lead guitarist of Tempest Appearance : Upper body What used to be black hair, set into spikes that point backwards, is now stark white, in the same design. Eyes that were once an auburn brown are now snow white. Features that were once human are now those of a wolf. A wolf's muzzle and tapered ears adorn his face and head. Two gold rings are in his left ear. He is 6' tall, with a medium-muscular build. He wears a black, sleeveless hoodie, underneath which is a plain white singlet. On his neck is a simple silver chain on which hangs a crucifix. On his hands there is a pair of gloves. On his right hand is a leather cut-off glove while on his left hand is a full leather biker glove. Both are white, when they used to be black. A tattoo of the words 'DJ' encircled by a pair of headphones and some musical notes resides on his left upper arm. Lower body Urban camoflage jeans, decorated with two chains on the right side. What once were black and red sneakers are now steel-heeled and soled combat boots. A wolf tail pokes out just above the seat of his jeans. Weapon : A dark, obsidian katana. Magical runes are carved into the blade, making it as strong as diamond and as sharp as the sharpest blade on the planet. Powers : He gains the ability to summon pure white flames and to summon an additional weapon, a hook blade also made out of obsidian with the same runes carved into it. Due to his wolf mutation, he also gains superhuman senses and agility. |

((It has been long since I visited this place, and thanks to DJ here I am. Sorry for the long wait, DJ.)) Name : Kyozaki Hazashioken a.k.a KyojoKen Age : 22 Position : Drummer Appearance : Wears a dark Billabong sleeveless t-shirt with a skull on it, which is pierced by two swords - blood oozing out of it. Shoulder long black hair with a few shades of brown. He has a dogtag that hangs around his neck with the numbers "62512" on them - his military registry number. He is six feet two inches tall. His right palm has a large "X" on it. Has "KYOJOKEN" tattooed on his knuckles. Also, he wears baggy Charger cargo pants, with a dozen or so chains hanging out of their pockets. Weapon : A double bladed spear - blades on each end of the shaft. Powers : To warp in the blink of an eye. He, too, can teleport anyone he wishes, no matter the number of people. |
