With recent changes to the site, the categories have been drastically overhauled. Instead of going on a genre based system we now work in tiers of moderation.

If you wish to post a role play ask yourself is it realistic, or fictional? Realistic doesn't mean modern, it simply means there is no fictional element to it. It happens in a realistic manner. The time period and era does not matter. Fictional means it has fantasy, or it's got science fiction, or is simply unrealistic. Now that you have answered that question, ask yourself this.

Do you want your role play to be strict? Or, do you want a casual role play? If you want your rules to be enforced and the site rules heavily enforced, go to the Heavy section of the site, then post in the fiction or non-fiction forums. If you want a more relaxed and less moderated role play, go to the light section of the site, then post in fiction or non-fiction.

The practice forum is simply that, practice. It has no genre. Just make sure you use the topic description every time you post a role play to give users a good idea of what is going on! Also, remember that the practice forum is moderated by the staff and they may drop by to help out and leave tips or challenges to you all!
