Rengeration: In the wolrd of Almateria things are going downhill, in most regions, people are starving. The land is dying due to the mana (engery force needed for life and magic) that is rapidly depleating. In a parellel world, Negai is flourishing with mana. It seems if one world is rich the other is poor. In order to regain it’s wealth and mana, the Yon Chosen are called to release four seals and become vessals for the Gods of the World of Almateria. The Yon Chosen are four children picked at birth to someday go on a journey to regenerate the world. They are now called upon as the world starts to decline. Gods of Almateria: Important but they are NPC’s at the moment, because they are only here as reference. God of Love : Lord Zelos God of Wealth : Lord Yuan God of Peace : Lord Mithos God of War : Lord Kvar The regions of Almateria: (We’ll probably travel once a week or less to a new town.) Ossa State: A large city with grey walls surrounding it, it is the capital of Almateria. It is in the middle of a wild desert and the people there are a bit edgy as they know their lifestyle of luxary and comfort will soon have to be compromised. Triet: The starting point of the RPG, of course your character can be from another town and coming to assist in the regeneration. A small town that welcomes anyone. A small school is set up and it is at the foot of the Genis Mountains. Palamacosta: A decent city on the West Coast of Almateria, it is known for it’s shops and fishing ports. Iseila Town: A town surrounded by woods near Ossa State and Palmacosta. Decus: A small town atop the Genis Mountains. It is quite cold and snowy for more then half of the year. Not many people visit this harsher area. Tethe'alla: An underground place where Dwarves dwell, an entrance is supposed to be by the Llyod Pass but it's uncomfirmed. Not much is known but it is probably all around Almateria. Hokonesia Forest: A forest where elves live, by Iselia Town. The Yon Chosen: Four teens who will become vessals for each God. (Love,War,Peace, or Wealth) At birth they are told which God they will sacrafice them selves to when the time comes. For the regeneration to take place, each must go and release a Seal (Four seals in total, not counting the final one). Seals and where they are: Usually on the outskirts of a town, most preists will help point the way. The Seal of Water (peace) ~ Inside Genis mountains. The Seal of Fire (war) ~ Near the Ossa State. The Seal of Wind (love) ~ On an island off of Palmacosta. The Seal of Thunder (wealth) ~ Inside a cave under Triet. Once each seal has been lifted, a tower will become more and more visable. Once the last seal (in any order) is released, the Tower of Regeneration will be open and the Yon Chosen will be able to fullfill their task at long last. Of course there will be people, called Sylvrants, they most likely are from Negai and do not want the Regeneration Process to happen. The Yon Chosen are aware of the other world but their fate has been sealed. Weapons/Classes: Twin Blader: Using two long or short swords, Twin Bladers cannot use magic. Cleric: Uses Magic to heal only, uses a long staff. Desian: Almost like a ninja or an assian but I wish not to call it such. They are stealthy and do not use magic, only a blade or throwing stars. Double Blader: Not to be confused with Twin Blader, they use a double edged single sword and enhance it with magic, basic elements only. Fighter: They quickest and strongest, they suse simple fighting, no magic just kicks and punches. Staffer: Someone who uses a staff to fight, usually taller then them. No magic is used. As far as magic and your characters’ skills go, I don’t want any of you to be “cheap” and be oh so strong and powerful 24/7, that’s no fun. Nor is it fair, also any of these can use magic but magic WOULD enhance them, as I said Chosens aren’t allowd to use magic, however in life-death situations, they might have to. I am also going to say you can play up to three characters, I say for each category listed below. PM YOUR CHARACTER OR QUESTIONS FIRST. As for race, it’s more or less humans, dwarfs and elves are descriminated against in Almateria, due to their low status, just so you know. Yon Chosen: Chosen of Wind: Mela Accon Mecorra. (Genkai_chan) Chosen of Fire: Chosen of Thunder: Chosen of Water: Sylvrants: Commander of a small Birgade: Captain Regal (Genkai_chan) Soldier: Eri Hay. (Genkai_chan) Other Characters: (Anyone wishing to come along the Chosens or run into them at some point and join the party) Raine Tai (Genkai_chan) Colette Brads (Genkai_chan) Character Sheet: Name: Full name, no silly nicknames in the Bio’s, please. Explain in the RP if you want. Age: Please be of at least 17-70. Race: Human, Dwarf, Elvf. Apperance: Link or pic or description Place of Birth/Background: Where you grew up, if you’re making a new place PM me first. Weapon/skills: What Class you are and what weapon you use. Reasoning of Personality: Why are they that kind of person? As in, I want to help the Chosen find another way of regeneration, or I want to stop the Chosens! Other: Anything else, no pets please. AND/OR: CSI: This is not, Miami, NY, or Vegas. This is a Crime Scene Investigation Baby Human style! Kinda. We use our own characters to RP with. Now there are some rules that need to be followed… Rules!!! Read Them!!! Please!!! 1.) No God Moding. 2.) No bashing. 3.) No killing people and leaving like ZERO evidence behind and being “untraceable”. Be fair. 4.) Do not, I repeat, do NOT start posting between two people! This is my BIGGEST peeve about doing Group RPG’s, it leaves others out who can’t get on as much. I’d say wait two or three posts. I know it depends but don’t do it for two straight pages. Conversations are fine but keep them fair. 5.) Pairing up is fine, but announce it so people know. Just keep it PG I guess That’s all I can think of without saying the normal rules that already apply…. This CSI takes place in Miami (Though you can be one of any CSI original character, this has nothing to do with the plot or them. I just needed a location!). Miami is in the deep south of FL and is very rich, high class and has a big party scene. A perfect breeding ground for all kinds of crimes and criminals. This may be confusing for some, so I apologize but the crime lab (due to lack of ideas) is Miami-Dade Crime Lab. Other settings may include clubs, hotels, the beach, or other small areas. Wiki is here for a reason! ^^; Now here are the types you can be. I suggest you be more then one to help your self more then anything. Homicide Detective: Helps the CSI’s with figuring out who the criminals and victims are. Sub Categories: They can also be Cops, or PI’s. But don’t make too much a big deal out of it. CSI: They tackle most of the job and gather evidence and process it to tag the criminal. Sub Categories: They can specialize as/in Medical Examiners (lookin at dead people), Ballistics (excellent gun knowledge), DNA, Trace (lookin at things left behind in things under fingernails or fingerprints), or just plain CSI. Note, only a few ranks are to be given out. Most will be Rank 2-3 or Trainee. All CSI’s will be on the same Team. Meaning they will all know each other. Somewhat. Criminal: They commit crimes. Sub Categories: Serial Killer, Rapist. Drug Dealer or Robber. We are going to keep it plain and simple for now. You can have your cimmie just shot someone for money if you want it easy. Note, you can’t commit your crime flawlessly. That is against the rules! Please, just be fait to people playing. Also if you have a criminal who has killed before, give us enough background info but please be cooperative, and not say. “Haha you can’t shoot at me I have a bullet proof vest on!” And then kill the CSI’s and cops. How fun is that? Victim: The ones in the middle of the chaos. Sub Categories: Not much to say but don’t attack these people random. Just say in ( )’s or OOC: that you’ll do something. Also, I’d say two crimes at a time. Once one is closing (which shouldn’t take forever!), someone can commit another crime. *Note* All CSI’s and Cops should know how to use a gun. And I know no one here is a scientist, has a degree in chemistry/biology, no one is expecting you to be super smart. But for the love of my Prince, please don’t put little though into posts dealing with CSI work. There’s wiki! Just look some term up and use it. Keep things simple as far as posts, don’t confuse me. Or anyone else. ^^ Okay now finally, the profiles. PM ME FIRST!!!! Then I’ll say, yes good job, then you can post your character(s). If I have concerns, note them, if I need you to change something, do it please. I want this to be fair to everyone. Then soon, once I feel like we have everything settled I shall start us. I will also PM everyone once I post the first post. IMPORTANT! I am not trying to be mean or anything but after we get 4 people with their characters I am going to have to say, enough for now. That is a lot. Honestly that’s at least 8-12 possible characters. And some won’t even be needed much (or even to begin with depending on who I get. First come first serve!). Also anyone who has worked with me before knows how devoted to my RP’s I am, I have put thought into this, ask anyone. So, as far as frequently posting, just try okay? Try.
