I just now threw my vote up there. Vexar, I personally think you're being too paranoid. >_> I believe everything the Bible says, as I'm a Christian. I think the Mayan thing is pushing it, and I don't believe Obama is a Muslim. I voted for McCain, but I am very open to Obama being president. I'm not a closed minded voter that is going to freak out about the fact that I lost, or that the Republicans lost. I personally think Obama is all talk, just a good speech giver, but we'll see. I'm leaving myself completely open to a change in political thinking over the next 4 years. And although skin color shouldn't matter, it does. Many people see this as one less thing separating black and white, even if Obama isn't totally black. I don't know that I'd go as far as to say it will cure racism, but I think his skin color certainly makes this very historic. |
