Hello all!! If you haven't noticed already, every user on the site has the option to have their own blog listed right in their profile for other users to see. Here's how to start your blog: 1. Go to the top of your screen and click on 'Preferences.' 2. Under Profile Options on the right, click on 'My Blog.' 3. Choose a name for your blog, and a description. This can be changed at any time. This is what is listed in your profile for others to see. The will see the name, and then the short description that you enter. 4. Choose whether you want guests (people who aren't registered as members) to be able to see your blog or not. 5. Choose whether to allow members to comment on your blog or not. 6. Choose whether to show a list of users reading your blog or not. 7. Finally, click 'Save Settings.' Voila! Your blog is set up! Anytime you want to add an entry: 1. Click on your own user name in the upper left hand corner of your screen. 2. Click on your blog name in your profile. 3. Click 'Post New Blog Entry.' There isn't a way to subscribe to another user's blog yet (Zetaboards is working on it!). That is mainly why this thread is being created. Anytime you add another entry to your blog, post here so that we know! I think it'll be fun to stay connected through our blogs, and to be able to comment on other people's misadventures, articles, or rants. This gives us a whole new venue to get comments on RP ideas or characters, to express our immense joy about how great we feel about a certain amazing RP post, or to just give our thoughts about the RP world in general. It's another way to grow and teach at the same time, just as it is with RPs. If you are interested in reading other people's blogs, just subscribe to this topic! Just click on 'Track Topic' at the very bottom right of the page and you will be notified when someone replies to this topic saying that they updated their blog. You can access your subscribed topics by going to 'Preferences' at the top of your page. They are all listed there at the bottom. So blog away, my friends. Post here letting us know that you posted a new entry.
