As you all might know, ZSNES has some issues with SFMT's sound chip what can lead to blackscreens and crashes pretty often, yet there are two ways for solving that: 1) Open ZSNES, go into CONFIG -> SOUND then check DISABLE SPC EMULATION Result: Neither blackscreens nor crashes will occur while surfing through the menus but with the disadvantage to be forced to play it without any noise. 2) Work with save states. Just save every time BEFORE you want to advance to the next screen. In case the game crashes, just load your state again and repeat those steps until you come forth. It won't take that long, just be patient. Once you are in the Player Select there is no need to bother. From this point on, the game will not cause you trouble anymore. Do remind NOT to press either START or SELECT during a match. Those buttons call up the options menu and the game might crash. What netplay concerns, stick to ZSNES 1.337. With every other version the game desyncs. All you need to do for playing it online is loading the rom like usual then press ESC to enter the ZSNES chat room. Load a save state that you did offline while you were in the Player Select, and that's about it. On a side note... the main menu is complete japanese, but when you wait a while it changes to english. ![]() It is also recommended that you change Intervals to QUICK in the options, or else the ball boys will waste much time until you can play the next point. ![]() To make it easier, I added some description for the Practice Mode, so that you can select the exercise you want to do on purpose. ![]() DONE |
