It doesn't really have to do with win percentage, it's just how it is. The New York/New England/Pennsylvania teams have some of the worst records in sports, but still make the news a lot. It's the attention they receive, and the fact there are fans all across the US who like the Northeast teams, not just people in the Northeast. It's not the same for way out west, with the exception of the Lakers.

Yeah i saw the news, i really do believe that this was the Green Bay managements fault because if you think about it, Green Bay could still have had Favre if it was not for the people running the Green Bay organization.

All i can say is, that the pressure is on Aaron rogers, it's not because hes being compared to Favre, but it is because the management did a lot to make sure Aaron Rogers had his starting QB job, and if Aaron Rogers wants to save his management of Green Bay, then he will have to get The Packers into the playoffs and go a little deeper than a 1st round of the playoffs.

He's one of the all-time greatest QB's in the game, and he's still at the top of his game and wants to play. The Pack shouldn't have fooled themselves into thinking they would be better with Aaron Rogers, especially when the games start and all the fans want to see is Favre.

Similar situation is when Philly drafted McNabb and then started some never-been, Doug Pederson over him. The fans weren't having it, the sportscasters weren't having it, anyone who has any sort of public forum to speak their mind wasn't having it. Not a single person aside from those making the actual decisions wanted Pederson.

So sorry, Aaron Rogers, prepare to be on the receiving end of a lot of hate until you start to prove yourself.

My point exactly Ben, i mean he could be great, but the thing is what Favre has that Aaron probably will not have EVER is the respect from team, coachs, and having the leadership to pull 4th qtr comebacks to win the game.
