I am very happy with the Redskins Draft mainly their 2nd round picks (Thomas, Kelly, and Davis) and selecting the punter Durant Brooks.
I bet, ESPN Rated the Redskins very well on their draft choices.

If only ESPN knew what they were talking more of the time.

I mean, ESPN though probably the best as far as mass media concerned, is often very bad when it comes to ratings, rankings, (especially in college football recruitment) or anything of that nature.

I cant believe you said that, i mean ESPN is the only place i know that gives the best sports coverage right now. I do not see how they are bad at ratings etc etc.

No doubt they are the best when it comes to coverage. However when it comes to Power Rankings, Player Exposure, etc. They have a heavy bias to the East Coast teams (They are based in Connecticut).

Now as I mentioned with College Football recruiting rankings, they are leaps and bounds behind both Rivals.com and Scout.com

Yes, I agree with the East Coast bias of ESPN. You turn on ESPN in the baseball off-season and there's a 60% chance you'll see a NYY/BSR topic. Boston Celtics and New England Patriots get hours upon hours of coverage, expert analysis, the same story read 4 times by 4 different people, analyzed 3 times by different people, and plugged to be on the 6 o'clock SportsCenter. They're not that good at coming up with their college football recruitment info because they have too large an umbrella to focus on something that maybe 10% of their demographic has a passing interest in.

I understand why their Recruitment lacks. But it doesn't stop people from using it and comparing it to Rivals or Scout, which is why I have to explain why it sucks :P

If there wasn't a curse over the Arizona Cardinals and they went out of their way to not suck then people would have an inkling of interest in them as well.

Fact is, more people care about teams like the Yankees, Red Sox, Phillies, Patriots, Eagles, Cowboys, NY Giants, Braves, etc. than they do about teams that never do much of anything. Why cover teams like the Cardinals or the SF Giants when pretty much only their home crowd may give a rats ass?

Your right about that Ben, but i believe this will be the year Cardinals finally redeem themselves, and besides the one reason for the East Coast bias is because mostly East Coast teams have a higher winning percentage in the NFL even if they are a losing program, because usually it's always the AFC dominating the NFC and the NFC not being able to defeat the AFC in inter leaugue match ups..
