Okay, so here is the problem. We have some new members coming in, which is great, but our problem now is, is that the new members have to wait a long time before they get a spot on the maps. DS, our cartographer, has become less and less active due to his studies at the university. Many plot claims on the map have not been accepted yet, and the maps need a serious update. This whole thing has even caused a minor conflict, as DS has given a plot to a member, while someone else claimed the same plot a week earlier. I hope that especially the new members can hold out to wait a lil longer to get their plot claim accepted, and I hope that you understand the situation a bit. We have noticed your plot claims, they will be fixed, but we ask for just a little more patience. In the meantime, new members can already start writing their databases and even begin roleplaying. Just wait with the foreign invasions and such until your plot claim has been accepted by DS. I would also like to encourage new members to become a Law Lord, which can be done here: House of Law Lords If you have any further questions: For questions relating to: Out of Character issues, PM Secretary of Interior Affairs Eleben In Character/Other Roleplay issues, PM Secretary of Roleplay Freeman Foreign Affairs issues, PM Secretary of Foreign Affairs Eriadu Legislative issues, PM Speaker Cowland5 Judicial issues, PM Lord Justice Ikat (inactive, PM DS or Nents) General issues, PM Grand Chancellor Nents or Consul -DS- Administrative issues, PM -DS-, Freeman, Nents or Eleben Alternatively, you could post below, although PMing the relevant person is likely to be faster and more reliable. Ehm...was that it? Yep, that was it. Have a nice day, all. Vale. Salud. From my office which is financed with Renatian taxpayer's money, Chancellor Nents |

Is it only DS that can do the mapping? Because I was thinking, there must be people who are graphics capable of doing this sort of thing alongside DS... |

Couldn't we hold a vote to make you cartographer, or am looking at the smaller picture? |

He doesn't mean it like he needs permission from us, just he needs the files and the equations to make the maps |

Well at the least I think you could make temporary maps that will not be placed on page one, rather, they would be posted as a normal post. This way new members can see their nation on the map. When DS gets back he can then redo the work making it official and keeping it in his layers. |
