''Look at us NOW!'' shouted a man in a dark suit wearing a clerical collar. His face was wrinkled, his hair was dark brown but on the sides it was greyish. This man had a determined look in his eyes. For decades he has been mocked by the conservatives from the Confederate Party and the liberals from the Pluralist Party. This man had served in the Confederate Assembly for decades with his ''Independence Party''. He always predicted that something like this revolution would happen, therefore the Independence Party always wanted the Colonial states to secede from the rest of Tzetxuhoan.

The Confederate party of former president Attwater saw the Independence Party as a group of stupid racist christians and rednecks, the Pluralists from current president Ackerman saw the Independent Party as a bunch of idiots.

But, said this man, look at them all now. ''You have lost your power, many of us have lost land, property and entire fortunes. You all know that we have a lot more to lose. We have our families, our culture...our dignity.'' said the leader of the Independence Party, Maximiliaan de Klerk.

It was hot and muggy in the room. Cape Coloniale was a small city, almost surrounded by the Tzetxuhoani jungles. The room was poorly lit by a few candles and torches. The local powerplant was destroyed during gunfights between private armies and the guerillas from the Ejército Revolucionario de la Bandera Roja (ERBR).

''The communist armies of the ERBR are waiting at the gates of the city for us. If we wait too long, we will lose that what we have left for sure. Even the best must know when they have to run. So that they can come back stronger, and win. Last night, God gave me a sign that I had to leave and escape from this place. As I was looking at a map of Tzetxuhoan that night, a candle fell over. The flame got on the map - and all of a sudden it went in a straight line to the Kinsman Federation. Then...it just stopped. The paper was undamaged. It was the hand of God that showed me where I should go. I hope I am not alone on my dangerous trip to the west.''

De Klerk looked through the darkness in the eyes of many concerned Colonials, mothers, men, sons, grandparents - the people of Cape Coloniale were scared. Scared of what would come if they would travel to the Kinsman Federation, and scared of what would happen if they stayed in Cape Coloniale.

''I will leave tonight. Everything is set. May God be with us.''

John Ackerman was sitting in a large chair in the dining room, with a glass of whisky in his left hand, a revolver in his right hand. There was one bullet in the chamber.

He was alone. His ministers were in their own rooms. Yes, president Ackerman shared this mansion with other ministers and staff members from Sedgwick Hall (presidential residence in New Hope City). This was supposed to be a 'government in exile'.

But John Ackerman felt it was nothing. He had become a hollow man, his dreams and ambitions were smashed to pieces. From the day he became the first liberal president of Tzetxuhoan in 44AE, he was faced with internal civil strife from the Ichihuexopaneco. Every time when Ackerman tried to adopt a policy that would calm down the Ichihuexopan rebels, the Confederate Party and the Independence Party would simply block his plans. Students began to show solidarity with the Ichihuexopaneco, and by 45AE, a huge anti-Ackerman front was created in Tzetxuhoan. Ackerman even lost the support from the liberals - they believed he did not do anything about the equal rights issues - but Ackerman could not change a thing because of the conservative parliament. Now, it was all too clear for John Ackerman. This was a set up. The political world had screwed him.

And there he was, sitting in this mansion just outside Austrvegr, at a safe distance from Tzetxuhoan. Ackerman had decided. He would get up, get another whisky, and then return to his seat. He would put the gun in his mouth, and pull the trigger. There is one bullet in the gun. A chance of 1 out of 6 that Ackerman would blow his brains out.

As Ackerman walked into the living room, he reached for another bottle of whisky. As Ackerman refilled his glass, a man with quick hands entered the dining room behind his back. Dressed like someone from the household, the man's hands with white gloves reached for the gun. The hands opened the cylinder, and put in five extra bullets in complete silence.

Ackerman returned to the dining room, the man dug under the table. Ackerman, half drunk, sat down again and reached for the revolver. The poor man did not realize the gun was far too heavy to contain a single bullet.

''Fuck this planet.'' said Ackerman, as he placed the barrel of the revolver in his mouth. Ackerman closed his eyes and counted down. He pulled the trigger. The bullet blew off the back of his skull. The wall behind him, at two meters distance, were covered with fragments of bone, slices of brains and blood.

The man under the table ran out of the dining room, and then returned to the kitchen and screamed: Help! Ackerman....Oh oh my god, someone call an ambulance! Or the morgue.

The rest of the household came to see what happened, the government staff remained at distance so they would not have to see the President's brains.

15 minutes later, the mansion was surrounded by police vehicles. President Ackerman had committed suicide.

Ackerman dead in apparent suicide
Presidency of Tzetxuhoani now left vacant

Posted Image

At approximately 2200 yesterday night, exiled Tzetxuhoani President John Ackerman died from a gunshot in an apparent suicide. Servants and other residents of the Confederal Authority offices based here in Austrvegr investigated a loud noise to discover the President's lifeless body in the estate's dining hall; emergency response crews were called, but their efforts were in vain as an autopsy revealed he died instantly.

Ackerman gained the Tzetxuhoani Presidency in 44Æ amongst the civil turmoil and social instability that rocked the nation for years, cumulating in the nation's current state of insurrection and the deposition of its legitimate democratic government. He governed for five years in the face of ruthless opposition in both his own parliament and in the nation as a whole by Indian and Communist rebel movements, supported by crowds of trendy-left students. Ackerman did all he could to sustain order and stability in an uneven and difficult situation, and gave it his best to the last days of his government's existence. The Federation now continues his struggle for a stable Central Agabia as it searches out for candidates to fulfill the exiled government's executive position.

First Agent Gunnvaldr Tyrsman Lundqvist sat impatiently at the head of a boardroom table in the depths of the FSIB headquarters here in the nation's capital; the majority of intelligence was paperwork and fretting about things that posed no threat, and he was growing tired of it. Right now the majority of the Bureau's agents were deployed somewhere in Tzetxuhoan or Vertadoría working to establish some sort of intelligence net to track the movements of various revolutionary and rebel groups that occupied the southeastern jungles. It was tiring, monotonous, and frustrating...or at least that's how things were before Gunnvaldr took things into his own hands. The death of Ackerman had spun the Bureau into overdrive, working diligently to produce some sort of beneficial scrap of information or data that could potentially help to extinguish the Indian rebellion, but in the face of failure the FSIB looked to its most prized agents to formulate a new battle plan.

"We should be focusing on targets like the leaders of the revolutionary groups, not their grunts and infantry," one senior agent argued. "Take away their leadership and the entire resistance will fall in due time, I guarantee it."

"Your guarantee is baseless," retorted the agent sitting across the table, a senior intelligence analyst. "We can't even track the movements of their basic units and detachments, how can we start pinpointing the locations of their officers and lieutenants? Do you have any of this information, because if you do I would be very interested in seeing it." The other man, defeated, slumped back in his chair at the realization of his naivety. Such as it was, nothing had been successfully suggested at this point.

A couple points were brought up and an argument or two ensued for nearly an hour, resulting in the entire group of men sitting in silence afterwards to not only digest the flurry of words passed within the room but to catch their breaths. After a few moments of silent consideration of the situation and the various possible courses of action that could be taken, Gunnvaldr took the opportunity to instill his own fresh thoughts into the conversation. "What if we were looking at this whole situation the wrong way?" he baited.

"Like how? What do you mean? Explain yourself," he heard from various voices around the table.

"I mean that we're obsessing over the enemy, trying to track their movements and take them out using offensive tactics, to no avail. We try outdated strategies in a very modern war, and I think we're missing the point of it altogether." He had everyone listening, intrigued. "We are involved in this conflict for the simple reason that our racial brothers in the southeast face genocide from their Indian subservients, but only a small portion of our efforts have been targeted directly at them. There are millions of our brothers in Tzetxuhoan, countless lives that could be lost by our mistakes or rallied by our cause. I say we recruit someone for the presidency who would encapsulate that idea and carry it through, enabling us to engage in our own counterrevolution with help from the inside, rather than just invading. Best case scenario we gain a permanent ally and friendly neighbor, worst case we have to do a cleanup a la Irastan all over again. I'd be willing to risk it for the potential benefits of an ally on our borders any day." He took a moment to look around the room and gauge his fellow intelligence officers' mood to his suggestions, and was pleased when nods of agreement could be seen on all sides of the boardroom. As that point in the discussion was over, they proceeded to delve out exactly how they would fund, supply, operate and support a White counterrevolutionary movement in the southeast, and to extract the person who they considered perfect for the job to inspire them...

Cape Coloniale, southeast Tzetxuhoan
01.42

Deep in the night, hundreds, no thousands of people walked through the streets of Cape Coloniale, a city built in colonial architecture. Colorful and classical facades made it a really nice city. But tonight, the inhabitants would leave the city, to save what they have left.

In the south, indigenous communities had expelled the whites for their discrimination and years of oppression. But the Colonials in Cape Coloniale had to deal with a less merciful group: the guerillas from the Revolutionary Army of the Red Banner.

The Ejercito Revolucionario de la Bandera Roja was known for its ''revolutionary terror''. Revolutionary terror was not something made up by Stalin, Mao or Kim Il Sung like many modern communists claim. No, revolutionary terror has always been an idea of Karl Marx himself. Karl Marx described how state terror applied by the socialist state was the quickest way to end and win the death throes between the working classes and the bourgeoisie. The ERBR guerillas were known to support this theory, and they wanted to whipe out every Colonial they could find.

Deep in the night, entire families were rushing to the harbor of the city. Several boats would wait there for them. Some of the very wealthy had used their yacht to pick up others, but of course, family came first. The rest had to do it with sloppy sloops. Some fishermen helped them as well with their ships.

The men carried the heavy, very heavy luggage, which contained silver, money taken from the bank accounts, jewellry, clothes and some foot. Some even brought their expensive furniture with them. The mothers carried the children on their arms.

It was obvious that the Colonials felt humiliated. They were used to the good life, but now they were poor refugees - people they always laughed at.

Roughly 34 900 Colonials got on the boats, ready to go anywhere. They just wanted to get far from this place, somewhere safe.

A little more than 22 000 people remained in Cape Coloniale. Most of them were elderly, who believed they were not in the physical condition to flee. Others were patriots, who refused to abbandon this city or their homes. The really sick could also not come, and sometimes a family decided not to leave behind a sick daughter or uncle. Just before the boats left, it became a real drama. Many families were torn apart. Mothers could not leave behind fathers who wanted to stay to fight against the intruders.

Father Maximiliaan de Klerk, who was carrying an old rifle himself, looked at the scenes with pain in his heart. But they had to leave. ''Let the ropes go! Fire the engines. Let's Go GO GO!'' he waved with his arms, and a white Colonial flag to say goodbye to those who remained in Cape Coloniale.

''God is with you, our hearts shall be with you.'' De Klerk waved for a last time, then they could not see the harbor anymore because of the dark and fog. Lights were not used, because of all the hostile groups that might be lurking at the sea.

There were about 80 armed men on board who were appointed by the Klerk as guardsmen. But most refugees had probably taken a gun with them from home. But these 80 guardsmen were actually skilled shooters, willing to give their lives.

Several ERBR units met each other at the edge of the jungle that surrounded Cape Coloniale.

''When you capture a Colonial, do not ask him what crimes he has committed against our people, and what evidence we have for that. Ask him instead to which class he belongs, what is his background, his education, his profession. These are the questions that will determine the fate of the accused. That is the meaning and essence of the Revolutionary Terror.'' shouted a high commander. In other words he said, kill everyone you can find.

A few hundred guerilla fighters wearing green uniforms, boonie hats, FN FAL and AK-47 assault rifles marched into the city. With burning torches they set buildings on fire, windows were smashed and shops robbed.

In the city centre, the remaining Colonials had entrenched themselves with the weapons they had, old shotguns, handguns, hunting rifles and a few had a Galil Carbine, which they were allowed to have because they served the Tzetxuhoani military.

It wasn't difficult for the ERBR guerillas to reach the center of the city. There, they walked into an ambush. The Colonials threw hot water and burning oil out of the windows from surrounding buildings, others had positioned themselves to fire at the guerillas. The Colonials had little ammunition, they knew the battle would be lost anyway.

The ERBR units took in combat positions, and returned fire. Some of them were wounded, no one had died yet. The gunfight carried on for hours. As the Colonials tried to save ammunition, it was not a really intense gunfight. The guerillas were outnumbered, but skilled fighters. They fell back, moved around, and carried out short duration strikes every time from a different angle.

Every hour, dozens of Colonials were killed in an ERBR sting attack. The revolutionary fighters had better equipment, such as grenades and RPG's - the battle was unfair.

Admiral Herfinnr Vinman Engström was a sailor from birth, after being brought into the world on his father's fishing boat, his mother the youngest of the man's three wives. He had grown up in or around harbors, jumped from crew to crew, and eventually found his way to the Valisgard naval service. Herfinnr's loyalty was to the sea, grown out of love for the gifts that it brought to his people; little did he know that these waters would soon present him with another gift that would benefit his kin.

While the admiral was in his own world of thought, a young radio operator received news that the Kinsman submarine Neðar had picked up some hundreds of sonar blips to the southeast. After confirming the transmission, the Admiral was informed and the fleet was ordered to change course. While the various ships in the group were not on full alert, a number of fighter jets were launched on a reconnaissance mission investigating the vast number of blips. While there had been an exchange of gunfire with a pirate frigate or two, no fleet even approaching the size of the Kinsman navy deployment had been seen until today.

As the aircraft approached the unidentified group of ships and the fleet came into radio contact, they could be identified easily by the waving of Tzetxuhoani colonial flags and the hailing of Kinsman ships in the other country's normal frequency. Boarding craft were dispatched to investigate and see the sight which they had come to behold: nearly 35,000 White Tzetxuhoani, distant kin, had been forced to abandon their homes in the face of blatant genocide by racist Marxist insurgents. The Kinsmen would not stand for it, and even as confirmation was on its way from the navy's headquarters in Austrgard, a number of colonial refugees were being loaded onto various ships throughout the fleet so that they could survive the trip; those that happened to don seafaring-capable vessels were fastened to the larger ships, as none of their fuel reserves would last the trip.

The Kinsman naval headquarters had given the Admiral permission to escort the refugee fleet back to Flotnar and to watch over their safety with due vigil, however he had also received a peculiar order. Once they had embarked on their journey home, he had been contacted by one Maximiliaan de Klerk who informed him that he was leading the flotilla and the people aboard it; after including that minor detail in his regular report he was sent a transmission to secure and protect de Klerk at any means necessary and ensure he was delivered to FSIB agents in Flotnar without a scratch. Peculiar, but the Admiral was experienced enough in Kinsman military matters that he would not press further and simply fulfill his orders. Once de Klerk and his refugees were back on land, they would no longer be of any concern to the Kinsman sailor.

The Colonials had mixed feelings when they were put on land in Flotnar, rescued by the Kinsman navy. Yes, the people were extremely thankful to the Kinsman sailors. There were two babies born during the trip, they were both named after Kinsman captains. The sailors also received some special attention from some Colonial girls who felt...attracted to the young heroic sailors that saved the Colonials in these difficult times.
Of course, their deeply calvinist fathers didn't want their daughters to hang around with the sailors like that.

But many Colonials were also saddened. They had lost their homes, relatives - their pride.

Maximiliaan de Klerk, who had informed the Kinsman admiral that he was responsible for the Colonial refugees, was welcomed by a few Kinsman government officials.

They were three men in nice suits, wearing expensive sunglasses and having nice haircuts, were waiting for De Klerk.

''Maximiliaan de Klerk?'' said one of them. De Klerk nodded and shook their hands. ''That is me. What can I do for you?'' he asked.

The three well-dressed men revealed their identity cards. ''Federal Security and Intelligence Bureau. We are here to bring you to a safe spot. We have some important businesses to discuss with you. Don't worry, our government will take care of your people for now.'' said one of them.

Maximiliaan de Klerk was not sure what this was about. But he trusted the Kinsman, and walked with the three agents to their car. It was a black minivan. As they opened the door for de Klerk, de Klerk noticed how heavy the doors were; they contained reinforced glass and armored steel. De Klerk was surprised by what he found inside the van: a few heavily armed men in black combat suits wearing black masks, bullet vests and assault rifles. The agents got in as well, and the van left. It left the city of Flotnar, and parked outside a mansion just outside the city.

There were more cars parked here. The area around the mansion was patrolled by military police officers who were guarding the mansion.

Three agents left the van, and they walked with de Klerk to the entrance of the mansion. After an identity check, and some checks for eavesdropping devices. After that, De Klerk was introduced to a number of men with some interesting offers.

Cape Coloniale

After almost 10 hours of fighting, the 20 000 Colonials had surrendered to the hundreds guerilla fighters of the Ejercito Revolucionario de la Bandera Roja.
The Colonials that had a gun, were disarmed and thrown in an ad hoc prison camp. There were 1800 Colonial fighters, the rest of the people were too old, young or weak to fight.

They were placed in groups in several buildings. For now, they would be spared. But the Colonial fighters' fate had already been decided by the revolutionary commanders of the ERBR: death.

This was revolutionary terror, the class war at its best. According to Karl Marx, and later Lenin and Stalin, terror is the only means to win the class war which errupts after the bourgeoisie has been overthrown, and to overcome the bloody birth pangs of the revolutionary society.

The comandantes began to execute the prisoners of war in groups of five. There was no trial. Background and social class determined the fate of the prisoners.

In the rest of Tzetxuhoan, the other Autonomous Revolutionary Territories have been shocked by the violence of the ERBR against nearly defenseless Colonials.

The spokeswoman for the Mixlitzopan Autonomous Revolutionary Committee, representing an Autonomous Revolutionary Territory in the southeast of Tzetxuhoan had this to say:

''Violence is what the ERBR guerillas have chosen for. They have chosen for the path of bloodshed. Their red flag, represents spilled blood. In 48AE, the violence used by revolutionary forces was justified because we as dignified people had no other future, but death. Today, the many peoples that were hidden under the neoliberal government of Ackerman have been able to rise up and live dignified. There is no more need for weapons, and we need more words. We need more listening and we need more silences and shouts.

What the ERBR guerillas are doing, goes against all our revolutionary ideals. The Rebel Committee of Good Governance, responsible for monitoring the operations of all revolutionary governments, should remove the ERBR from power in the Autonomous Revolutionary Territory that it governs. The ERBR has abused its weapons, and is an undemocratic organization that threatens peace, justice and liberty within our Tzetxuhoani rebel society.''

And so it happened. The Mixlitzopan Autonomous Revolutionary Committee sent a delegation from the Rebel Committee of Good Governance - to investigate crimes committed by the ERBR. The ERBR has made itself the ruling faction in the Ihuatopan Autonomous Revolutionary Territory. The RCGG has the power to put the ERBR in trial. Then all communities of Tzetxuhoan will decide in the Popular Congress about the fate of the government in the Ihuatopan Autonomous Revolutionary Territory. The Popular Congress, which is a nationwide discussion + referendum, has the mandate to remove the ERBR from power.

The question is, will the ERBR accept its fate? If not, would the other rebel territories consider military intervention to liberate Ihuatopan from the ERBR?

Tension is on the rise in Tzetxuhoan.

Four men were sitting around the end of a conference table smoking cigars and drinking mead, talking in low voices over an array of papers and files distributed between them. They were all agents of the Federal Security and Intelligence Bureau in one manner or another: two were also employees of the Department of Foreign Affairs, one the ambassador to Tzetxuhoan's advisor, and the last a full-time agent of the organization. One of them received a call on a satellite phone that brought news that their guest was en route.

Minutes later, de Klerk was escorted through the mansion's entrance to the study that the agents were occupying; he was brought in and sat at the opposite end of the table. After a moment of silence, the full-time FSIB agent was the first to speak.

"How was your trip, Mr. de Klerk?"

De Klerk was a bit overwhelmed. He didn't know these people, he didn't know what they wanted from him. But at least they were white, ethnic Kinsmen, so how bad could they be?

''Well, the first part of my trip was very dangerous, rough and emotional. The second part, coming to this mansion, was rather comfortable. Thank you for asking.'' De Klerk looked at the people in the room. He always had great respect for the Kinsmen. De Klerk wasn't too sure if he could trust these people. Were they supporters of the GCFK regime? De Klerk was. De Klerk always admired the strict policy of Andsvarr Asman, especially before his bloody campaigns through central Agabia.

Now, De Klerk wished Andsvarr Asman was still alive. He would surely invade Tzetxuhoan and teach the indigenous brigands a lesson.

''May I ask what I am doing here?'' asked De Klerk.

As this happened, over a 100 000 Colonials from all over Tzetxuhoan decided to leave the country and move to the Kinsman Federation.

This was caused by the horror stories coming from Cape Coloniale, and also by the massive collectivization process in the south. The Autonomous Rebel Councils of the south have all agreed upon seizing the land of landowners, who always happen to be white. The land has been collectivized and distributed among the populations of the Autonomous Rebel Communities.

In large parts of Tzetxuhoan, that is the majority of the Autonomous Revolutionary Territories, capitalism has been abolished and replaced with a collective economy.

In the zones dominated by white populations, such as the capital New Hope City, capitalism has not been abolished. But many racial laws have been abolished, progressive laws have been adopted and so forth.

In the New Hope City Autonomous Revolutionary Committee, more and more people are trying to gain support to re-establish a central government for Tzetxuhoan. They claim the revolution to oust Ackerman has gone too far, and that it was never the intention of many participants to completely abolish the government.
Their opponents say that it is impossible to restore the authority of a central government. Now that all regions and communities have been given self-governance, they will not give that up anymore. For many rich, and white Colonials, the abolishment of a central government means less power for them. But to the rest of the population, the abolishment of the government means more freedom.

"You are here for the sake of your people," a different agent stated. "The stability and security of Central Agabia rests in your hands, the opportunity to create an everlasting peace in the region and a future for our children."

"We understand that you have a certain set of morals and a strict code of ethics, a trait which is greatly admired by man of us here in the Kindreds," the first agent said. "In short, we believe that you are the best option for the future of Tzetxuhoan."

"In front of you is a file that contains a treaty, one that states that you are the new President-in-exile of Tzetxuhoan, with total support from the Kinsman Federation. In exchange for retaking the nation and reinstalling its legitimate government, your government would answer to us, and will be called upon in times of need. Most of the time you will be left be to rule your nation as you see fit, but there will be a time that we will need your aid."

"It has also been proposed that the Kinsman Federation annexes Tzetxuhoan and put your government in power, although either way we would retain the same degree of power. We wanted to discuss your options with you first, of course," the third agent stated. "Now, what do you need us to do and what do you need in order to take your country back?"

Father Maximiliaan de Klerk was overwhelmed. Thousands of different thoughts entered his mind. His eyes flashed over the files that were in front of him on a table. De Klerk felt a bit confused. How would this work then? Would this be fair, democratic? Or was this nothing more but a filthy coup d'etat? Who cares? Finally the Independence Party (Onafhankelijkheidspartij) would be in power, finally De Klerk could do what he always wanted to do: create white Colonist state, dominated by whites...a state where other ethnic groups may only live if they work hard enough. A nation where the white Colonial protestants would rule over the inferior barbarians such as the indigenous pagan Indians, the blacks, the immigrants - all who were inferior in the eyes of God. God gave this land, Tzetxuhoan, to the protestant whites. Now that De Klerk could become president-in-exile, he could finally begin to build that society.

''I am honoured....'' said de Klerk. But de Klerk was also alerted. The Kinsmen had made some demands, that were, so to speak, not in line with the principles of the Independence Party and De Klerk. The Kinsmen wanted Tzetxuhoan to become some sort of satellite State of the Kinsman Federation.

De Klerk feared that the Kinsmen in the room knew he had no real other options.
''I will have to go for your first option that you proposed. But I must ask you; Why is this necessary? Why do you seek control over Tzetxuhoan? I can agree to it, only due to the critical situation that we are in. But am, and I remain a patriot. So will my followers as well. I am not sure whether they will understand that the Kinsman Federation is taking control over Tzetxuhoan.

If I am president of Tzetxuhoan, I want Tzetxuhoan back. I want the revolution to be brought to an end, I want Colonial domination - I want a Colonial state, ruled by Colonials, for Colonials. All the other ...peoples must work for us, or rot somewhere they won't bother us.

But that revolution must be crushed. The Tzetxuhoani military remains passive, in order to avoid 'civil war'...cowards. Most of the military commanders have expressed their loyalty to the ''New Hope City Autonomous Revolutionary Territory''. Despite its ridiculous name, this region remains one of the few ...'normal' regions of the country. Most other regions have started collectivizations, follow leftist political programs and have created their own revolutionary armies to protect their communities against...well against the Kinsman Federation. New Hope City, however, remains a place where economic freedom still exists and where white people form the majority. It is ruled through direct democracy like the other rebel regions, but the New Hope City direct democracy is dominated by moderate left- and right wing normal, civilized, well-educated, white citizens.

The problem is. I don't have an army. You have. Is it possible that the Kinsman Federation would break the revolution in a swift military move?''
