![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Dear Renatia, The governments of Tzetxuhoan have been deposed. It is a revolution from below. A revolution that will bring alternative politics to our nation. Today, thousands of people are attempting to build a new, better world, that is a world where all worlds fit. Our people live dignified; they will never bow for anyone who speaks a lot, and listens very little. We have learned that we should never subject ourselves to the schedules of neoliberal power. We will follow our own agenda, and impose it on those above. Today we have turned the country upside down, and we shake it on its head. Those who were below, are now above. All who are different have become equal, neoliberalism has been replaced with humanity and power has become something that belongs to the collective. The state of Tzetxuhoan will hereby be turned into a large network of communities formed by voluntary agreements based on co-operation, respect and recognition. This new system, coming from below instead of being imposed from above by the powerful, might not work perfectly. It might have difficulties and setbacks at times. But this new system, this experiment, is our alternative. And that is all that matters. Self-determination, self empowerment, democracy, liberty and justice! Tzetzuhoan has officially been declared ''Rebel Territory'' by FMR [Frente Murrietista Revolucionario] comandante Roberto Amador. That means: Here, in Tzetxuhoan, the people command and the government obeys. Humanity comes before big capital and the economy serves the collective, instead of the collective serving the economy. We hereby officially condemn all governments of Renatia, and we call upon the people of Renatia, who are excluded, neglected, silenced, humiliated, oppressed, exploited, mocked, persecuted and harassed to join our revolutionary struggle and walk with us the path of dignity. Walk with us, so that a future exists where all who are below and different, will have Democracy! Liberty! Justice! Vale. Salud! From the jungles of the Agabian Southeast, Comandante Roberto Amador Comandante Ernesto Carrasco Finnian O'Neill Bree Quinlan Billy Byrne The Revolutionary Council of Self-Determination of the Frente Murrietista Revolucionario Black Hand Movement AAF-2-10 The Unionist Party Amaya de Bolívar Marc Brady Anti-Racist Anarchist Action Indigenous Organization for Equal Rights and Recognition Immigrant Workers Organization International Workers' Association National Confederation of Labour Communist Party of Tzetxuhoan Ejército Revolucionario de la Bandera Roja (ERBR) Femke Muyskens Eoghan Davin Radikaal Linkse Bond (RLB) Anarchistiesch Kollektief Zeeburg (AKZ) Structure With the abolishment of the central government, the people of Tzetxuhoan now have to govern themselves. Governing in Tzetxuhoan will be done by obeying. Governing obeying. If you want to govern, you will have to listen to the voices of the collective. Listening has become essential in Tzetxuhoani politics. All local communities [Autonomous Rebel Communities] have formed their own councils [Autonomous Rebel Councils] that will represent them at regional level [Autonomous Revolutionary Territories]. representatives of all communities belonging to a specific Autonomous Revolutionary Territory, will be represented in the Autonomous Revolutionary Assemblies. The ARA's will form an executive council [Autonomous Revolutionary Committee] to do day-to-day executive tasks. The representatives are not chosen to speak, and sell political agendas and plans. The representatives are chosen to listen to the word that comes from the people. Governing means obeying. Governing comes from below; the people. At local level, the Autonomous Rebel Communities will be governed by Autonomous Rebel Councils that need the mandate of the people. Direct democracy plays an important role in the Autonomous Rebel Communities. Every week, there are large assemblies in the communities with the Councils. Decisions that need to be taken at regional level, will thus be made by representatives of Autonomous Rebel Communities in the Autonomous Revolutionary Assembly. The Rebel Committees of Good Governance in each Autonomous Revolutionary Territory will monitor the operations of Autonomous Rebel Councils and the Autonomous Revolutionary Committees in order to prevent acts of corruption, intolerance, injustice and deviation from the revolutionary principle of "Governing Obeying." These local and regional assemblies and executive councils are useful for making smaller decisions that apply to those regions and communities, but sometimes very big and important decisions must be taken. These decisions will affect all the Rebel Territories of Tzetxuhoan. The decisions are made through a referendum [Popular Congress]. The Popular Congress is held in all the communities, where the people will discuss the issues. The Popular Congress is all about the people speaking and listening to each other in their communities, and to eventually hold a direct and free election. After the votes have been collected, and a report has been made about the entire process and discussions, it will be added to the results of all other communities. A final decision is then made by all representatives of the Autonomous Revolutionary Territories. They must obey the word of the Popular Congress. This is how the rebel communities of Tzetxuhoan work. This is how we continue to work. Not to make agreements from above to be imposed below, but to make accords to go together to listen and to organize outrage. Not to raise movements which are later negotiated behind the backs of those who made them, but to always take into account the opinions of those participating. Not to seek gifts, positions, advantages, public positions, from the Power or those who aspire to it, but to go beyond the election calendar. Not to try to resolve from above the problems of our Nation, but to build FROM BELOW AND FOR BELOW an alternative to neoliberal destruction, an alternative of the left for Tzetxuhoan. YES to reciprocal respect for the autonomy and independence of organizations, for their methods of struggle, for their ways of organizing, for their internal decision making processes, for their legitimate representations. And yes to a clear commitment for joint and coordinated defense of national sovereignty, with intransigent opposition to privatization attempts of electricity, oil, water and natural resources. Furthermore: What we want in the world is to tell all of those who are resisting and fighting in their own ways and in their own countries, that you are not alone, that we, the Tzetxuhoani Rebels, even though we are very small, are supporting you, and we are going to look at how to help you in your struggles and to speak to you in order to learn, because what we have, in fact, learned is to learn. And we want to tell the brothers and sisters of Parundor, which is dignified and rebel, that you are not alone. That your great movements against the neoliberal wars bring us joy. That we are attentively watching your forms of organization and your methods of struggle so that we can perhaps learn something. That we are considering how we can help you in your struggles, and we are not going to send money because then that will be devalued because of the economic mess. But perhaps we will send you crafts and coffee so you can market them and help you some in the tasks of your struggle. And perhaps we might also send you some pozol, which gives much strength in the resistance, but who knows if we will send it to you, because pozol is more our way, and what if it were to hurt your bellies and weaken your struggles and the neoliberals defeat you. And we want to tell the brothers and sisters of Vaaryn, Isrenia and Lemuria that we know that you are fighting also, and we want to learn more of your ideas and practices. And we want to tell the world that we want to make you large, so large that all those worlds will fit, those worlds which are resisting because they want to destroy the neoliberals and because they simply cannot stop fighting for humanity. Now then, what we want to do in Tzetxuhoan is to make an agreement with persons and organizations just of the left, because we believe that it is in the political left where the idea of resisting neoliberal globalization is, and of making a country where there will be justice, democracy and liberty for everyone. Not as it was before the revolution, where there was justice only for the rich, there was liberty only for their big businesses, and there was democracy only for painting walls with election propaganda. And because we believe that it is only from the left that a plan of struggle can emerge, so that our Patria, which is Tzetxuhoan, does not die.
