Hans sat about in his office, he rested his head on his hand "How could my father have little to no control over these lands. He was King for dragon's sake!" he said mumbling to himself. After a while of going through documents he finally decided he would make a decree.![]() King's decree By decree of the King, parliament shall hand over all military power to the royal (Grendel) family. Parliament will release all power over the criminal rehabilitation centers (Jails). The whole of the government shall move itself to Klive, where it can be kept under the watchful eye of the King. |

Alan beith walked up and down his office in Gem city wondering what he should do about this decree the king has given. His advisors were worried too about this, if we do this then the king could gain too much power. Then one of them decided to speak up, "excuse me sir, how about we meet him half way with his demands?" he asked "Well I pondered that but we can't let him control the millitary look what has happened in courlund" alan replied "but sir in a couple months time the elections will begin, we could let him control the ADF untill then" spoke another advisor "And then it would end up being the next goverments problem" "fine then, I wanted to move the goverment to klive anyway and maybe I can use this as a way to get our lads out of engleshire" alan replied the entering of that war had been against what he stood for and with the amount of injured in that war rising alan believed they should pull out ASAP. To King Grendal We will meet you partly with your decree, the goverment shall move to klive and you shall be given control of the millitary but you will not control the prisons as their are run under the law enforcement department of the HDA. However we have conditions which you have to agree to if you want to have what you wish. 1) You will only control the millitary untill the next goverment is elected 2) I wish for us to pull out of the englishire conflict immeditally. Those are my terms, do you accept them? From Prime Minster Alan beith |

Hans read the terms that were sent to him "Terms more like demands!" he yelled "But if I am to get anywhere, then I must see to it the government is happy" To Prime Minster Alan beith I agree to your terms. After the military has been handed over to me, and parliament has moved to Klive, I will hold a televised speech. |

After Alan recieved the reply from king grendal, he was happy that he had got the nation out of the englishire war, but he wondered what trouble he had just caused. "tell the ADF CiC that the ADF is untill the next goverment is in power" "right away mr beith" went a aide he who then left the office ADF HQ A aide walked into the CiC office "Sir orders from the prime Minster" he said and handed the CiC a letter "thankyou" said the CiC who then looked at the letter and then wrote a letter to the King. As the CiC was writing the letter, Drake walked in "sir, what is up" he asked "We are being handed over, general you can expect us to be answering to the king for a couple of months" the CiC replied "hmm, that's interesting well thankyou for the information sir" Drake saluted as he left. He was happy that only a few people knew about the shadows and the king wasn't one of them and as their weren't a offical regiment they didn't fall under his jurisdication. The CiC's letter was sent a couple of minutes later, confirming to the king that the ADF was under his command for now at least. |

To King Hans Grendal I accept your invitation to dinner. I look forward to it. From Gen. Drake After Drake had finnished his reply to the king's invitation, he began to wonder what exactly does he want. He may just want to be a good mate or it could be something else alltogether. Anyway Drake went to make sure his best uniform was ready for the dinner. |

ooc skip to the dinner IC The King was walking around the empty ballroom, and he inspected everything himself. Next he entered the kitchen, and inspected all of the chefs. Then it was off to the dinning room, to check the silverware. Once Hans was satisfied he sat down "Alright lets hope tonight goes well" he said to himself |

Drake arrived outside the home of the king, which was a fablous building to look at matched only by a few such buildings in the world. As he entered he saw luwealthian nobles engaging at small talk with each other. Drake even saw one or two dragonese nobles but they were not from the major houses. The major houses tended to stay out of the lime light after the incident. As they were mingering at the entrace and main hallway a servent came up and annouced that the dinner was ready. Soon Drake and the other gruests were sitting down at the table awaiting the kong to enter. |

Once all the guests were seated, the Kings entrance began. First royal guards entered the room in two columns facing each other. Then the trumpet men lined up on the walls, and put their trumpets to their lips. A man wearing Luwealthian military dress walked through the royal guards "Presenting King of the Holy Dragon Alliance, High Lord of Klive and servant of the Dragon, King Hans Grendel" he stated in a loud voice, then walked off to his left. The trumpet men started to play their fanfare as the King entered the room. As the King walked through the Royal Guardsmen, they raised their swords. King Grendel stopped at the end of the entrance carpet, the Trumpet men stopped playing. The King then made his way to the large chair at the head of the main table. He stood their looking over his guests "May the feast begin" he said |
