The Regional elections for the newly created Grampian National Assembly, that will elect that of two important powers to the people of Grampian. The first will be that of the 120 representivies from the three parties of Grampian and also that of independant representivies. It will also elect that of the leading party of Grampian, for a party to win it needs that of 52% of the vote, otherwise that of an coalition goverment will be needed to be formed within that of five weeks of the election results. The second is that of the leader of the party with the most votes, or with the highest in an coalition goverment is appointed as First Minister of Grampian, who will become that of automatic cabinet member of the Scotina goverment, under that of the title of Minister of Grampian Interior, while in the lands of Grampian will hold that of the title of First Minister of Grampian. The role of the Minister of Grampian Interior is that of advising that of the other cabinet members of Scotina, of the needs that the people of the old territories of Grampian require both that of social, economic and justice. The Minister of Finance of Scotina will announce to that of the Minister of Grampian Affairs that of Grampian Budget, which spending will be controlled by that of the Grampian National Assembly. The First Minister will also form that of a cabinet of eight ministers (Minister of Finance, Minister of Interior, Minister of Justice, Minister of Education, Minister of Health and Social Affairs, Minister of Agriculture and Environment, Minister of Transport and Communications and Minister of Employment). The Ministers of Grampian will become that of Junior Deputy Ministers in their respective positions in the Scotina goverment, so that the Ministers of Scotina can try to advise these ministers not to excessively deviate from that of the ideas of the Scotina goverment ideas in these fields. The Parties of Grampian Social Grampia Democratic Party Leader: William Fife, leading Grampian lawyer who served as an defence lawyer for people prosecuted by the barons. Politics: Democratic, Central Left Economy: Moderate social capitalist Justice: Reorganise Police Force, less strict and introduce legal aid Immigration: Allow free immigration into and out of Grampian Healthcare: Free National Healthcare Education: low university tuition fee's, lower class sizes, build new schools. Religion: Free religion Foreign Relations: Pro-Scotina and anti-facist Grampia Liberal Party Leader: Martin Burns, ex-secondary headmaster of large state school in poor area of Glencoe. Politics: Democratic, Liberalism, Central Left Economy: Moderate liberalism and small tax rise to national insurance. Justice: Reorganise Police Force and Justice Department Immigration: Limited immigration Healthcare: Free National healthcare, privatise pharmacies Education: Subsidies for the poor, scrapping university tuition fees and lower class sizes. Religion: Free religion Foreign Relations: Pro-Scotina and anti-facist Grampia Conservative Party Leader: Thomas Doyle, successful Grampian buisnessman that owns large electronic company. Politics: Democratic, Conservative, Central Right Economy: Moderate Conservative, denationalise companies into private sector, small tax rises in national insurance and PAYE. Justice: Reorganise Police Force and rehabilitation of prisoners Immigration: Limited immigration Healthcare: Semi-Subside National Healthcare with semi privatisation Education: Subsidies for the poor, increase university tution fee's Religion: Free religion Foreign Relations: Pro-Scotina and anti-facist |
