-Nentsian News Channel- It seems that Renatia is entering a new age. After the trials of the Nentsian elite, now also Dux Harrison Torbjørn has died. The Dux died in battle in Vertadoria, say Integrist sources. This comes shortly after King Thorn removed the democratic leaders of Moranus Vera from power and the Saltorran revolution. It seems Renatia is entering a new age with new world leaders. The old powerful elite is being removed from power, everywhere in Renatia. Only in the conservative parts of Renatia, such as Deltoria, Germania and the CFK, seem to continue with their established leaders. The age of new leaders has brought an end to most of the alliances, including the UNP. Commissar of Foreign Affairs, Ivanna Kovacheva, is here to discuss this new age. Mrs Kovacheva, what is the difference of todays Renatia and the Renatia in the time you were our prime minister (33Æ - 37Æ)? Chaos. Well we can say that the early 30's were times of great hostility and international tensions, but at least there was order in Renatia. Now, there is nothing but destruction and chaos. I regret that. ''What stance is the government taking in this new age?'' Well, we promised the voters an anti-militaristic policy, and pro-democratic foreign policy. Premier Nenetskin insists that it stays like that, even in times like these. Tsar Alexander agreed on this, and supports the government plans. I would like to point out, that thanks to this neutral and anti-military policy, Nentsia was able to cut the military spendings with $50 billion. That is enormous, but still responsible. Our military is much smaller, but still of high quality. Nentsia does not need a large army anymore. What our country needs, is a healthy economy. Thank you mrs Kovacheva. |
