With the Supreme State Duma election campaigns on full throttle, the Tsar has allready begun to exercise his new powers: appointing the executive offices.

His first pick is for the office of ''Supreme Commissar of the Presidium'', or simply the first minister. It is unsure how much power this office holds, as the Tsar is both head of state and head of government now. The Supreme Commissar will probably do more administrative tasks and act as a spokesperson for the Tsar to the rest of the cabinet.

The new Supreme Commissar is: Vassily Valenkov.

Vassily Valenkov is a 64-years old man, who grew up in the south of Nentsia. Valenkov was born as a duke, but his titles were taken from him after the 1st Nentsian revolution. Valenkov fled to Moranus Vera - where he would run a succesfull bank. Valenkov returned in the year 29Æ to Nentsia, where he was appointed as deputy Commissar to the Commissariat of Finance by Vladimir Federov.

In 35Æ, Valenkov was appointed by Alexander I as his personal financial advisor. Now Valenkov will serve the empire as Supreme Commissar. Economics is what he is good at. Valenkov is ambitious, introvert and very talented in organizing. Some people are protesting because he is not democratically chosen.
