OOC Yeah The convoy arrived at the hall. The SS and Piter briskly walked in, the Jackboots making a clicking noise as they walked over the marble. |

Premier Shaw's convoy arrived shortly after, and stopped in front of the hall. There were police lines set up on either side with a large amount of security, however Shaw knew how to play politics and walked directly to one of the news teams at the side of the path. "Premier Shaw! Over here!" a young Aus'tianian reporter asked. "What do you have to say about Gebeta's claims that your government was involved with the attacks on Gebetan soil?" "I can assure you that my government is not involved in the attacks and is dedicated to bringing these criminals to justice." "What will you be pushing for in the sessions?" another reporter asked. "Peace, absolute peace. And of course reparations for the lives Gebeta has cost us. That's all, thank you." Premier Shaw left the security line and made his way to the hall. |

Outside the conference room "Yes. I see, well i will alert the Fuhrer of the new intel. I understand, I can transfer the data via secure Gebetan Comms." SS Guard William Scheer said, via his helmet comms. He began the data transfer to Piter. Piter checked his data pad. "Hmm, this is very interesting. He raised it up t his mouth and said. "I want additional recon on this before we act." |

*2 hours later* "Let us begin," Elena Ul'tek, a young Aus'tianian diplomat said. "We are here today to discuss the matters between Gath and Gebeta. Gebetan authorities claim that a recent terrorist attack on their nation's territory was purported directly or indirectly by Gath leadership, and that this justified a fully-fledged military attack on their nation. This diplomatic session has been called together to both ascertain the truth behind the events of the original attack, and to negotiate the future of Gath-Gebetan relations. To start, is the Gath delegation ready to respond to Gebeta's claims?" Premier Shaw stood and said, "I assure you that we had no such involvement in the matter, and we are dedicated to finding these criminals who would threaten the peaceful relationship between our two nations." As he sat back down, he smiled to himself at his skill at diplomacy, or as he called it, 'bull-shitting'. "Very well, the Gebetan delegation may start with their opening statements." |

"Preliminary intel indicated that the Gath was involved in the Antang attacks. After Blitzing several areas, Gebetan Forces located intel supporting our preliminary reports. In accordance to the GDI and Gebetan National Deference act article 45D Subsection 14 I quite "Acts of terror, foreign or domestic, may be cast down with force, limiting civilian casualties and unnecessary destruction of infrastructure. medical support will be given to both sides, stated in the Gebetan Medical support Section 5A" un quote" Piter said. He had no illusions of getting the world on his side. For all he cared every nation on Renatia could invade Gebeta. Gebeta would still go after this man. In fact he was going to make it known Gebeta didn't care how the world saw her. |

"You may present your evidence for review, please hand it to the table," Elena Ul'tek said. In the background, Gath's Premier Damien Shaw leaned over and whispered to his diplomatic advisor. "You said there was no way to connect us to the attacks, right?" The advisor nodded in response, then proceeded to pour himself a glass of water. He always got thirsty when he was nervous, and he always got nervous when he had to lie. |

"Fine. Hans, keep watch over the pad." Piter handed it to hans, and he gave it to Elena. Hans proceeded to stand behind Elene, and watched what files were accessed. OOC all Gebetan officials and military personnel have touch pads of various memory an capabilities. |

"This data will be passed into evidence, and will be reviewed by a UNP committee. One representative from each of the nations Gath and Gebeta will be present," Elena Ul'tek said as she handed the pad to an aide, who would copy the data and return the console to its owner. "The representatives from Gath may make their opening statements." "Thank you, Ms. Uhltick," Premier Shaw said, mispronouncing the young diplomats name. "Gath has always been a nation with its own internal problems, causing us to be disconnected and distant from international affairs. We still have multiple civil situations at hand, besides this unprecedented invasion at the hands of Gebeta." The Premier took a moment to look over at the Gebetan table to emphasize his point. "We were not involved in these 'attacks', as the Gebetans would have you believe, and I am confident that any evidence brought against us will be quickly proven false or to be forged. This is an insult to our nation, and I have a feeling that this whole situation will be concluded in a short period of time." Premier Shaw sat down, and his advisor leaned over to whisper in his ear. "Sir, we're getting reports that the Gebetans and the UNP troops have found one of our camps." At that moment, an aide ran up to the UNP table and whispered into Elena Ul'tek's ear. "Ma'am, AFUNP Minster Drake has recommended that we take recess. Apparently they found something in Gath." She nodded, and the aide returned to their post. "Thank you to our delegates for their opening statements. Sessions will resume in 24 hour's time for review of evidence." She struck her gavel, and the room's occupants stood to leave. Damn, Elena thought to herself. Why couldn't these things ever be simple? |

Another Gebetan Aircraft landed. It brought spare parts and a JSF Goshawk, The engineers immediately put the Goshawk together. Then they began to repair the FW200k, which would bring it to a FW200k2. the initial batch had a few minor problems, fixed in the new model. Piter stood on a balcony. He was going over the applications of the Gebetan national anthem. They would be privately played at Antang. He was particularity fond of the Bensa Memorial song. |

![]() Aus'tiana Broadcasting Group Live from Os'prais Eltia 16, 35AE ![]() The UNP Gebetan-Gath Peace Commission is in recess for 24 hours after Gath representatives declared the country had no involvement in the Antang attacks on Gebeta, and after opening statements were made by both delegations. There has been a high level of activity by UNP Peacekeeping forces on the Gebetan-Gath border in the past few days, and while the operations are labelled confidential, the delicate situation on the border is well represented by the tense atmosphere here at the UNPGGPC. As the talks continue, only time will tell in what will happen next. Ja'ren Il'en, ABG Edited by Freeman, 27 Mar 2010, 04:18 PM.
