Username: Tora
Character Number: 2

Name: T'ran
Age: 18 Turns
Gender: Male
Rank: Weyrling
Location: Relasun Weyr
Sexual Preference: Heterosexual
Partner: None yet.

Appearance: T'ran could perhaps best be described as a "pretty boy", and, Shards, he knows it. Tall (a hefty 6'3"), muscular, with a smile that kills. His hair is black, and around ear length- perfect for just rolling out of the sleeping furs and starting the day. His tanned skin, and muscles give him a rugged and boyish look that his mother and father were always so proud of, and they fed that ego endless bubbly pies of love. His eyes are a startling blue, a color that is very close to what the harper's wear- a sort of deep, and calming blue, and the startling part is from how contradictory to his personality they are. This boy also has not exactly what you would call full, or fat, lips- but they are small by no means. His ears are also kind of large- the only feature of himself that he doesn't brag about constantly. Luckily, his swoon-quality hair hides them well enough.

Personality: T'ran is somewhat of a brat, and a troublemaker. He likes his girls, whether or not they like another boy. If he sees a woman he wants, he gets the woman he wants. They normally don't resist- much. Having grown up in a small hold with a few sisters and brothers - who all seem to have lent any genetic beauty they might have had to their oldest brother, T'ran spent his years being pampered, and adored by his parents, and rather hated by his siblings. This fed his ego to the point of...a really annoying one. He always assumes that he'll get what he wants, especially if he really wants it. T'ran's only weakness where he's not better than everything is cooking. Its the one thing he refuses to do, because if he messes it up (which he is entirely bound to do), then someone can accuse him of not being the best at everything. And we can't have that, now can we?

History: As somewhat described above, T'ran grew up in a small cot hold with a large family. A grand total of 12 siblings- seven brothers and five sisters. The boys were Tabor, Tad, Tahir, Tailor, Taiki, Talin, and Tamir. The girls were Tabia, Tacita, Tahira (Tahir's twin, coincidentally), Takia, and Tala. And yes, his parents are recorded as the most original namers in all of Pern. (Not). These siblings all seemed to be on the shallow end of the gene pool- with either ridiculously large noses, or the girls were too boyish and the boys too girlish- none of his sisters could call their bust anything more than small, and the boys- well, that's not quite a topic we should discuss. Either way, they were all ugly, and T'ran was the only pretty one of the bunch. This had his parents swaddling him with affection, and ignoring his siblings. They'd only kept breeding to try to make another T'ran-quality baby, but alas, nothing worked. It is rumored among the parent's friends that the father of T'ran's siblings is not his real father- because the bad genes had to come from somewhere. When a dragon came and announced that T'ran's mind was, strangely enough, suitable for a candidate, it was the siblings that pushed him towards the ride to take him away to Relasun. With him gone, they might just get the love they were lacking.
