Rider: R'vri

Name: Hanadryth
Age: >1
Colour: Tourmaline

Appearance: Small for his colour, though he is the first, Hanadryth boasts a smooth mixture of red and dark blue, with indigo helping to shade between the two. He is well built, even for a Tourmaline, and is mostly red - blue and indigo trace only the lines of where bone is near to the surface - cheeks, forehead, back, and lower legs for the most part. His wingsails have a slightly golden tint, almost brassy, and the struts are the darkest blue of his entire hide.

If he were drawn, an artist would use blocky shapes rather than circles or triangles to begin this dragon. His head and limbs are blunt, squarish forms, with slender tubes for his lower legs and a slowly tapering cone for his tail - where it straight all the time. His wings, slightly shorter and wider than the norm for dragonkind, fold neatly to his back and are kept well out of the way. He has a rather short neck and a broad chest.

#d60500 to #18236d

Personality: Hanadryth is happy so long as he isn't alone. Born with serious separation axiety, he can't stand being by himself for more than a few moments without distress - merely minutes before he starts getting terrifed. He doesn't care that he's oddly coloured - he decided his colour is Tourmaline, and besides, he has twin mutant sisters. Everyone thought they were a single queen, so why should they worry about him?

Hanadryth loves to talk, and not just because it reminds him that he isn't alone. Friendly and easy-going, it is incredibly difficult not to like this blue-and-red dragon. He'll talk even if you don't bother to listen, though he often comes up with interesting tidbits. He'll always be ready to help, though he'd rather you ask for it - R'vri has told him that not everyone who looks like they need help actually do. He doesn't understand, but he trusts his rider.
