 This character has been abandoned; the player has not logged in for more than one month (with no warning and absentee announcement), missed a role call, or has not played a newly Impressed character, despite opportunities and warnings, for at least two weeks.

Owning player may still reclaim the character, provided that they explain the abandonment adequately (i.e. lost power unexpectedly).
