Gwenneth listened, sipped her wine and nibbled at the plate of food that had been set before her. She was cautious not to seem to over baring with the attention she paid to his looks, though it was difficult not to be charmed by them, and focused as best she could on his eyes. Her own pair of large baby blue spires lighting up with excitement as Fhaleen told his ambitions quite openly and she ate the idea of him meeting the King eagerly up. It was truly a great idea. With the war over what better way to symbolize a greater established peace if not by aligning and, in the least, determining fair trade markets and accordance's. "A trade deal would serve both lands well, I think establishing a route or a contract would be something the King would not turn so easily away from. He is as smart as he is noble, I have no doubt he'll see the value in such a settlement." She nods with her words, asserting her passionate confidence that may be a bit more optimistic than most but honest and genuine none the less. It is only a moment later that Fhaleen has her eager banter completely winded and a dashing, deep flamboyant blush crawling deliciously across her porcelain cream cheeks. Her eyes fall to her fingers that tickle the stem of her wine glass and smiles a bit brighter, a bit more giddier than before. "You, wish to draw me as part of your collection?" Repeating his request as though she is not certain he was serious but comes to lift her eyes and hesitantly nods in acceptance. Gwenneth is after all as much as an artist as she is a scholar as well. Being so intimately familiar with her art it's hard to suspect anything but that Fhaleen holds a similar passion for his work and the respect that comes with it. "It would be an honor, though I'm hardly familiar with being on this side of the parchment. Is there, well, should I just sit here like this then?" |

"Sure." Fhaleen stood almost lost for words as she strode by him, her beauty and scent held his eyes fixed on her. The moment seemed to slow, watching Gwenneth gracefully sit beside him and as their eyes met once agian he could feel a wave of intoxication come over his senses. "Though I only use the drawings that really stand out for my final collection. Can you stand out for me?" The ploy was painfully obvious but like a child getting all doe eyed before asking for something the playfully arrogant delivery cinched it. "Please, stand." He says extending out his hand to help her do so. Turning he takes a few steps before facing Gwenneth once more. Lifting one hand Fhaleen opens his thumb and index finger fixing her image in between them. "Perfect." Taking the sketch book in hand he opens to a fresh page. "Now one thing I learned in my time drawing models, fooor art schooling is that to get the best out of the model they have to be in a certain state. That is be relaxed, full of energy and open. Sooo what I'm going to do is a trick we were taught, when I call something out you play out the scenario." he says expressing himself through his body with eloquence and passion. "Try and pretend I'm not even here and let loose and have fun with it!" Now sitting down ready to draw. "Okay...your fierce wolf stalking your prey and about to move in for the kill." He watches. "Now your a child that just finished the days lessons and just went outside to play your favorite game with your friends." He keeps himself from laughing. "It's nighttime, you go to your window and blow out the candle for the night and look up to see a beautiful shooting star light up the sky." "Stop." The sharp change in his voice from quicker to lower pace indicated he had seen what he was looking for. "Hold that pose." Quickly getting to his feet he moved toward Gwenneth. "Nearly perfect just a few..." Touching the inside of arm arm gently he moved it downward a tad. Stepping back he took another look. Moving toward her again he lightly put his hands on both sides of her shoulder straightening out the fabric that creased toward the middle in her movements. Once again he took a step back looking inquisitively. Sidestepping he now stood directly in front of her and again moved toward her. "Your hair, it's blocking much of your face." Fhaleen's heart rate quickened as he placed both hands to the sides of her temple. Focusing his eyes around her forehead his hands and then eyes move downward until one lay on her neck and the other directly into her eyes. "That's." He held her gaze and suddenly all thoughts and plans vanished from his mind and all that was left was her. Shuffling toward those soft lips his gaze moved back upward to her eyes. Finally, letting go his head tilting in and pressed his lips against her's. |
