Fontaine entered Mercury Suites in a livid daze. He didn't even give the usual nod of the head to the doorman. Instead, he stalked into the main lobby scanned the area for one man and one man alone, Dr. Suchong. That weasel always managed to hide away when Fontaine needed something, but he suspected even Suchong new his brilliance could only shield him from the wrath of Fontaine for so long. He checked with the receptionist for messages, asked the doorman if he'd been scene or busy with sudden project. The kid had nothing to offer in the way of information in regards to Suchongm but he did propose an interesting proposition from a fellow tenenant. With a smug smile and Suchong temporarily forgotten, Fontaine headed for the elevator and room 1174. |
