The NSA Is Building the Country’s Biggest Spy Center (Watch What You Say) By James Bamford, March 15, 2012  The NSA's Fort Meade, Maryland headquarters. James Bamford has a way of digging up the facts that lend credence to America’s worst privacy fears about its own government. Now the author and investigative reporter who wrote the definitive portraits of the National Security Agency in his books The Puzzle Palace, Body of Secrets and The Shadow Factory has drawn a picture of ubiquitous surveillance that seems mind-boggling even by NSA standards.
