Without any knowing where this wideflange section has been placed, you can not say exactly how it was bent or by what. Normally, for a later identification there were painted or stenciled markings at the bottom of each column section.
I didn't found this WF column in the NIST inventory as a identified secion. Possibly it is one of the unidentified WF sections. Could it be "B-1022"?

Good find! Thanks for this confirmation.
The dimensions are huge. Look at the welded reinforcing plates on both flanges. Either it was a core corner column of the Twin Towers or from Building 7.
