Posts: 1,420 Group: Members Member #105 Joined: Jan 3, 2009	i used 2 frames from the spiegel shot (the 'flash' frame and the preceding frame) and a stock 767 shot from the closest angle i could find to the spiegel shot i lined up the two spiegel shots (matching up the plane outline) and overlaid the stock 767 shot, then faded up the 'flash' frame and faded down the other two until it was clear. i also had to adjust the aspect-ratio of the stock 767 shot until it matched the spiegel shot to account for spiegel's skewed aspect ratio (this should be insignificant to the overall comparison). Posts: 1,420 Group: Members Member #105 Joined: Jan 3, 2009	broken sticks Sep 23 2009, 02:30 AM i thought waypastvne's hypothesis was spot on at first, but using the door as a reference in vne's image to find the placement of the bottle, and knowing that door is pretty much right in-between the first passenger window and the c0ckpit window, i don't know... it looks as though the flash is a little bit too far forwards. i'm guessing the flash is at its peak at this point in the spiegel shot (as in, it may have started a little further forwards than this point). but also, the position of the crew oxygen bottle may have been approximated for the image vne provided. I'd reserve this section for evil C*s out to actually harm people, but that's me. With all due respect to Shure and the moderators, IMHO if Dr. Babs had been 86'd in the first 24 hours--when it was dead obvious she was only here to troll-- there probably wouldn't be this much acrimony in the air even if you're never going to agree about the planes. People respond badly if they think they're being taken advantage of or their time is being wasted. That's all. He called me a wood/hutchinson perp for absolutely no reason at all, after he told jeff he is no better than alex jones and he despises him, said yougenedebs is "definitely" a perp (LMFAO), he just called sticks a nazi sympathizer, is responding to beat like an a-hole on a regular basis. and instead of "perpitout" ... he just colorfully referred to us as a "fruity debunking crew".
