You just need some equipment able to shoot a half ton of steel at 50m/s out of the window at the right floor and perfectly synchronized to the BANG of the fuel. After that you have to vaporize that huge cannon not to be found in the rubble because you cannot expect to be able to bring it down with the freight elevator.

Not to mention she had to put that cannon up there too.
And the cannon would need to be even heavier than the engine or it would be the cannon being fired in the opposite direction!

I'm sure that would also be "a piece of cake". Cause every other far-fetched solution looks easy when we're in denial of the simple and logic explanation.
