The camera seems to be on the roof of a building on Cranberry St between Hicks and Henry; about 40.699800, -73.992866 ground elev 63 ft.
The image below depicts a red line indicating the length of the flight path from the earliest part of the clip to the south wall of WTC2; about 0.65 miles (3432 ft).
Since the plane tales about 10 seconds to hit WTC2, that comes to about 343.2 feet per second; or about 234 miles per hour – the slowest plane on 9/11.
I’ll leave it to others to figure out the film speed issue; it’s beyond my capabilities.
