Well, of course you do! A purikura machine, is like a photobooth we have here. You know, you and your friends sit in one, and it gives you a few pictures. But over `der, they have em where you can decorate them with stickers, and everything, fancy sparkles, borders, funny backgrounds... Still confused? I'll show you an example of a purikura avatar I made for another site: Here is what I can include for you: your choice, of any amount from any section.. mix and match, choose colors: glows + outlines could be for ANY of the stamps, not just sparklies, and glows + outlines can be of ANY COLOR- so can stamps! As for backgrounds, I can do any gradient for you (1 color into another) with the grid (like in the example), a tiled polka dots, strips, etc, etc. Or you could provide me with a tiled BG. Now, I can make wallpapers, avatars, sigs, or just pictures in this form. If you'd like one, please fill out the following; Type of GFX: (Wallpaper, Avatar, Signature, just Picture) Preferred Size: (in px, if none leave blank) Subject: (any character, person, whatever) Image of Subject: (if you have any specific, if not, leave it blank) Stamps to include: Sparklies: (A number, or say 'varied' for me to mix n match em), (then your preferred glowing colors.. again, varied will tell me you want it to mix n match) Picture Stamps: (any one of those animal stamps, animal / sun, whatever XD if more than one, just say so~) Text stamps: (The japanese writing.) emote stamps: (Any one or a custom emote even) misc stamps: (Anything, again.) Anything else?: Oh, and you DO NOT have to pick one from each category, it's fully your choice.. So, hopefully this will go well if not.. I may end up deleting it, hah > 3<); SO YEAH

You only told me about sparklies, and didn't fill out the form so it was very unspecific, I had to assume many things. You also gave me an image of bad quality, that had a background similar to the picture that made it near-impossible to render-ize.
