Ok, recently the staff of PAU has become insanely hostile. I will be making sure this changes. here are some thing i will be enforcing: 1. Any accusation of a crime that has not been witnessed by a trusted member will require proof. this proof is not just copying and pasting the part of the chat. this must have a large chunk of the convo put into a text file, OR a screenshot. any GM who forgets this will have the person they punished let go until proof is given. 2. Small crimes, such as spam, minor swearing, random attacking, and random catching, must be WARNED. NOT PUNISHED. if the crime is repeated, THEN they get jailed or muted. any GM who ignores this will have their punishment undone. All crimes will be punished LIGHTLY and the criminal must be treated NICELY. We are not doing police brutality here. Punishments will not be extended for complaining. small mistakes, such as misclicks and such, will not be punished, while people who do things such as mistaking start for the pk zone or building one or two blocks outside of build zone will be WARNED. This does not include mass spam! 3. While newbies get less punishments, anybody VING+ who does a crime will have extra time. the reason? They are important, meaning they have played long enough to know what they can and can't do. 4. NO VING, ENF, OR GM IS TO INSULT ANOTHER PLAYER UNLESS THEY ARE A TROLL. That means no calling people idiots, noobs, anything like that. punishment is mute. I'm looking at you, kat. NEW ADDITION. Quote: alrighty! time to make a new rule we ALL agree with. Wuso's rule number 2 was a subject of controversy, so Wuso and I fixed it up. heres the result. We should not be too strict, but we should not be to soft either. If someone breaks a rule, we will POLITELY warn them. Once the punishment is over, do not bring it up ever again. it's over. For minor misclicks, like building one thing outside the build zone or random attacking ONCE, the player will be WARNED. Here is the new punishment system i want enacted. Swearing/Text spam 1. warning, 1 to 5 minute mute depending on intensity. 2. 10 minute mute 3. Boot 4. Day ban Random Attack/Spam/ Random Catch 1. warning, 1 to 5 minute jail, again depends. 2. 10 minute jail 3. Boot 4. Day ban Minor things (one random attack, one peice of spam outside the build zone) 1. warning, delete object Illegal Icon 1. warning, ask player to change icon. if they are afk, change it yourselves. 2. 5 minute jail etc... you know the drill. NUMBER ONE RULE: BE NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. WE DO NOT WANT TO CHASE AWAY PLAYERS. remember, this game is not about us GMs. it's about the players. love all around! any staff being mean will be muted. that goes for VINGs too. everything cy said is now part of this. If they don't listen then it's their problem, as they were gven a link to the rles so they can follow them. I say we give them theost minor PUNSIHMENT. not a warning. warnngs absolutely nothing. Quoting mech here, he said we are more strict than 4chan. 4chan doesn't give warnings. i want this comment to at leass be thought of, please. Rule number 2 is pointless and annoying. (sorry for any typos, i have mass lag and it's making me leave out letters.)

I give up. PAU is falling apart. Have fun chasing away all the players with your insane strictness. The only people who are going to be chased away are the nasty, rule-breaking ones who we don't want playing anyways. Punishments get through to people more than warnings.
