Okay, explaining this feature is simple...every GM gets to pick ONE player to be their ving. at any point in time if the GM wishes to have another ving, they may freely choose~

Rules:
this is not for ENFs, but only GMs+

each Gm can have only ONE ving

the vings can be any player in the game (with the exception of people-of-power)

you can treat your ving as you see fit (i guess) just let it be withing the game rules!

VINGs/players:
do not beg for VING

do not bribe for VING

do not in any way influence a GM to make you a VING, they will make their choice as they wish...

also, i need to strip current VINGs of their VING-ness

now...GMs....pick your vings (if you want one!)

also, the VINGs that are being promoted to bronze rank in the next update do not NEED to be claimed to keep their names and stuff...but they still can be
