If an RP that I participate in or observe is interesting enough, i'll post it in this fourm. Cutting to the chase, though... It started as a simple island. Too small to found a settlement- yet just the right size for something that needed to be hidden. The Piratess Dracopheonix and her pet dragon, Sprout built a very strange factory here, where innocent pokemon were mutated into horrible creatures, a mockery of life... A group of pokemon managed to free themselves from her grip and set to stop the dark operation and escape the island.. they were compromised of Camo, a Togekiss gifted with strange powers, Crusher, an Aggron who was more than met the eye, Snif, a strange shapeshifter, Mametchi, an espeon with a dark past, Leah, a young skitty who just wanted to go home, and Ling, a Salamance of great power and greater secrets. The first to die was young Leah, after Sprout cruelly and viciously devoured her. Not soon after, the Piratess Draco herself fell as Sprout revealed his true ambitions- to return to his own world using the life force of the mutated pokemon. Crusher also revealed his traitorous tendancies, but he vanished after disobeying a direct order from Sprout, who had transformed into a humanoid form. With no hope in sight, the four who remained, stood opposing Sprout, who seemed unfazed by any of their attempts to stop him. Mametchi met a fate similar to Leah's- devoured to sate Sprout's endless hunger after she ate his sandwich. But perhaps there was a chance. Ling and Camo devised a device designed to mutate Sprout- but this proved to be useless as Sprout was apt at dodging beams. They attempted one last ditch effort by transforming Snif into a dragoness to combat Sprout's dragon form- exactly what he had wanted. By tricking her into a draconic form, his combonation of mating season horomones and enslavement spells would draw his new mate to his side before long. Almost cleverly, Snif transformed out of the dragon form- Sprout's actual ambition. Realizing she had been tricked, she tried to stop him in a last ditch effort, which failed, leaving her a stabbed corpse on the ground. Sprout offered Ling and Camo a final option- join him as his pets and he would let them live. They reluctantly agreed- thier first task was to destroy Clearwater City. After teleporting them there, Ling's injuries in battle proved fatal as he drowned in the Clearwater Pond, and a miserable and near-insane Camo snapped and tried to take down Sprout with the last of his power.. And yet, it failed. Sprout remained the last one standing, clutching a bloody dagger in his hand. He looked around and saw what had happened- the poor Leah, Mame, Snif, Ling, Camo... even his old mistress, Draco.. they were all dead. (Crusher's fate is still unknown) He raised the knife above his heart.. and cast it aside. He walked into the distance and opened a coffee shop, his murderous rage quelled at last. |
