Posts: 25 Group: Global Moderators Member #18 Joined: Aug 28, 2008	HDR? I know that's in video games when you come out of a dark room into the light, its really bright...like in real life. And vice-versa when you go into a dark room from a bright its hard to see.

Administrator Posts: 191 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: May 30, 2008	Kinda, it's High Dynamic Range, so in a photograph you can capture all the light ranges, shadows, mid tones, and highlights properly as cameras can't...you basically take a over exposed image, the original image, and a under exposed image, and merge them together, basically render it, so it gives you a proper photograph across all the ranges, making it more realistic.
