Bailey Anne:; I sighed. "Come On Caroline! We are gonna be late!" I whined. It was school, in Forks. Whoopee. What fun. With all the humans, what a joy. I scoffed and took Oliver's hand. "We can take the lamborghini." I sighed. It was Oliver's first car, and he treated it like a baby. "Okay." We walked into the garage. The LONG line of cars, that was there. He took out his keys and sounded the car finder. It was the 8th car to the right. We were there in a hurry, we packed into the car and went off to FORKS high school. -  lily |

Natasha Williams Forks High. Not exactly the kind of place a vampire would enjoy. With all these..humans. I shuttered. "Why must we go to Forks with these humans scrambling around us?" Ryan shrugged, fixing his spiked/flippable hair. "Who cares. It's way better than sitting at home all day, with nothing to do but play video games." "What about hunting? Would this be better than hunting?" He shook his head quickly. "Noo! Of course not." He took my hand. "Now let's go. I have a feeling that the first day of school won't be a breeze, so let's try and enjoy the day with these..humans," Ryan said. I rolled my eyes. "We're the only "things with fangs" here! How am I supposed to have fun?!" He didn't answer, he just tightened his grip on my hand. And I didn't realize that Ryan and I weren't the only vampires here. Not yet, at least. |

Caroline I whined. "Why does Forks have groups... I never get to be in any of them..." I said. "Not even the vampires of werewolves would let me sit with them at lunch..." I said to Bailey. "What's wrong with being half and half?" I asked. "Well Caroline maybe you can find a group of vampires or werewolves that will let you sit with them..." She said to me. I shrugged. "I guess." Natasha Williams Ryan and I walked through the parking lot towards the school, looking around at all the humans. Ryan pointed. "Hey! They look pale, they might be vampires!" I slapped his arm down. "Shhh!" I hissed, "We don't want the world knowing!" I quickly jogged over to them, my backpack holding me back like a two toned weight. "Hello!" I greeted happily. "Hi," The girls said, crossing their arms. They looked pale like I did. Wow, maybe they are vampires, I thought. "I'm Natasha, and this is Ryan," I said as Ryan jogged to my side. One of the girls smiled. "I'm Caroline, and this is Bailey." Bailey waved once she heard herself being introduced. "Well, umm, you're kind of pale," Caroline admitted before I could say anything about them. "Are you guys.." I motioned them to huddle up, "Vampires?" Caroline and Bailey looked at each other, then looked back at us. "Yes. How'd you know?" I revealed my arm. "Pale skin." "Fangs?" Caroline mentioned. Ryan and I nodded. "Fur?" Caroline asked, but Bailey quickly glared at her and she didn't say anything more. I squinted my eyebrows. "Huh?" "It's nothing," Bailey quickly said, "But hey, at least we'll have our own group at lunch now!" "It'll be like we're our own little group," I said, and we smiled at each other with excitement. "We'll probably be labeled something racist though," Ryan mumbled. I looked at him. "What?" "The Pale Skin People," He crossed his arms, not pleased. "Ignore the gossip and labels, they're all stupid," I said. "Or one of the werewolves got enrolled in Forks High, and told everyone that we're vampires, and then everyone will go around being afraid of us, or labeling us "things with fangs!"" Ryan whisper yelled. We un-huddled. "Don't worry about it," Bailey said, "Now let's go. Maybe we have classes together!" (sorry if i sound racist :(:(:( ) Edited by popstr11, Nov 23 2008, 04:56 PM.

Caroline I was quiet... realizing I shouldn't have said anything about behind half and half... most vampires didn't like werewolves and most werewolves didn't like vampires. I'd always just wanted to be one... instead of both... but it didn't work out... every day I wish for my werewolf half to die. Just to be a normal vampire, Natasha looked at me I avoided her eye contact. I was getting hungry anyway, my eyes were clouded with a black color. I decided to leave early. "Bailey... I'll be back later... I'm hungry... and pretty soon I'm gunna end up biting someone..." I whispered to her. She nodded. I went off to the woods. All of a sudden smelling the small of an irresistible human... I groaned... I'd been trying not to bite humans... but it wasn't something that I could ignore... and my hunger was now in control. quickly and painlessly I covered the mans mouth and bit his neck, letting the blood get low, and then nothing... he laid there motionless. I sat down. "I'm sorry..." I said... I couldn't tell Bailey about what I'd done... I slowly phased and ran on all fours, I decided to head down to California for a bit... just well this blew over. Bailey I tapped my foot. It was boring ELA class. I knew everything and it was just plain boringg. I snapped my head up, hard enough for it to even hurt a vampire. That is when I smelt it. Caroline I took a break from running and phased back, hearing people in the woods. "Didn't you hear who was gonna be next in the pack?" A voice said. "No, who?" Another voice asked. "Jacob... that Jacob Black kid..." He said. "Is that why all of a sudden he's gotten huge?" He asked. "Yea." The other one said. "Do you smell something?" One of them asked. They phased, I stood there, and quickly started running, I couldn't phase, worst time to not be able to. I heard howling and the the pounding of paws on the ground, I stumped tripping over a root. It snapped up, giving an excellent chance for the werewolves to catch up. "She's a vampire!" One yelled. I growled and all of a sudden phased. "Or not..." I could hear one of them in my head. Natasha Williams Art Class. Ugh. Art was not my best subject. I entered the art room, carrying my books, and sat down in the middle row to the right. More humans were entering the room as I took out a pencil. "Hi," A voice said. I shot my head directly to where the voice came from. It was a girl. She was tall and had dark brown hair similar to mine. Her make up was so dark, she'd be twins with a raccoon. Her clothes were somewhat similar to what a goth would wear, but not quite close. She was a fan of bangles; She had like 72 of them on one arm. At least that's what it looked like. "Hi," I said back, forcing a smile. Are you crazy? Why the hell are you talking to a human? I thought to myself. She sat down beside me, taking out a pencil as well. "You have nice hair," She began, "It's similar to mine, in a way." I nodded slowly. "Mhmm. Sure." The teacher walked in before she could say anything else. "Welcome class, to the first day of school, and the first day of Art Class," The teacher said. Everyone moaned their usual 'good morning.' I rolled my eyes. How pathetic. The girl sitting next to me pulled out her schedule. "Hey, pull out your schedule. I wanna see what classes you have," She said. I took out my schedule and handed it to her without a word. "OMG!" I jumped. "We have almost all of our classes together!" She squealed. I shrugged. "Yay?" "Oh," She said, "I completely forgot. My name's Felisha." I nodded. "I'm Natasha." "That's a pretty name." She said. "Thanks," I forced a smile. "Anytime." I turned away from her and focused on what the teacher was saying. Well, trying to, at least. This was going to be a longgg year. |

Caroline the werewolves looked at me, and said. "Girl, Stop." They said. They had obviously phased... and if anything happened I was still stronger then them.. I phased for them. One of them looked at me, shocked. "How'd you run that fast in the beginning!" He yelled. I stuttered. Thinking. "I've been working on running?" I said. They shrugged. "I'm Sam... That's Quil and over there is Embry..." He said, I turned around, he waved. I nodded and turned back around. "I'm Caroline..." I said to them. "You go to Forks don't you?" One of them asked me. I nodded. "Yea..." I said to them. "Have you met the half and halves?" one asked me. 'woah we have a name...' "I'm not sure... who are they?" "We're not sure... but according to the school, they're not very safe, they can pass off for both." I grinned cockily. "Ohh! I'll tell Bailey!" I said. 'we're cool!' I thought to myself. Sydney~ |

Caroline "I didn't know how they would react... and being in the woods with them was awkward..." I said to her. The taste of the human blood burned, I felt terrible.. I'd killed someone who I would have never had to... if I had just been able to turn away... I tried to avoid eye contact with other people.
