Welcome to Tree Hill, North Carolina the home of the Tree Hill Ravens, Brightston University and Lowell Private College. Surprises are nothing new for the natives, they know that there’s always a secret ready to come out of the woodwork. Sometimes it even happens literally, but we’ll hopefully get back to that sometime down the road.

Have you fans of that show One Tree Hill ever wondered what would of happened if things had gone differently? For instance if Peyton had never been adopted and if Dan had indeed went back to Karen and had left Deb a single mother. If you have been than we have one possibility for how things might have played out.

For you that have never watched the show don’t worry you’ll know all you need to know. After all this is an alternative universe version of One Tree Hill.

Lucas Eugene Scott grew up rather well off considering the hard times that his parents went through during his younger years after getting married after his father, Dan, dropped out of college. His mother, Karen, started up her own café just a month after Lucas was born with money that his uncle, Keith Scott, gave her. From there on out his life seemed to get better and worse at the same time. Dan invested all his extra time into making Lucas the best basketball player he could and didn't take into consideration that perhaps Lucas wanted to possibly something else. Is basketball Lucas' entire life or will he find a different love?
Nathan Lee grew up at the races as he watched his Uncle Cooper Lee race cars for a living to help him and his mother, Deb Lee, get by. His grandparents never helped or acknowledged them and by his mid teens Nathan wanted answers for what had caused his life to turn out the way it had. After finding out where his biological father, Dan Scott, is from he was determined to go to college on scholarship while continuing on his search for answers.
Haley James grew up the youngest of seven as part of a family on budget. During childhood to became best friends with Lucas Scott and maintained her friendship with him through out his years of increasing popularity. Haley only holds one secret from her best friend, her crush on him. Than again why wouldn’t a guy fall for his dorky, geeky best friend that wishes she could be a rock star?
Peyton Elizabeth Harp grew up around the music industry as her father played and her mother, Elizabeth “Ellie” Harp, wrote and drew for a living. She grew up with few rules and on the road. Things weren’t as good as they seemed. Her parents broke up and got back together more often than not, which led to her mom taking her somewhere to settle down for a week or two at tops before crawling back to her dad. Now that she’s older she’s looking to use her knowledge of the music business to find herself her own home and settle down in the hopes to live a life different than what she had been raised for.

Born to rich parents Brooke Davis didn’t think she could ever be broke. Than during her junior year her father got laid off and her family had to move to California where she had to start all over again socially at school. She never managed to climb as high on the social ladder at her high school in California and became somewhat depressed. After she heard that one of her friends was going to Brightston University she decided it was best to go jump back over to the East Coast if she could and study fashion.
Once a fatty Rachel Gatina now basks in the glow of her skinny body with a rather large bust line thanks to weight loss and plastic surgery. Still she thrives to be loved and to fit in. Rejection from a guy that she wants and than chases is something she always has trouble dealing with. She’s determined and anything and anyone in her way will not deter her in the least bit, but yet only make her more determined.
Bevin Mirskey surprised everyone when she announced at her graduation party that she had managed to get into Brightston University. Now with Brooke back by her side will she be able to keep her grades up or will they suffer once they hit the college party scene?
Jake Jagielski almost fell in love with a girl that named Nicki. It was only until his friend Lucas warned him that she wasn't good news that he stopped seeing her and probably saved himself a lot of heartache.
The Scott twins girly girl Caitlin and tomboy Callie have always adored their mother Karen. Neither one of them know what to believe when it comes to paternity with all of the rumors flying around town. Does Karen really go to see Keith instead of staying at work late?
Mia was on the road touring with her former band when they kicked her out after a gig they did in Tree Hill. Somehow Jason just seemed to find some hot chick that could play the keyboard, and replaced Mia with her. So be it Mia decided knowing that it had nothing to do with talent, but instead hormones. Now she'll try to make it by on her own, but will anything come from her efforts?
Rainbow Thompson was bullied all through out her earlier years of schooling. That only encouraged her to write for the school paper and soon she had her own gossip column that all of those that use to bullied her hated. Now that she's in college will things regarding her social life get better and if so will her writing suffer for it?
Rudger Carlton was on his way to becoming valedictorian at his previous high school. Now that he's at Tree Hill High he'll have to try to get back on track and beat out the rest of his senior class. Will being the new kid make his life harder or easier? Is there anyway he can beat out Tree Hill High's brightest students?
As the senior class president Olivia Matisse doesn't have much time for a social life. However, she wants to take in what being a regular teenager is like. Will she be able to find a way to balance her responsibilities and a social life or will she fail miserably?
Joshua Evans felt a need to get away from home after a bunch of his former friends tried to rope him into some illegal activities. Just weeks after he got to Tree Hill they were wanted for more thing than he could remember. Now he tries to keep his past in his past while his former friends keep running and stay in the news. Is he really innocent or did he do something with his friends before he left home that he'll come to regret?
Guitar player extraordinaire is how some of David Barnes closest friends would describe him. They would also tell you that he wants to form the next great American band. Will his dreams come true or will he half to keep writing songs disguised as poems for the rest of his life?
Chloe Cross use to play bass in her friends' band, but hasn't bothered much with it since. She would much rather sing lead in a girl band if at all possible. Life doesn't always give you what you want though now does it?
Richard Ricardi lives from paycheck to paycheck as he works at Karen's Café and tries to get keep his school grades up in hopes to get a scholarship. Will or won't he be able to continue college and his job and get to where he wants to be in life?
Carrie Laurence was well known for her pot banging by the time she was three and by the time she was five her parents were telling everyone that would listen that she was a prodigy. By the time she turned thirteen she would hate that they had done just that. Now as she moves starts a new in Tree Hill will she be able to convince people to take her as she is on her drum set or will they expect much more that what she really is?
Left to live with Karen and the rest of the Scott family after her parents died in a mysterious accident Christina Roe tries to find her place in the Scott household. Daughter of Karen's brother Eric isn't the greatest she finds out as Dan seems to constantly keep an eye on her and discourages Lucas and the girls from spending time with her. Will her secret friendship with Lucas stay just that or will Dan put an end to it once and for all?
As Tree Hill High's all star basketball player Zachary Stevens tries his best to take on the weight of the team. He's been having issues with his knee since some guy roughed him up and trying to hide it is taking a toll on him in more ways than one. Will Zachary be able to keep his knee injury a secret or will he have to quit the team?
Brooke's cousin Margaret Davis has moved to town after running away and wants to stay with Brooke. Unknown to Brooke are her cousin's desire for older men. Can Brooke get her interested in guys of her own age bracket or will Margaret give B. Davis a run for her money?
Stella McKeon might look like she's not all that smart, but deep down she's a straight A student and is the editor of the yearbook and school's newspaper. Now all she wishes is that people would stop thinking that she has it all handed to her on a platter. Can she show people that she earns everything she receives or will she always have to defend herself in the world of academics?
